Claims (6)
- 連続的に搬送される金属板の表面に複数色の塗料を塗装ガンの一つの吐出口から順次切り替えながら吐出して複数色の塗膜を形成する塗装板の製造方法において、塗料タンクと前記塗装ガンとの間を循環させている前記複数色の塗料のうちの一つを前記吐出口から吐出すると共に前記吐出口から吐出しない他の塗料は前記塗装ガンから塗料タンクへと返送することを特徴とする塗装板の製造方法。
- 塗装ガンから吐出させる塗料を切り替える時に、金属板の表面に塗料を所定時間吐出させないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗装板の製造方法。
- 塗装ブース内に塗装ガンを設置し、塗装ブースの下方より排気しながら塗装することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の塗装板の製造方法。
- 複数個の塗装ガンを金属板の搬送方向と直交する方向に並設すると共に塗装ガンの少なくとも一つを他の塗装ガンに対して金属板の搬送方向に沿って前後方向にずらして配設することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の塗装板の製造方法。
- 塗装ガンの周囲を覆うカバー部材から金属板に向かって空気を吹き出しながら塗装することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の塗装板の製造方法。
- 金属板の表面に対して傾けた塗装ガンから塗料を吐出することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の塗装板の製造方法。
