Description
請求項3に記載された発明は、積層板の片面あるいは両面に粘着層を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の広告媒体用の積層板である。
また、環境適性という観点で見ると、本発明の積層板は、現在その処理に困っている写真適性の規格を外れた写真印画紙用支持体であるポリオレフィン樹脂被覆紙の有効な再利用方法であり、環境的にも非常に優しい積層板と言える。
図1に示すように積層板1は、発泡性樹脂板を芯材5として、その表面にポリオレフィン樹脂被覆紙7・8を積層してある。ポリオレフィン樹脂被覆紙7・8は、天然パルプおよび合成パルプを主成分とする紙基体10にポリオレフィン樹脂12・13を被覆したものであれば特に制限なく使用できる。
特に、写真印画紙用支持体に用いられる紙基体は、耐水性が高いので、積層板が屋外で用いられても端面からの雨水のしみ込みがなく、ダンボールや普通紙にポリオレフィン樹脂被覆した紙などの積層板より長寿命である。即ち、紙基体の耐水性は一般印刷紙のJIS P8140に基づいて10g/m2以上であるところ、写真印画紙用支持体に用いられる紙基体は、そのレベルより遙かに小さく、耐水性が極めて高く、屋外での雨水に対して、耐用期間が極めて長くなる。また、ポリオレフィン樹脂被覆層と紙基体との間に対しても雨水がしみ込みにくく、接着力の低下がなく、紙基体とポリオレフィン樹脂被覆層との剥離がなく、ベニヤ板のような剥離はみられない。
広葉樹材晒クラフトパルプ(LBKP)と針葉樹晒サルファイトパルプ(NBSP)の1:1混合物をカナディアンスタンダードフリーネスで300mlになるまで叩解し、パルプスラリーを作成した。これにサイズ剤としてアルキルケテンダイマー(DHC社製「アコーペル12」)を対パルプ0.5質量%、強度剤としてポリアクリルアミド(星光化学社製「スターガムA−15」)を対パルプ1.0質量%、カチオン化殿粉(王子ナショナル社製「ケイトーF」)を対パルプ2.0質量%、ポリアミドエピクロロヒドリン(DHC社製「エピノックスP−1301」)を対パルプ0.5質量%添加し、水で希釈後1%スラリーとした。このスラリーを長網抄紙機で坪量170g/m2になるように抄造しポリオレフィン樹脂被覆紙の紙基体とした。抄造した紙基体に密度0.918g/cm3の低密度ポリエチレン100質量%の樹脂に対して、10質量%のアナターゼ型二酸化チタンを均一に分散したポリエチレン樹脂組成物を320℃で溶融し厚さ30μになるように押し出しコーティングした。またもう一方の面には、密度0.962g/cm3の高密度ポリエチレン樹脂を同様に320℃で溶融し厚さ30μになるよう押し出しコーティングしてカラー用写真印画紙用支持体であるポリオレフィン樹脂被覆紙を準備した。
実施例1の発泡ポリスチレン板に替えて、炭酸カルシウム:ポリエチレン(質量比50:50)の複合発泡ポリエチレン板(光洋産業社製「ライオンボード」)を用いること以外は実施例1と同様にして積層板Bを得た。
実施例1で得られた積層板Aの片面にアクリル樹脂系の粘着剤を10g/m2塗布し、その粘着剤面に坪量78g/m2、密度0.8g/cm3の剥離紙を設置した片面粘着層付積層板Cを得た。
実施例1の写真印画紙用支持体であるポリオレフィン樹脂被覆紙をA4サイズにカットし、22枚を重ねて、上下の熱板間に挟んでプレス成型可能な所謂ホットプレスを用いて、プレス熱板の温度100℃、プレス圧力10kg/cm2、プレス時間15分間の条件で加圧および加熱することにより積層し、5mm厚の写真印画紙用支持体であるポリオレフィン樹脂被覆紙のみで作られた積層板Dを得た。
実施例1の発泡ポリスチレン板の5mm厚のものを積層板Eとして用いた。
実施例1の写真印画紙用支持体であるポリオレフィン樹脂被覆紙に替えて、坪量200g/m2、密度0.8g/cm3の上質紙を用いること以外は実施例1と同様にして積層板Fを得た。
比較例3で得られた積層板Fの片面にアクリル樹脂系の粘着剤を10g/m2塗布し、その粘着剤面に坪量78g/m2、密度0.8g/cm3の剥離紙を設置した片面粘着層付積層板Gを得た。
また、環境適性という観点で見ると、本発明の積層板は現在その処理に困っている写真適性の規格を外れた写真印画紙用支持体であるポリオレフィン樹脂被覆紙を有効に再利用できる。
Claims (3)
- 発泡性樹脂板を芯材として、その表面にポリオレフィン樹脂被覆紙を積層してなる積層板であって、顔料または染料を含むポリオレフィン層が、前記積層板の表側となるように、前記ポリオレフィン樹脂被覆紙を配置して積層し、かつポリオレフィン樹脂被覆紙が写真印画紙用支持体であることを特徴とする広告媒体用の積層板。
- 前記発泡性樹脂板が、発泡ポリスチレン板、又は複合発泡ポリエチレン板であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の広告媒体用の積層板。
- 前記積層板の片面あるいは両面に粘着層を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の広告媒体用の積層板。
