請求項1記載の発明にあっては、多数の突条により形成された空隙により、空隙を確保するための特別な部位および部材、さらには組み付け工程を必要とせず、二重壁による断熱および保温の機能を有したブロー成形二重容器を低コストで提供することができる。

Claims (7)
- 外プリフォーム(16)と内プリフォーム(17)からなる積層プリフォーム(11)を2軸延伸ブロー成形した、上端部に口筒部(2)を有する壜体状の二重容器であって、
外容体(6)の胴部(3a)内周面と内容体(7)の胴部(3b)外周面の少なくともいずれか一方に多数の突条が形成され、該突条により、口筒部(2)を除く少なくとも胴部(3)において、外容体(6)と内容体(7)の間に空隙(10)が形成されていることを特徴とするブロー成形二重容器。
- PET樹脂製の外プリフォーム(16)および内プリフォーム(17)からなる積層プリフォーム(11)を二軸延伸ブロー成形した二重容器である請求項1記載のブロー成形二重容器。
- 外プリフォーム(16)の胴部(13a)内周面と内プリフォーム(17)の胴部(13b)外周面の少なくともいずれか一方に多数の突条を形成して、前記外プリフォーム(16)内に内プリフォーム(17)を嵌入し、前記突条により両プリフォームの間に空隙(20)を形成した状態で両プリフォームを組み付き固定して積層プリフォーム(11)を形成し、該積層プリフォーム(11)を2軸延伸ブロー成形し、ブロー成形後、内容体(7)を加熱処理により熱収縮させて外容体(6)と内容体(7)の間に空隙(10)を形成する合成樹脂製二重容器の製造方法。
- 突条により形成された積層プリフォーム(11)の空隙(20)からの空気の排出の抑制可能に、外プリフォーム(16)と内プリフォーム(17)の一部を密着状に組み付け固定した請求項3記載の合成樹脂製二重容器の製造方法。
- 内プリフォーム(17)の胴部(13b)外周面に周突条(18)を多数形成することを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の合成樹脂製二重容器の製造方法。
- 外プリフォーム(16)の胴部(13a)内周面と内プリフォーム(17)の胴部(13b)外周面の少なくともいずれか一方に縦突条(19)を多数形成することを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の合成樹脂製二重容器の製造方法。
- 外プリフォーム(16)および内プリフォーム(17)をPET樹脂製とし、二軸延伸ブロー成形することを特徴とする請求項3、4、5または6記載の二重容器の製造方法。
