Abstract
【解決手段】制御装置30は、電圧センサ13の出力が使用不可となる故障を検出した場合には、接続部40Sを非接続状態とし、かつ電圧コンバータ12Sを電圧非変換状態に制御して電圧コンバータ12Sの接続部40S側端子に正極母線PL2の電圧を出力させ、電圧センサ13の出力に代えて電圧センサ21Sの出力に基づいて正極母線PL2の電圧制御を行なう。

Description
図1は、蓄電装置として2つのバッテリを搭載する車両100の構成を示す回路図である。
[実施の形態1]
図1に示した車両では、コンデンサCHは、車両起動時には放電されている場合が多い。このような状態でシステムメインリレーを導通されると過大な突入電流が流れてリレーの溶着が発生したり、電力素子が破壊されたりする恐れがある。このため、コンデンサCHに対する充電当初は、システムメインリレーを抵抗が高い接続状態にして電流制限を行ない、充電がある程度完了したらシステムメインリレーを抵抗が低い状態に接続し直す。このような充電をプリチャージと呼ぶ。
実施の形態1では、車両起動時の自己診断時に電圧センサ異常が検出された場合のプリチャージ制御やその後の昇圧制御について説明した。加えて電圧センサ異常は車両起動完了後(ReadyON状態)において検出される場合も考えられる。
図7は、高圧系の電圧センサの出力特性を示した図である。
Claims (7)
- 第1の蓄電装置と、
モータを駆動するインバータに給電を行なう電源ラインと、
前記第1の蓄電装置と前記電源ラインとの間に設けられ、電圧変換を行なう第1の電圧コンバータと、
第2の蓄電装置と、
前記第2の蓄電装置と前記電源ラインとの間に設けられ、電圧変換を行なう第2の電圧コンバータと、
前記第2の蓄電装置と前記第2の電圧コンバータとの間に設けられ、電気的な接続状態の切換えを行なう接続部と、
前記電源ラインの電圧を検出する第1の電圧センサと、
前記第2の電圧コンバータの前記接続部側端子の電圧を検出する第2の電圧センサと、
前記第1、第2の電圧コンバータおよび前記接続部の制御を行なう制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第1の電圧センサの出力が使用不可となる故障を検出した場合には、前記接続部を非接続状態とし、かつ前記第2の電圧コンバータを電圧非変換状態に制御して前記第2の電圧コンバータの前記接続部側端子に前記電源ラインの電圧を出力させ、前記第1の電圧センサの出力に代えて前記第2の電圧センサの出力に基づいて前記電源ラインの電圧制御を行なう、車両の電源装置。 - 前記電源ラインは、
正極母線と、
負極母線とを含み、
車両の電源装置は、
前記正極母線と前記負極母線との間に接続される平滑コンデンサをさらに含み、
前記制御装置は、前記電源ラインの電圧制御の一つとして、前記平滑コンデンサに対するプリチャージ制御を行なう、請求項1に記載の車両の電源装置。 - 前記第1の蓄電装置と前記第1の電圧コンバータとの間に設けられ、電気的な接続状態を第1の接続状態、前記第1の接続状態よりも抵抗の高い第2の接続状態および非接続状態の間で切換えを行なうマスター接続部をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記プリチャージ制御において、車両起動指示に応じて前記マスター接続部を遮断状態から前記第2の接続状態に切換えて前記平滑コンデンサに対するプリチャージを開始させ、その後、前記第2の電圧センサの出力に基づいて前記マスター接続部を前記第2の接続状態から前記第1の接続状態に切換える、請求項2に記載の車両の電源装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記電源ラインの電圧制御の一つとして、前記第1の電圧コンバータに対する電圧制御を行なう、請求項1に記載の車両の電源装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記第1の電圧センサの出力が使用可能である場合には、前記第1の電圧センサの出力に基づいて前記第1の電圧コンバータを電圧制御するとともに、前記接続部を接続状態とし前記第2の電圧コンバータを通過する電流が目標電流となるように前記第2の電圧コンバータを電流制御する、請求項4に記載の車両の電源装置。
- 前記第1の電圧センサと、前記第2の電圧センサとは、測定可能入力電圧範囲が等しい、請求項1に記載の車両の電源装置。
- 前記第1の蓄電装置と前記第1の電圧コンバータとの間に設けられ、電気的な接続状態の切換えを行なうマスター接続部と、
前記第1の電圧コンバータの前記マスター接続部側端子の電圧を検出する第3の電圧センサとをさらに備え、
前記第1、第2の電圧センサの測定可能な上限電圧は、前記第3の電圧センサの測定可能な上限電圧よりも高い、請求項6に記載の車両の電源装置。
