Description

【0001】

[0046]
According to these figures, the entire container 211 made of a transparent or opaque synthetic resin has a container main body 212 composed of a substantially cylindrical peripheral side plate portion 213 and a bottom plate portion 214 that closes the lower bottom surface of the peripheral side plate portion 213. And a substantially cylindrical peripheral side plate portion 233 and a top plate portion 235 that closes the upper surface of the peripheral side plate portion 233, and covers the opening surface 212a of the container body 212 to be screwed with the peripheral side plate portion 213 side. It is comprised with the cover body 232 applied freely. In this case, it is preferable to have a packing interposed in the threaded portion.
[0047]
Among these, the container main body 212 is formed with a recessed portion 215 having a substantially circular shape that is recessed upward at the central portion of the bottom plate portion 214. In addition, the opening edge 216 side of the recessed portion 215 is slightly extended from the circular arc portion 21 6, 21 6 a pair of part length in a positional relationship facing to the center direction, and the front end edge 21 7 a, 21 7 a eaves portion 21 7 mutual becomes a positional relationship parallel are formed. Further, a recess 218 is formed on the end face side of the front edge 217a.
[0048]
In addition, a male screw part 219 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the container main body 212 located on the upper edge side of the peripheral side plate part 213, and the terminal side of the male screw part 219 comes into contact with the lid 232 side when the lid is applied. A flange portion 220 is provided around.
[0049]
On the other hand, the cover body 232 is provided with an internal thread surface 234 on the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral side plate section 233 that can be freely screwed with the external thread section 219 of the container body 212.
[0050]
In addition, a raised portion 236 having a substantially circular trapezoidal shape that can be freely fitted to the recessed portion 215 of the container main body 212 is provided at the center of the upper surface of the top plate portion 235. The main body 212 is obstructed by the flange portions 217 and 217 by forming the cut portions 237 at the facing portions of the pair of flange portions 217 and 217 provided in the recessed portion 215 and the front end edges 217a and 217a. And can be introduced into the recess 215.
[0051]
In addition, the pair of flange portions 217 and 217 in the container body 212 cannot be rotated by contacting the raised portion 236 even if the raised portion 236 is introduced into the recessed portion 215 to rotate the lid 232 side. . For this reason, the guide part 239 for avoiding the contact | abutting at the time of rotation from the each cut part 237 located in the rear end side in the rotation direction in the cover body 222 to the succeeding protrusion part 236 is provided in the protrusion part 236. Is formed in the rotating direction after leaving the hook-shaped locking piece 238 on the upper surface side.
[0052]
Thus, a raised portion 236 of the lid 232 relative to the recess 215 of the container main body 212 facing is matched as shown in FIG. 3 (a), thereafter, the container arrow direction as shown in FIG. 3 (b) By rotating the main body 212, the flange portion 217 and the locking piece portion 238 can be engaged with each other. Moreover, on the peripheral end surface of the raised portion 236 of the lid body 232, the lid body 232 is rotated so that the flange portion 217 and the locking piece portion 238 are changed from the state shown in FIG. 3A to the state shown in FIG. When engaged in this manner, a ridge 240 is formed that can be fitted into the recess 218 of the flange 217 and maintain the engaged state .
[0053]
Further, the outer surface of the bottom plate portion 214 of the container main body 212, a plurality of protrusions 214a are (in the illustrated example a total of four projections 214a) is provided, the container body 212 and the cover 222 in the time of fitting The rotation between the two can be performed more smoothly.
[0054]
On the other hand, FIG. 6 shows a perspective view of the modification of the first invention shown in FIG. 1 when the container body side is viewed from obliquely below, and is a container body made of a transparent or opaque synthetic resin. Reference numeral 222 denotes a substantially cylindrical peripheral side plate portion 223 and a bottom plate portion 224 that closes the lower bottom surface of the peripheral side plate portion 223. In this case, a description thereof will be omitted since the lid 232 side has the same structure as example of the first invention shown in FIG.
[0055]
In addition, the container body 222 has a recessed portion 225 provided in the bottom plate portion 224 having a total of four protrusions 224a on the outer side thereof from the central portion of the bottom plate portion 224 toward the one side peripheral edge 223a of the peripheral side plate portion 223, and It is formed by forming a recessed groove portion 241 communicating with a groove-like portion 242 recessed upward. In this case, the recessed groove portion 241 is introduced by sliding the raised portions 236 included in the lid body 232 along the groove-like portions 242 through the respective cutout portions 237, and after introducing the raised portions 236, for example, the lid similar engagement with the example shown in FIG. 1 is formed with a structure obtained by rotating the body 232 side.
[0056]
That is, the concave groove 241 serving as the concave portion 225 is rotated when the cut portion 237 included in the raised portion 236 of the lid 222 is fed along the groove-like portion 242 to the end 225a side. The inner peripheral shape to be obtained is given and formed.
[0057]
In addition, an arc-shaped groove 226 that is recessed toward the inner back side is formed at the position of the concave groove 241 that faces the cut portion 237 of the raised portion 236 while leaving the flange 227 left.
[0058]
For this reason, the containers 211 and 211 positioned above and below are recessed portions 215 included in the container bodies 212 and 222 of the container 211 positioned higher than the raised portion 240 included in the lid 232 of the container 211 positioned lower. The overlapping container according to the fifth aspect of the present invention can be configured by fitting 225 and integrating the hook pieces 217 and 227 with the locking piece 238 so as to be detachable.
[0059]
This will be described in more detail with reference to FIG. 7. The lid of the container 211 positioned lower than the groove-shaped portion 242 of the recessed portion 225 (concave groove 241) provided in the container body 222 of the container 211 positioned higher. The cut portion 237 of the raised portion 236 included in the H.232 is slid along the central direction as shown in (a) and fed as shown in (b).
[0060]
Next, by rotating the lid 232 in the clockwise direction, the lid 232 of the lower container 211 and the container body 222 of the upper container 211 are engaged with the flange 227 and the locking piece 238. And integrated as a stacked container according to the second invention.
[0061]
In addition, although the stable maintenance of the engagement state between the container main bodies 212 and 222 and the lid body 232 can be realized by fitting the recesses 218 and 228 and the ridge 240, other than this, for example, This can also be realized by forming a recess (not shown) at the facing portion on the lid 232 side where any one of the protrusions 214a and 224a in the container main bodies 211 and 222 is positioned when engaged. it can.
[0062]
Since the present invention is configured as described above, it can be easily integrated under a simple structure of simply engaging the containers 211 and 211 positioned above and below, and can be easily detached from each other. Therefore, in addition to being able to be used for various applications, an easy-to-use stacking container can be provided at a low cost.
[0063]
The present invention has been described with reference to the drawings, and specific embodiments thereof are not limited thereto. For example, the container 211 according to the first invention may have a square shape like a lunch box. In addition, the individual containers 211 to be stacked can be used in a mixture of large and small containers having different volumes. Moreover, the container main bodies 212 and 222 and the lid body 232 can be covered with an appropriate fitting structure in addition to the screwing structure as shown in the illustrated example.
[0064]
【The invention's effect】
Of the present invention as described above, according to the first inventions, the container can be easily laying two or more containers can be provided to simplify the structure.
[0065]
In addition , since a plurality of protrusions protrude from the outer surface of the bottom plate portion of the container body, when the lid is rotated and engaged with the bottom plate portion side of the container body in order to stack the containers, more It can be rotated smoothly .
[0066]
[0067]
[0068]
Furthermore , according to the second invention, even if a plurality of the same or different containers are formed with the same mutual fitting structure, they can be stacked together by a simple operation. Can be easily sorted and stored. In this case, when the containers are combined with each other, the ridges of the container lid positioned at the lower position and the recesses of the container body of the container positioned at the upper position are fitted together and stacked, thereby obtaining a more stable state. Can be stacked .
