Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a door positioning device for positioning a door constituting a door for opening and closing a passage and various doors for opening and closing a storage space at a predetermined position such as an open limit position or a close limit position.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this type of door positioning device, the door end type that holds the door in the open limit position, or the lower end of the free end is stored when a folding door or sliding door that is not guided by a guide rail or the like is closed. An anti-sway type that prevents the space from swinging inward, that is, the inside is known.
[0003]
The former door-stop type is a type in which a hook provided on a door-contact member provided on the floor side or wall surface side is engaged with a locking hole on the door side, and the door can be completely locked. However, if you accidentally close the door without removing the hook, you may damage the door mounting member mounting part or the door side locking hole, and the door may be locked. When it is not, the door stop member protrudes from the floor side or the wall surface side, which is problematic.
[0004]
On the other hand, the latter steady-rest type consists of a locked body provided on the floor side and locking means provided on the lower end of the door, and when the door reaches a predetermined position, The floor-side locked body is pulled up by a magnet provided on the locking means and is tilted upright, and the tip of the floor-side locked body is engaged with a recessed step formed on the door-side locking means. Thus, the door is prevented from moving (swinging) beyond a predetermined position by abutment between the front end portion of the floor-side locked body and the recessed step portion of the door-side locking means. When the door is not in place, move the door in the locked state away from the locked position without the need to remove the hook, etc. Because there is no problem like the former door-to-door format.
[0005]
However, the latter steady-rest type door positioning device can literally stop the door, but cannot stop the door from moving in a direction away from the stopper position at right angles. It cannot be used as a door-to-door. In addition, when the latter type of steady-type door positioning device is used for steadying the folding door or sliding door in the closed limit position, it is possible to prevent the door in the closed closed position from swinging inward. However, when an outward force is applied from the inside to the door in the closed position, for example, when a stored item on the shelf stored in the storage space falls to the front door side, the lower end of the door It cannot be prevented that the part swings so as to come out.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention aims to provide a door positioning device capable of solving the conventional problems as described above, and its means is shown with reference numerals of embodiments to be described later. The floor-side locked body 1 is provided with a door-side locking means 2 provided at the lower end of the door 7. A stepped locked portion 6 having a stepped shape in the longitudinal direction perpendicular to the horizontal support shaft 5 is formed at the tip thereof, and the door side locking means 2 is A magnet 9 that raises the locked body 1 diagonally with a magnetic attraction force, and a locking recess 10 into which the tip of the locked body 1 that stands up diagonally is fitted with the movement of the door. The recess 10 has elasticity that is pushed away by the distal end portion of the locked body 1, and the step of the locked body 1 fitted into the locking recess 10. A locking portion 13 that engages with the locked portion 6 is provided, and resistance to movement of the door 7 in the reverse direction is obtained by the hooking between the locking portion 13 and the stepped locked portion 6 of the locked body 1. [0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In FIGS. 1 to 4, reference numeral 1 denotes a floor-side locked body, and 2 denotes a door-side locking means. The floor-side locked body 1 has a rectangular planar shape made of a band-shaped metal plate, and one end in the longitudinal direction thereof is flush with the surface of the flat mounting body 4 that is faced on the floor surface 3. Is supported by a horizontal support shaft 5 so as to be swingable up and down between a lying posture that fits in and an oblique standing posture that stands up diagonally, and its tip portion is folded downward, and the folded portion 1a A stepped portion 6 is formed by the inward tip.
[0013]
The door side locking means 2 includes a main body 8 attached to the lower end portion of the side surface 7a of the door 7, and a lower side formed on the lower side of the main body 8 over the entire width of the main body 7 and inclined so that the door side surface 7a side is raised. A magnet 9 embedded in the side inclined surface 8a (the lower end surface is slightly embedded from the lower inclined surface 8a of the main body), and a locking recess 10 formed below the inclined upper end of the main body lower inclined surface 8a; It has. The locking recess 10 is formed between the movable piece 11 and the main body lower inclined surface 8a.
[0014]
The movable piece 11 is a side surface composed of a vertical portion 11a loosely fitted in a recess 8b formed on the door side surface 7a side of the main body 8, and a horizontal portion 11b extending below the main body lower inclined surface 8a. The shape is substantially L-shaped, and an intermediate portion of the vertical portion 11a is supported on the main body 8 by a horizontal support shaft 12 parallel to the door side surface 7a so as to be swingable within a certain range. And the latching | locking part 13 which a side surface shape protrudes in a mountain shape is formed in the front-end | tip upper side of the horizontal part 11b of the said movable piece 11. In FIG. The main body 8 includes a spring (compression coil spring) 14 that presses and urges the upper end of the vertical portion 11 a of the movable piece 11 (a position above the horizontal support shaft 12) toward the door side surface 7 a, and the spring 14. The biasing force adjusting means 15 is built in.
[0015]
The biasing force adjusting means 15 of the spring 14 includes a through screw hole 16 formed in the main body 8 in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the door side surface 7a, and a screw shaft 17 screwed into the through screw hole 16. The spring (compression coil spring) 14 is interposed between the inner end of the screw 17 and the movable piece 11, and a rotation operation groove 17 a (see FIG. 3) provided on the outer end of the screw shaft 17 is used. Thus, the initial compressive stress of the spring 14 can be adjusted by moving the screw shaft 17 forward and backward from the outside of the main body 8 in and out.
[0016]
The mounting main body 4 that pivotally supports the floor-side locked body 1 includes a cover member 18 shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B and a seat plate 19 shown in FIG. 5A. As shown in FIG. 5B, the floor-side locked body 1 has a base end side that is pivotally supported by the horizontal support shaft 5 in the same manner as the folded-back portion 1 a on the distal end side that forms the stepped locked portion 6. A shaft hole 20 that is folded back downward and penetrates the horizontal support shaft 5 is formed inside the U-turn portion of the folded portion 1b with a reduced plate thickness. The seat plate 19 shown in FIG. 5A is composed of a metal plate having substantially the same thickness as the metal plate constituting the floor-side locked body 1, and the folded portion of the floor-side locked body 1 at both ends in the longitudinal direction. A rectangular opening 21 into which 1a and 1b are loosely fitted, a mounting hole 22 and a cover member mounting screw hole 23 provided on each of the left and right sides thereof, and one end of the opening 21 are formed. A folded double plate portion 24 that is folded upward is provided, and a shaft hole 25 for penetrating the horizontal support shaft 5 formed on the left and right sides of one end of the opening 21 is provided.
[0017]
The shaft hole 25 is formed between the upper and lower plates of the folded double plate portion 24 with a reduced thickness. Further, a projection 26 projecting inside the opening 21 is provided on the lower plate body of the folded double plate portion 24, and the projection is disposed on the U-turn portion of the folded portion 1 b of the floor side locked body 1. A notch 27 into which 26 is loosely fitted is formed.
[0018]
The cover member 18 shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B has a recess 28 into which the entire seat plate 19 is fitted on the bottom surface side, and the seat plate matches the opening 21 of the seat plate 19 on the front surface side. T-shaped openings 29 into which the 19 folded double plate portions 24 are fitted are formed, and fixing holes 30 for the seat plate 19 are provided on both left and right sides of the T-shaped openings 29.
[0019]
Thus, with the floor-side locked body 1 fitted in the opening 21 of the seat plate 19, the shaft hole 25 on the seat plate 19 side and the shaft hole 20 on the floor-side locked body 1 side are covered. The horizontal support shaft 5 is penetrated, and the floor-side locked body 1 is supported on the seat plate 19 so as to swing up and down around the horizontal support shaft 5. At this time, the protrusion 26 on the side of the seat plate 19 is fitted into the notch 27 on the side of the floor-side locked body 1, and the upright angle of the floor-side locked body 1 relative to the seat plate 19 is more appropriate than 90 degrees. The angle of the lower side of the floor-side locked body 1 with respect to the seat plate 19 is sufficiently smaller than 90 degrees (about 10 to 45 degrees). Limited.
[0020]
The seat plate 19 on which the floor-side locked body 1 is pivotally supported as described above has the floor surface 3 in a state where the cover member 18 is once removed when the cover member 18 is attached to the seat plate 19. The imposition is made at a predetermined upper position using the pair of left and right mounting holes 22 and wood screws. Thereafter, the cover member 18 is placed in the T-shaped opening 29 so that the floor-side locked body 1 and the folded double plate portion 24 of the seat plate 19 are fitted. At this time, the surface of the folded double plate portion 24 of the floor-side locked body 1 and the seat plate 19 is substantially flush with the surface of the cover member 18. In this state, the cover member 18 is fixed to the seat plate 19 by using the fixing hole 30, the cover member attaching screw hole 23 of the seat plate 19, and a countersunk screw. Of course, the cover member 18 and the seat plate 19 may be integrated with a wood screw or the like so as to be fixed to the floor surface 3 at the same time. Since the cover member 18 covers the seat plate 19 as described above, the horizontal support shaft 5 that supports the floor-side locked body 1 is also prevented from moving in the axial direction. Or it is not necessary to fix to the floor side to-be-latched body 1. FIG.
[0021]
The mounting position of the floor-side locked body 1 (mounting main body 4) with respect to the floor surface 3 is determined so that the operation described below is performed. That is, when the door 7 moves toward a predetermined position to be positioned (hereinafter referred to as a door locking position), the door side locking means 2 is attached to the side surface 7a on the moving direction side, and the floor side cover When the door 7 is in the door locking position, the locking body 1 is arranged in the direction in which the locked portion 6 faces the door side surface 7a directly below the door side locking means 2.
[0022]
Thus, when the door 7 moving toward the door locking position reaches just before the door locking position, the magnet 9 of the door side locking means 2 faces on the tip of the floor side locked body 1, As shown in phantom lines in FIG. 1A, the floor-side locked body 1 is pulled up by the magnetic attractive force acting between the magnet 9 and the floor-side locked body 1, and the floor-side locked body 1. Swings upward around the horizontal support shaft 5, and the tip end abuts against the inclined lower side surface 8 a of the main body 8 of the door side locking means 2. Then, due to the relative movement of the floor-side locked body 1 and the door-side locking means 2 with the subsequent movement of the door 7, the tip of the floor-side locked body 1 is engaged with the door-side locking means 2. Attempt to enter the locking recess 10, but at this time, the front end of the floor-side locked body 1 interrupts between the inclined lower side surface 8 a constituting the locking recess 10 and the lateral portion 11 b of the movable piece 11. Thus, the movable piece 11 rotates around the horizontal support shaft 12 against the urging force of the spring 14 to allow the tip of the floor-side locked body 1 to enter the locking recess 10. .
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 1B, when the door 7 reaches the door locking position, the front end of the floor-side locked body 1 collides with the back end of the locking recess 10 and exceeds the door locking position. 7 still prevents it from moving. At this time, the folded-back portion 1a on the front end side of the floor-side locked body 1 is completely fitted into the locking recess 10, and the movable piece 11 is rotated back by the urging force of the spring 14, and the front end of the lateral portion 11b. Since the upper locking portion 13 engages with the stepped locked portion 6 below the tip of the floor-side locked body 1, the tip of the floor-side locked body 1 is the back end of the locking recess 10. When the door 7 tries to move in the opposite direction from the door locking position due to the reaction when it collides with the door, the stepped locked portion 6 on the movable piece 11 side and the locking portion 13 of the floor side locked body 1 are shown. It is prevented by being caught. In other words, when the door 7 moves in the opposite direction from the door locking position, the stepped locked portion 6 on the movable piece 11 side and the locking portion 13 of the floor-side locked body 1 are caught. Is a resistance.
[0024]
Therefore, when the door 7 locked at the door locking position is moved in the reverse direction, the stepped locked portion 6 on the movable piece 11 side and the locked portion 13 of the floor-side locked body 1 By giving the door 7 an operation force that can overcome the resistance caused by the catch, the stepped locked portion 6 on the movable piece 11 side is pushed down by the locking portion 13 of the floor side locked body 1, and the movable piece 11 is moved. While being rotated against the urging force of the spring 14, the front end portion (locking portion 13) of the floor-side locked body 1 is detached from the locking recess 10, allowing the door 7 to move in the reverse direction. It will be. When the door 7 moves and the door-side locking means 2 moves away from the upper position of the floor-side locked body 1, the floor-side locked body 1 that has been pulled up by the magnetic attraction force rotates downward due to gravity. As shown by the solid line in FIG. 1A, it falls and is housed in the mounting main body 4.
[0025]
Note that the locking force of the door 7 at the door locking position, that is, the resistance force due to the catch between the stepped locked portion 6 on the movable piece 11 side and the locked portion 13 of the floor side locked body 1 is Since it varies depending on the strength of the spring 14, the initial compression stress of the spring 14 may be adjusted by rotating the screw shaft 17 of the urging force adjusting means 15 forward and backward as necessary. This urging force adjusting means is not limited to the urging force adjusting means 15 in the above embodiment. For example, the biasing force adjusting means 31 of the spring 14 shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 includes a screw shaft 32 that is supported in the main body 8 so as to be able to rotate only in a horizontal direction orthogonal to the axial center direction of the spring 14, and the screw. A drive cam 33 screwed into the shaft 32 and loosely fitted in the main body 8 so as to allow only lateral movement in the axial direction of the screw shaft 32, and an outer end of the spring 14 are received and the axial direction of the spring 14 is The driven cam 34 is loosely fitted in the main body 8 so that the driven cam 34 is moved forward by the forward rotation of the screw shaft 32. 14 and 45 degrees with respect to the shaft center of the screw shaft 32 so that the driven cam 34 moves backward by the urging force of the spring 14 when the drive cam 33 moves backward by the reverse rotation of the screw shaft 32. With cam surfaces facing each other at an angle of In addition, the screw shaft 32 has a square hole, a plus or minus groove, and the like for rotational operation from the outside of the main body 8 at one end head portion 32a.
[0026]
Figure 8 shows a reference example, in Reference Example shown in FIG. 8, a movable piece that forms a locking recess 10 of the door side latching means 2, together via a thin elastic hinge portion 35 from the body 8 A movable piece 36 is provided continuously. Of course, the movable piece 36 also has a mountain-shaped locking portion 13 formed on the upper side. The operation is substantially the same as that of the previous embodiment, and the number of parts can be reduced. However, it cannot be denied that the thin elastic hinge portion 35 is weak in strength and may be damaged by repeated use. Instead of the thin elastic hinge portion 35, the movable piece 36 and the main body 8 may be connected and integrated through a spring made of another material such as a leaf spring. Further, by processing the tip of the elastic body such as a leaf spring which is fixed at one end to the body 8 in the locking portion 13, Ru can also be an elastic body itself, such as the plate spring and the movable piece.
[0027]
Further, stepped engaged portion 6 of the floor side Hikakaritometai 1 also to be able to configure a separate member which is attached to the distal end lower side of the floor side Hikakaritometai 1, floor side the engaging member 1 It can also be constituted by a portion bent at a right angle to the tip of the bottom.
[0028]
In addition, the door 7 of embodiment described above is a general hinge door, Comprising: The door positioning device which consists of the floor side to-be-latched body 1 and the door side latching means 2 is the door 7 in a rotation limit position. It is used as a door stop for positioning. However, the door positioning device of the present invention can also be used as a door positioning device that prevents a folding type folding door or sliding door whose lower part is not guided by a guide rail from swinging inward and outward at the closed limit position. In this case, since the moving direction of the folding door or the sliding door near the closing limit position is a direction substantially parallel to the door side surface 7a, the front end portion of the floor side locked body 1 is engaged with the door side locking means 2. Since it will approach relatively from the horizontal direction with respect to the stop recessed part 10, the part with the latching | locking part 13 of the movable piece which comprises the said latching recessed part 10 approachs relatively from the horizontal direction. It is also necessary to configure the floor-side locked body 1 to have a shape that can be smoothly pushed and opened against elasticity.
[0029]
The door positioning device of the present invention can also be used as a device for preventing the backward movement due to the reaction when the sliding door collides with the door contact surface at the closed limit position. In this case, the floor-side locked body 1 has a distal end portion (locking portion 13) with respect to the sliding door that is parallel to the moving direction of the sliding door and the longitudinal direction of the floor-side locked body 1 and that moves toward the closed limit position. ) Are arranged in opposite directions.
[0030]
The door positioning device of the present invention can embed the door-side locking means 2 in the lower end of the door 7 regardless of its application. In this case, the main body 8 may be used also as a door component member, or another main body 8 may be embedded in the lower end of the door 7.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
The door positioning device of the present invention can be implemented and used as described above. According to the door positioning device of the present invention, the door provided with the locking means reaches a predetermined position, and the magnetic In the door positioning state in which the floor-side locked body that stands up diagonally by the adsorption force is fitted into the locking recess of the door-side locking means, the locking portion of the locking recess and the floor-side locked body are covered. When the door is moved in the direction in which the floor side locked body is relatively removed from the inside of the locking recess, the locking portion of the locking recess is It is necessary to apply an operation force sufficient to displace the locked portion of the floor-side locked body against the elasticity. In other words, there is no risk that the door positioning state will be released unless an external force of the operating force is applied to the door, so that the door does not easily move or shake due to wind or the like, and a reliable positioning effect is obtained. can get. In addition, unlike the means for locking the door with a hook or the like, no special operation is required when positioning the door, and no special operation is required when unlocking the door, so handling is simple and easy. Therefore, there is no possibility of damaging the floor-side locked body, the door-side locking means, and the like as when the door is forcibly moved by forgetting the operation of unlocking the door.
[0032]
In addition, according to the structure of Claim 2, the stepped locked part required for the front-end | tip part of a floor side locked body can be comprised easily, and also the front-end | tip of the said locked body simultaneously Since the portion is also used as a reinforcement, the locked body can be constructed at a low cost from a relatively thin metal plate.
[0033]
Further, according to the configuration of claim 3, it is possible to adjust the locking force against the door that tanning position-decided, applicability of certain door positions to various doors of different weight or relocate It can be used as a device.
[0034]
Further, according to the configuration of claim 4, Ru can be easily equipped with a door-side locking means to off-the-shelf variety of doors.
