シフトポジションに基づいて前記変速手段の目標状態を設定する目標状態設定手段と、

- 内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸と動力軸と第3の軸との3軸に接続され該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記第3の軸に動力を入出力可能な発電機と、を備える電力動力入出力手段と、
該電力動力入出力手段と電力をやりとり可能な蓄電手段と、
前記動力軸と駆動輪に連結された駆動軸との間の変速段の変更を伴う動力の伝達および該動力軸と該駆動軸との接続の解除が可能な変速手段と、
車速を検出する車速検出手段と、
シフトポジションを検出するシフトポジション検出手段と、
前記検出されたシフトポジションに基づいて前記変速手段の目標状態を設定する目標状態設定手段と、
前記シフトポジションがニュートラルポジションから走行用ポジションにシフト変更されたとき、前記検出された車速が所定車速範囲内のときには前記動力軸と前記駆動軸との接続を伴って前記変速手段が前記設定された目標状態となるよう前記変速手段を制御し、前記検出された車速が前記所定車速範囲外のときには前記シフト変更に拘わらず前記動力軸と前記駆動軸とが接続されないよう前記変速手段を制御する制御手段と、

前記制御手段は、少なくとも前記内燃機関が停止している状態で前記動力軸と前記駆動軸とを接続すると前記発電機の回転数が該発電機の許容回転数以下になると予測されるときを前記検出された車速が前記所定車速範囲内のときとして制御し、前記動力軸と前記駆動軸とを接続すると前記内燃機関の状態に拘わらず前記発電機の回転数が該発電機の許容回転数を超えると予測されるときを前記検出された車速が前記所定車速範囲外のときとして制御する手段である、
車両。 - 前記制御手段は、前記車速または前記駆動軸の回転数と前記変速手段の所定変速段の変速比と前記発電機の許容回転数とに基づいて設定される前記内燃機関の上限回転数が所定回転数未満のときであって、前記シフトポジションが前記ニュートラルポジションから前記走行用ポジションにシフト変更されたときに前記検出された車速が前記所定車速範囲内のときには、前記内燃機関が停止された状態で前記動力軸と前記駆動軸との接続を伴って前記変速手段が前記設定された目標状態となるよう前記内燃機関と前記変速手段とを制御する手段である請求項1記載の車両。
- 前記制御手段は、前記シフトポジションが前記ニュートラルポジションのときに前記内燃機関の上限回転数が前記所定回転数未満のときには前記内燃機関が停止されるよう該内燃機関を制御する手段である請求項2記載の車両。
- 前記制御手段は、前記車両が後進しているときには該車両を前進させるための変速段を前記所定変速段として用いて前記内燃機関の上限回転数を設定し、前記車両が前進しているときには該車両を後進させるための変速段を前記所定変速段として用いて前記内燃機関の上限回転数を設定する手段である請求項2または3記載の車両。
- 前記変速手段は、複数のクラッチを有し、該複数のクラッチの接続や接続の解除を伴っ
て前記動力軸と前記駆動軸との間の変速段の変更を伴う動力の伝達および該動力軸と該駆動軸との接続の解除を行なう手段である請求項1ないし4いずれか記載の車両。 - 前記動力軸に動力を入出力可能で、前記蓄電手段と電力をやりとり可能な電動機を備える請求項1ないし5いずれか記載の車両。

(b)前記シフトポジションがニュートラルポジションから走行用ポジションにシフト変更されたとき、車速が所定車速範囲内のときには前記動力軸と前記駆動軸との接続を伴って前記変速手段が前記設定された目標状態となるよう前記変速手段を制御し、車速が前記所定車速範囲外のときには前記シフト変更に拘わらず前記動力軸と前記駆動軸とが接続されないよう前記変速手段を制御し、
前記ステップ(b)は、少なくとも前記内燃機関が停止している状態で前記動力軸と前記駆動軸とを接続すると前記発電機の回転数が該発電機の許容回転数以下になると予測されるときを前記車速が前記所定車速範囲内のときとして制御し、前記動力軸と前記駆動軸とを接続すると前記内燃機関の状態に拘わらず前記発電機の回転数が該発電機の許容回転数を超えると予測されるときを前記車速が前記所定車速範囲外のときとして制御するステップである、
車両の制御方法。 - 内燃機関および蓄電手段と共に車両に搭載され、前記内燃機関の出力軸と動力軸と第3の軸との3軸に接続され該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と前記蓄電手段と電力をやりとり可能で前記第3の軸に動力を入出力可能な発電機とを備える電力動力入出力手段と、前記動力軸と駆動輪に連結された駆動軸との間の変速段の変更を伴う動力の伝達および該動力軸と該駆動軸との接続の解除が可能な変速手段と、を備える駆動装置の制御方法であって、
(a)シフトポジションに基づいて前記変速手段の目標状態を設定し、
(b)前記シフトポジションがニュートラルポジションから走行用ポジションにシフト変更されたとき、前記駆動軸の回転数が所定回転数範囲内のときには前記動力軸と前記駆動軸との接続を伴って前記変速手段が前記設定された目標状態となるよう前記変速手段を制御し、前記駆動軸の回転数が前記所定回転数範囲外のときには前記シフト変更に拘わらず前記動力軸と前記駆動軸とが接続されないよう前記変速手段を制御し、
前記ステップ(b)は、少なくとも前記内燃機関が停止している状態で前記動力軸と前記駆動軸とを接続すると前記発電機の回転数が該発電機の許容回転数以下になると予測されるときを前記駆動軸の回転数が前記所定回転数範囲内のときとして制御し、前記動力軸と前記駆動軸とを接続すると前記内燃機関の状態に拘わらず前記発電機の回転数が該発電機の許容回転数を超えると予測されるときを前記駆動軸の回転数が前記所定回転数範囲外のときとして制御するステップである、
