Description
骨鉗子が創傷内にある間、何回も切断した骨または軟骨の小片を収納することのできる改良型外科用骨鉗子を提供することが、本発明のその他の目的である。
簡単に取り替え可能で、かつ使い捨て可能な結合カッターと収納用部材を備えた改良型外科用骨鉗子を提供することが、本発明のそれ以外の目的である。
骨鉗子のシャフトに沿った駆動装置の移動をコントロールし、かつ結合カッターと収納用部材の着脱をコントロールするための、そして骨鉗子の本体にハンドルを装着するための蝶番としても機能する改良された押しボタン・アセンブリを備えた、改良型外科用骨鉗子を提供することが、本発明のそれ以外の目的である。
ソレノイドによって励起される、何回も目一杯かみ切ることが可能な外科用骨鉗子を提供することが、本発明の更にその他の目的である。
本発明のやはりその他の目的である。本発明のこれら及びその他の目的は、添付した図面と関連させて再検討されれば、以下の詳細な図面の説明を見ることで、より明確になることであろう。
凹所82はスロット24の幅広い部分27を二等分し、また丸い下面を有している。凹所82の中に位置し、かつ開き口80から延びているのが、開き口80を貫通する大きな直径、外部ボタン部分76、そして小さな直径の部分74を持つ押しボタンアセンブリ70である。小さな直径の部分74は、その他方の端で、丸い凹所82の直径よりも僅かに小さな直径を持つ、大きな直径の部材72に繋がっている。大きな直径の部材72は、平らにされた上面73を有し、そのため、大きな直径の部材72が凹所82に挿入されると、シャフト14の上面とそれが同一平面になる。大きな直径の部材72の残りの端は、図4に示されているコイル・スプリング84の端を受けるため、小さな窪み77を有している。
ピボット式部材474の第2端486からは、ストロー460の近端近くにある対応する開口部490にぴったりはめ合い、ストロー460をストロー460第2端486内に挿入されたピボット式部材474上に安定的に固定させるスタビライザピン488が伸びている。スタビライザピン488は、骨鉗子400操作中にストロー460が回転動作や遠位動作を行なうのを阻止する。
Claims (8)
- 骨または軟骨を切断するための骨鉗子であって、
ハンドル部分を有する本体と、
互いに対して移動可能な長手方向に平行に延びる第一と第二のシャフトであって、前記第一と第二のシャフトの一方の先端が第一の切削面を有するフットプレートで終端し、該フットプレートが前記第一と第二のシャフトの一方の基端に着脱可能に取り付け可能であり、前記第一と第二のシャフトの他方が第二の切削面で終端し、該第二の切削面が前記第一と第二のシャフトの他方の基端部分に着脱可能に取り付け可能であり、これにより第一と第二のシャフトの互いに対する移動により、前記第一の切削面及び第二の切削面が互いに対向して骨と軟骨の切断をするようになる、第一と第二のシャフトと、
第一スイッチにより作動する一次ソレノイドアセンブリであって、この一次ソレノイドアセンブリの作動により前記第一と第二のシャフトの一方が移動でき、これにより前記第一と第二の切削面が近接する、一次ソレノイドアセンブリと、
第二スイッチにより作動する二次ソレノイドアセンブリであって、切断が望まれる位置で、開いた位置から一部閉じる位置まで前記第一と第二の切削面を位置決めするために前記第一と第二のシャフトの少なくとも一方を動かすための、二次ソレノイドアセンブリと
を備える、電動骨鉗子。 - 前記第一スイッチと第二スイッチは、2段階式スイッチであり、第1段階では前記二次ソレノイドアセンブリを作動させ、第2段階では少なくとも前記一次ソレノイドアセンブリを作動させる、請求項1に記載の電動骨鉗子。
- 前記一次ソレノイドアセンブリは、前記二次ソレノイドアセンブリが作動している間だけ作動する、請求項1に記載の電動骨鉗子。
- 前記第一スイッチと第二スイッチは、前記一次、二次ソレノイドアセンブリの完全な作動の直後に電流の供給を止め、第一、第二シャフトはバイアス・スプリングにより作動開始位置に戻る、請求項1に記載の電動骨鉗子。
- 前記一次ソレノイドアセンブリは、バッテリを電源としている、請求項1に記載の電動骨鉗子。
- 電動骨鉗子の切断力を調整する手段を備える、請求項1に記載の電動骨鉗子。
- 前記切断力を調整する手段は、前記一次ソレノイドアセンブリに供給される通電量を変える制御手段を有する、請求項6に記載の電動骨鉗子。
- 前記骨鉗子が内視鏡外科手術の間に貫通する患者の体内からのガスまたは流体の漏れを防ぐシールを形成する手段を更に有する、請求項1に記載の電動骨鉗子。
