Description
Claims (11)
- 燃料電池からの排気を排出する排気系統に設けられる消音器であって、
周壁には複数の透音孔が形成され、軸方向に排気が貫流する金属製のインナパイプと、
インナパイプを、その周壁から所定の間隔をもって囲うよう形成される樹脂製のアウタシェルと、を備え、
アウタシェルは、インナパイプとの間に吸音材が充填される収容部と、インナパイプの鉛直方向下側部分に対向して設けられ、インナパイプとの間に吸音材が充填されない排水部と、アウタシェルの排気系統下流側に設けられる第1のパイプ受け部と、アウタシェルの排気系統上流側に設けられる第2のパイプ受け部と、を有し、それらが一体に成形され、
アウタシェルの第1のパイプ受け部は、インナパイプの一方の端部を圧入させて固定し、アウタシェルの第2のパイプ受け部は、金属製の接続パイプの一方の端部を圧入させて固定し、
接続パイプの他方の端部は、インナパイプの他方の端部に摺動可能に嵌め込まれることを特徴とする燃料電池用消音器。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池用消音器であって、
鉛直方向における、インナパイプ周壁とアウタシェルの収容部との距離が、アウタシェルの排水部との距離よりも大きくなるように、インナパイプがアウタシェルに対して配置されることを特徴とする燃料電池用消音器。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料電池用消音器であって、
アウタシェルの排水部は、アウタシェルの外側に向けて突出した断面略U字形状に形成されていることを特徴とする燃料電池用消音器。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料電池用消音器であって、
透音孔は、インナパイプ周壁の、上側部分には形成され、下側部分には形成されないことを特徴とする燃料電池用消音器。 - 請求項4に記載の燃料電池用消音器であって、
透音孔は、インナパイプ周壁の、アウタシェル収容部とインナパイプとの間に形成される吸音室に対向する部分に、形成されていることを特徴とする燃料電池用消音器。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料電池用消音器であって、
インナパイプが排気系統下流方向ほど低くなるよう角度を付けて取付けられることを特徴とする燃料電池用消音器。 - 請求項6に記載の燃料電池用消音器であって、
インナパイプの取付け角度は、5〜10°であることを特徴とする燃料電池用消音器。 - 請求項6に記載の燃料電池用消音器であって、
インナパイプ下側部分の排気系統下流側には、アウタシェル排水部とインナパイプの間にある空間と、インナパイプ内とを連通する排水穴が、形成されていることを特徴とする燃料電池用消音器。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料電池用消音器であって、
インナパイプとアウタシェルとの間には、これらの接触を防止する緩衝部材が設けられていることを特徴とする燃料電池用消音器。 - 請求項9に記載の燃料電池用消音器であって、
緩衝部材は、インナパイプ周壁の鉛直方向下側から突出しており、インナパイプの軸方向に沿って延設されていることを特徴とする燃料電池用消音器。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池用消音器であって、
接続パイプは、アウタシェルの第2のパイプ受け部に圧入して固定される大径部と、インナパイプの他方の端部に摺動可能に嵌め込まれる小径部を有し、アウタシェルとインナパイプの他方の端部とを接続することを特徴とする燃料電池用消音器。
