現在の信号フレームの信号エネルギー(Ef)を測定し、
現在の信号フレームの測定されたエネルギーと前の信号フレームの背景ノイズ推定値(B)を表すデータとの比較に基づいて現在の信号フレームの背景ノイズ推定値(B’)を計算することを含み、
現在の信号フレームの背景ノイズ推定値を計算することが、
現在の信号フレームの測定された信号エネルギー(Ef)と前の信号フレームの背景ノイズ推定値(B)とを比較して結果を生成し、
