Description

前記コーティングされた端を血管内外に動かすことができるように、前記カテーテルに対し可動的となっている、前記ファイバーのコーティングされた端の反対側に取付けられるファイバー保持域とを有し、
前記ファイバーは柔軟なワイヤであり、
前記抽出層は、サンプリングの前に検量体が付加されている、
固相マイクロ抽出サンプリング装置を提供する。
前記液体サンプルから前記対象成分を吸着するためのポリマー抽出相で少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた先端をそれぞれ有する複数の非多孔性ファイバーと、
前記マルチウェルプレートの前記複数の穴内の液面下に前記ファイバーのコーティングされた先端を導き、前記穴から前記非多孔性ファイバーを引出すための配置装置とを有し、
前記配置装置が、前記各複数の非多孔性ファイバーをそれぞれ前記マルチウェルプレートの対応する穴内に導入するための導入プレートであって、前記非多孔性ファイバーがその内部に後退可能に取付けられている導入プレートと、
前記各非多孔性ファイバーのコーティングされた先端を前記マルチウェルプレートの穴内の液面下に沈めるように前記導入プレートを動かし、前記非多孔性ファイバーを前記穴から引出し、前記非多孔性ファイバーを脱着溶剤を有するマルチウェルプレート又は分析機器内に位置決めするためのガイドとを有する、
固相マイクロ抽出装置を提供する。
図4は、市販のカテーテルを使用したマルチ・ファイバー・サンプリングのための装置及びハウジングの改良型を示す。ファイバー24、26及び28はコーティング30、32及び34によりそれぞれコーティングされており、このコーティングとして、装置の吸収力を増加させるために同一の種のコーティングを使用することも可能であるが、或いは優先的に各ファイバーは生きている動物の体内において関心のある成分のみを認識する抗体等の異なる高選択的なコーティングを有することもできる。

ガソリンスタンド・エア内のBTEXの定量分析におけるこの方法を使用することにより満足な結果が得られた。段階的工程を経た標準液の導入はこの技術を分野適用においてさらに有用にする。この方法は、いくつかの点において標準液追加、また外部較正にも類似している。これは漏れ、汚染及び分析機器に導入するために標準液をファイバーにロードする時間のロスを検出するために使用することができる。

Claims (7)
- 動物の体内又は動物の細胞組織から成分を採取するための固相マイクロ抽出サンプリング装置であって、
前記成分を抽出するためのポリマー抽出相で少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた端を有する少なくとも1つのファイバーと、
前記コーティングされた端を、動物又は動物の細胞組織内の血管内の任意の位置に導くための配置装置とを有し、
前記配置装置が、血管内に配置されるカテーテルであって、血管内に位置決めされる開口端を有し、サンプリングの間血管に対し固定され、前記ファイバーがこれを通って延びるカテーテルと、
前記コーティングされた端を血管内外に動かすことができるように、前記カテーテルに対し可動的となっている、前記ファイバーのコーティングされた端の反対側に取付けられるファイバー保持域とを有し、
前記ファイバーは柔軟なワイヤであり、
前記抽出層は、サンプリングの前に検量体が付加されている、
固相マイクロ抽出サンプリング装置。 - 複数の前記ファイバーが、動物の体内又は動物の細胞組織内の同一又は異なる位置に同時に配置され得る、請求項1の装置。
- 動物の体内又は動物の細胞組織から成分を採取するための固相マイクロ抽出サンプリング装置であって、
少なくとも1つのファイバーと配置装置とを有し、
前記少なくとも1つのファイバーは、少なくとも一部が前記成分を抽出するためのポリマー抽出相でコーティングされた端を有し、
前記配置装置は、前記コーティングされた端を動物又は動物の細胞組織内の血管内の任意の位置に導き、
前記抽出相は、サンプリングの前に検量体が付加されている、
固相マイクロ抽出サンプリング装置。 - 前記ファイバーのコーティングされた端が、生体適合性を有するポリマー保護層でさらにコーティングされ、該保護層がポリピロール又は誘導セルロースを含むことがある、請求項1から3のいずれかの装置。
- 前記抽出層が、置換又は非置換のポリ(ジメチルシロキサン)、ポリアクリレート、ポリ(エチレングリコール)、炭素、ポリ(ジビニルベンゼン)、又はポリピロールを含み、
さらに、選択的キャビティ、分子認識部位、分子インプリントポリマー、及び固定化抗体からなるグループから選択される生体親和性を有する作用因子を含むことがある、請求項4の装置。 - マルチウェルプレートの複数の穴内に入っている液体サンプルから1つ又は複数の対象成分を測定又は識別する固相マイクロ抽出装置であって、
前記液体サンプルから前記対象成分を吸着するためのポリマー抽出相で少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた先端をそれぞれ有する複数の非多孔性ファイバーと、
前記マルチウェルプレートの前記複数の穴内の液面下に前記ファイバーのコーティングされた先端を導き、前記穴から前記非多孔性ファイバーを引出すための配置装置とを有し、
前記配置装置が、前記各複数の非多孔性ファイバーをそれぞれ前記マルチウェルプレートの対応する穴内に導入するための導入プレートであって、前記非多孔性ファイバーがその内部に後退可能に取付けられている導入プレートと、
前記各非多孔性ファイバーのコーティングされた先端を前記マルチウェルプレートの穴内の液面下に沈めるように前記導入プレートを動かし、前記非多孔性ファイバーを前記穴から引出し、前記非多孔性ファイバーを脱着溶剤を有するマルチウェルプレート又は分析機器内に位置決めするためのガイドとを有する、
固相マイクロ抽出装置。 - マルチウェルプレートの複数の穴内に入っている液体サンプルから1つ又は複数の対象成分を測定又は識別する固相マイクロ抽出装置であって、
前記液体サンプルから前記対象成分を吸着するためのポリマー抽出相で少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた先端をそれぞれ有する複数の非多孔性ファイバーであって、前記抽出層が薄く平坦な被膜としてフィン形状でその先端に形成されている複数の非多孔性ファイバーと、
前記マルチウェルプレートの前記複数の穴内の液面下に前記ファイバーのコーティングされた先端を導き、前記穴から前記非多孔性ファイバーを引出すための配置装置とを有し、
前記配置装置が、前記各複数の非多孔性ファイバーをそれぞれ前記マルチウェルプレートの対応する穴内に導入するための導入プレートであって、前記非多孔性ファイバーがその内部に後退可能に取付けられている導入プレートと、
前記各非多孔性ファイバーのコーティングされた先端を前記マルチウェルプレートの穴内の液面下に沈めるように前記導入プレートを動かし、前記非多孔性ファイバーを前記穴から引出し、前記非多孔性ファイバーを脱着溶剤を有するマルチウェルプレート又は分析機器内に位置決めするためのガイドとを有する、
固相マイクロ抽出装置。
