Description

The present invention relates to an auxiliary tool for drying shoes, and more particularly to an auxiliary tool for drying shoes that is used to guide the air supplied from a dehumidifier or the like to the inside of the shoes for drying.

Conventionally, as an auxiliary tool for drying shoes, for example, there are the following configurations. In other words, two legs that are bifurcated are provided, each leg is inserted into each of a pair of shoes, and hot air from the hot air generator is introduced into the shoes through the hollow part in the legs to dry the shoes. Is to do. In the shoe drying aid, the leg portion includes a fixed leg portion and a slide leg portion that freely slides in the axial direction with respect to the fixed leg portion.

However, in the conventional shoe drying aid, positioning of the slide leg relative to the fixed leg is performed by locking the convex part formed in the fixed leg in the hole formed therein. . For this reason, if the amount of protrusion of the convex portion at the hole is small, there is a problem that it cannot be easily separated and positioned. On the other hand, if the amount of hooking is large, it becomes difficult to disengage and it becomes inconvenient. And the amount of protrusion of the convex portion with respect to the hole portion varies due to processing error or the like, and it is difficult to set accurately. If the machining error is to be reduced, machining accuracy is required as much, and this is not practical in terms of cost. For this reason, it is difficult to obtain a configuration in which the slide leg can be accurately positioned with respect to the fixed leg and can be easily removed.

Accordingly, the present invention provides a shoe drying assisting tool that can position the assisting part reliably on the assisting tool body and can be easily and reliably removed despite the simple and inexpensive structure. Let it be an issue.

As a means for solving the above problems, the present invention provides:
An auxiliary tool body connectable to the air supply device;
An auxiliary tool for drying shoes comprising an auxiliary part attached to and detached from the auxiliary tool body,
Forming a locking portion on the auxiliary tool body,
The auxiliary portion is formed with a locking receiving portion for engaging and disengaging the locking portion, and a locking releasing portion for releasing the locking state of the locking portion locked to the locking receiving portion. ,
The locking portion includes an elastic portion and a protruding portion formed on the elastic portion,
The latch receiving part is composed of an opening part where the projecting part is engaged and disengaged,
The locking release part protrudes from the outer surface of the auxiliary part by being elastically deformed by being pressed by the protruding part of the locking part at least in a state where the locking part is locked to the locking receiving part. It is composed of a push-in part that separates the projecting part locked to the opening part from the opening part by pushing in while preventing the rattling of the auxiliary part through the projecting part due to the elastic force is there.

With this configuration, if the lock release portion is operated, the lock portion can be operated indirectly and the lock portion can be easily detached from the lock receiving portion. Moreover, since the latching | locking part is indirectly pressed by the latch release part, workability | operativity improves markedly compared with the case where a latching | locking part is directly detached from an opening part. In addition, since no finger is caught in the opening, it is possible to safely and reliably remove the locking portion from the locking receiving portion. Furthermore, it is possible to eliminate rattling in a state where the auxiliary part is connected to the auxiliary tool body.

The auxiliary tool body includes a cylindrical portion connected to the air supply device, a branching portion branched from the cylindrical portion into two passages, and a pair of pipe portions extending in parallel from the branching portion,
Each pipe part is composed of an inner wall facing each other, a front wall and a rear wall facing each other, and a curved wall continuing to the front wall and the rear wall.
The locking portions are respectively formed at opposing positions of the front wall and the rear wall ,
It is preferable that the locking receiving portion and the locking releasing portion are respectively formed at positions corresponding to the auxiliary portion with respect to the locking portion formed on the auxiliary tool body .

With this configuration, the locked state cannot be released unless the locking release portion is operated at both opposing positions, so that the connection state of the auxiliary portion to the auxiliary tool body can be stabilized.

According to the present invention, the locking portion can be released from the locking receiving portion indirectly by operating the locking release portion, so that the locked state can be released. It becomes possible to attach and detach easily and reliably.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

<構成>
<Configuration>
1 and 2 show a shoe drying aid 1 according to the present embodiment. The shoe drying assist tool 1 includes an assist tool body 2 and an auxiliary pipe 3 that can be attached to and detached from the assist tool body 2.

The auxiliary tool body 2 includes a cylindrical portion 4 connected to a hose (not shown), which will be described later, a branch portion 5 for branching from the cylindrical portion 4 into two passages, and a pipe extending in parallel from the branch portion 5 Part 6 (first pipe part 6A and second pipe part 6B).

A cylindrical connecting portion provided at the end of a hose (not shown) is attached to and detached from the cylindrical portion 4. Here, the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 4 is brought into surface contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical connecting portion so that the connection state can be maintained by the frictional resistance between them. In particular, although no locking mechanism is provided, it is possible to adopt a screw type or a locking structure described later.

The branching part 5 equally divides the air that has entered from the cylindrical part 4 into two parts and causes the air to flow into the pipe parts 6. The total of the cross-sectional areas of the flow paths divided by the branch part 5 is formed to be the same as or larger than the cross-sectional area of the flow path of the cylindrical part 4, and an increase in flow resistance is suppressed. A portion of the inner surface of the branching portion 5 where the air from the cylindrical portion 4 collides is formed in a curved surface so that the air smoothly flows to the pipe portions 6A and 6B.

The pipe portion 6 has a substantially rectangular cylindrical section including an inner wall 7 facing each other, a front wall 8 and a rear wall 9 continuing to the inner wall 7, and a curved wall 10 continuing to the front wall 8 and the rear wall 9. is there.

The inner wall 7 has a flat opposing surface and is formed in parallel. Further, a ridge 11 is formed at the center of the opposing surface of the inner wall 7. The protruding portion 11 includes a narrow portion 12 and a bulging portion 13 having a substantially circular cross section at the tip thereof. The protruding portion 11 is an inclined portion 14 that gradually approaches the facing surface as the tip portion of the pipe portion 6 approaches the tip. The inclined portion 14 allows the pipe portion 6 to be smoothly inserted into the shoes. Further, in a state where the pipe portion 6 is inserted into the shoes, the protrusions 11 prevent the inner surface of the shoes from coming into close contact with the opposing surface of the inner wall 7.

The front wall 8 and the rear wall 9 are respectively formed with a first notch portion 15 and a second notch portion 16 for passing air, which are continuous with the tip opening of the pipe portion 6. These notches 15 and 16 extend straight from the opening at the front end along the longitudinal direction of the pipe portion 6 and have an arc shape at the end portion. The first cutout portion 15 has an opening area larger than that of the second cutout portion 16 and is used to supply air to the toe side of shoes. The second notch 16 is for the heel.

A locking portion 17 is formed on the upper side of the notches 15 and 16. As shown in FIG. 3, the locking portion 17 includes a first elastic piece 18 extending downward from the upper edge of the formed opening portion 17 a and an engagement provided at the tip of the first elastic piece 18. It consists of a stop projection 19. And each latching | locking part 17 is provided in the position which opposes between the front wall 8 and the rear wall 9. As shown in FIG.

The first elastic piece 18 is formed with a predetermined gap between the both side edges and the front edge and the inner edge of the opening.

The locking projection 19 is formed at the tip of the first elastic piece 18 so as to protrude from the outer surface of the pipe portion 6. A locking surface 20 that is orthogonal to the outer surface of the first elastic piece 18 is formed on the locking protrusion 19 on the first elastic piece side. The locking surface 20 abuts on a locking receiving surface 26 of the auxiliary pipe 3 which will be described later, and prevents the auxiliary pipe 3 from dropping from the pipe portion 6. Therefore, the height dimension of the region where the locking surface 20 is formed is the same as or slightly larger than the dimension protruding from the outer surface of the pipe portion 6. In addition, the locking projection 19 is formed with an inclined surface 21 that gradually inclines toward the inside of the pipe portion 6 toward the tip. The inclined surface 21 functions as a guide for enabling the locking protrusion 19 to be smoothly inserted without being caught when inserted into the expanded portion 22 of the auxiliary pipe 3. That is, the inclined surface 21 is formed so that the tip end side is located inside the outer surface of the pipe portion 6.

In addition, a “toe side” stamp is formed between the first cutout portion 15 and the locking portion 17, and a “heel side” stamp is formed between the second cutout portion 16 and the locking portion 17. Yes. The user determines the insertion direction into the shoes such as boots by looking at the difference in the sizes of the notches 15 and 16, but can make the determination with peace of mind while confirming by marking.

The auxiliary pipe 3 (the first auxiliary pipe 3 </ b> A and the second auxiliary pipe 3 </ b> B) has the same configuration as the pipe portion 6 except for the upper end portion (auxiliary pipe body). That is, the auxiliary pipe body has a cylindrical shape with a cross-sectional shape similar to that of the pipe portion 6. A ridge 11 is formed in the center of the opposing surface of the inner surface. Notches 3a and 3b are formed in the front wall 8 and the rear wall 9 from the front end opening, respectively. In the vicinity of the upper portions of the notches 3a and 3b, markings of “toe side” and “heel side” are formed. The auxiliary pipes 3A and 3B can be connected to any pipe portion 6 of the auxiliary tool body 2. When the first auxiliary pipe 3A is connected to the pipe portion 6A and the second auxiliary pipe 3B is connected to the pipe portion 6B, the notch portion 3a and the marking “toe side” are located on the front side as in the auxiliary device body 2. To do. On the other hand, when the first auxiliary pipe 3A is connected to the pipe portion 6B and the second auxiliary pipe portion 3B is connected to the pipe portion 6A, the notch portion 3b and the marking “heel side” are located on the front side.

The upper end portion of the auxiliary pipe 3 is an expanded portion 22 having a larger opening area than other portions. The expanding portion 22 is formed with a locking receiving portion 23 that engages and disengages the locking portion 17 when the pipe portion 6 is inserted. And in the state which latched the latching | locking part 17 to the latching receiving part 23, not only the notch parts 15 and 16 of the inserted pipe part 6 but the marking can be covered with the expansion part 22. It is like that.

As shown in FIG. 3, the latch receiving portion 23 has substantially the same configuration as the latch portion 17 and extends the second elastic piece 24 upward from the lower edge of the opening, and is pushed into the tip thereof. The portion 25 is formed, and is disposed so as to face the front wall 8 and the rear wall 9 respectively. The upper edge of the opening is a locking receiving surface 26 on which the locking surface 20 of the locking projection 19 formed on the auxiliary tool body 2 can be engaged and disengaged. The pushing portion 25 is pressed by the locking projection 19 of the auxiliary tool body 2 at least in a state where the locking surface 20 is locked to the locking receiving surface 26 and protrudes from the outer surface of the auxiliary pipe 3 so as to be pressed. It is formed as follows. When the outer surface of the pushing portion 25 is pushed to a position where it is substantially flush with the outer surface of the auxiliary pipe 3 (expanded portion 22), the locking protrusion 19 (locking surface 20) of the auxiliary tool body 2 is locked. It forms so that it may detach | leave from the receiving part 23 (locking receiving surface 26). However, the dimension is such that the locking projection 19 does not protrude from the outer surface of the auxiliary pipe 3 in the locked state.

A part of the end surface of the auxiliary pipe body is exposed as a stopper surface 27 on the inner surface of the expanded portion 22. The stopper surface 27 comes into contact with the end surface of the pipe portion 6 inserted into the expanding portion 22 and further intrusion is prevented. As a result, the end surface of the pipe portion 6 abuts against the stopper surface 27 in a state where the locking portion 17 is locked to the locking receiving portion 23, more specifically, in a state where the locking surface 20 is locked to the locking receiving surface 26. , Does not rattle in the longitudinal direction.

The shoe drying aid 1 having the above-described configuration is used by connecting to a hose (not shown) connected to a cover 30 that covers an air outlet 29 of the dehumidifier 28 as shown in FIG.

The cover 30 can be attached to and detached from the air outlet 29 of the dehumidifier 28, and as shown in FIG. . The air outlets 29 are formed in a lattice shape composed of a plurality of slits, and the gaps between the slits have a size that makes it difficult to insert foreign matter inside. Locking pieces 30c protrude from the cover 30a on both sides below the vertical wall. The locking pieces 30 c are inserted into slits located on both sides of the air outlet 29. Further, the cover portion 30a is provided with locking claws 30e on both sides of the lower surface of the horizontal wall portion. The locking claw 30e is inserted into a slit located on the upper surface side, and is locked to a beam portion constituting the slit. In addition, spiral guide grooves are formed at two symmetrical positions on the inner peripheral surface of the connection portion.

Although not shown, the hose includes a hose body and connecting portions formed integrally at both ends thereof. The hose body has a bellows shape that can be expanded and contracted, and can maintain its shape to some extent when it is expanded or contracted. On the outer peripheral surface of one of the connecting portions, there are formed protrusions that slide on the guide grooves and are locked at the end portions. The other connecting portion (cylindrical connecting portion) is connected to the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 4 of the auxiliary tool body 2 in a press-fit state.

In addition, although the said embodiment demonstrated the case where the latching receiving part 23 was formed in only one place in the auxiliary tool main body 2, it may be provided in several places and the length of the auxiliary pipe 3 may be adjustable. In this case, the expansion part 22 becomes unnecessary.

<動作>
<Operation>
Next, a method of using the shoe drying aid 1 having the above-described configuration by connecting it to the dehumidifier 28 will be described.

That is, a cover 30 is attached to the air outlet 29 of the dehumidifier 28 and a hose is connected to the cover 30. In the case of shoes with short dimensions from the bottom surface to the entrance portion, such as athletic shoes and short boots, the pipe portion 6 is inserted and used as it is without connecting the auxiliary pipe 3 to the auxiliary tool body 2. The insertion direction is determined by looking at the size of the notch and the characters “toe side” and “heel side”.

In the case of shoes such as boots having a long dimension from the bottom surface to the entrance portion, the auxiliary pipe 3 is connected to the auxiliary tool body 2. That is, as shown in FIG. 3A, when the pipe portion 6 of the auxiliary tool body 2 is inserted relative to the expanded portion 22 of the auxiliary pipe 3, the locking protrusion 19 of the locking portion 17 is pressed. Then, the first elastic piece 18 is elastically deformed inward. When the locking projection 19 is positioned at the locking receiving portion 23, the first elastic piece 18 returns to its shape and the locking surface 20 of the locking projection 19 is restored as shown in FIG. The locking receiving portion 23 is locked to the locking receiving surface 26. In this case, the mounting position of the auxiliary pipe 3 is regulated by the stopper surface 27 in the expanding portion 22, and the locked state can be obtained with certainty. In addition, a locking state is formed by the locking surface 20 and the locking receiving surface 26 formed in a direction orthogonal to the first elastic piece 18 whose shape has been restored. Therefore, a stable locking state can be obtained. In this locked state, the outer surfaces of the two locking projections 19 are in pressure contact with the inner surfaces of the pushing portions 25 of the respective locking receiving portions 23. That is, the latch receiving portion 23 of the auxiliary pipe 3 is in a state where an elastic force is applied from two symmetrical positions. Therefore, rattling of the auxiliary pipe 3 connected to the auxiliary tool body 2 is suppressed. Furthermore, since the locking position is formed not only on one side but on both sides, there is no fear of inadvertent separation. Furthermore, the auxiliary pipe 3 can be connected irrespective of the toe side and the heel side of the auxiliary tool body 2. In other words, the user does not need to worry about the connection direction. In the connected state, the marking of the auxiliary tool body 2 is covered by the expanded portion 22 of the auxiliary pipe 3, so that the positions of the notches 3a and 3b formed on the auxiliary pipe 3 and the marking are confirmed and inserted into the shoes. That's fine.

When the auxiliary pipe 3 is detached from the auxiliary tool body 2, as shown in FIG. 3 (c), the pressing portion 25 of the latch receiving portion 23 is pressed from both sides with fingers to move the second elastic piece 24 to the inner peripheral side. What is necessary is just to elastically deform. Since the pushing portion 25 of the locking receiving portion 23 sufficiently protrudes from the outer surface of the auxiliary pipe 3, if the protruding portion is pushed, the locking protrusion 19 of the auxiliary tool body 2 is indirectly pushed inward. . Then, when the outer surface of the pushing portion 25 substantially coincides with the outer surface of the auxiliary pipe 3, the locking surface 20 is detached from the locking receiving surface 26, and as shown in FIG. The auxiliary pipe 3 can be removed.

<Other embodiments>
In the said embodiment, although the latching receiving part 23 was comprised with the elastic piece and the pushing part 25, it is also possible to comprise as follows.

That is, an opening is formed in the auxiliary pipe 3, and a button-shaped pressing cover is provided so as to cover the opening. Then, by pressing the pressing cover, the locking protrusion 19 formed on the auxiliary tool body 2 can be pressed by the pressing portion 25 formed on the inner surface thereof. As a result, the locking state of the locking surface 20 locked to the locking receiving surface 26 of the opening can be released and the auxiliary pipe 3 can be detached from the auxiliary tool body 2.
