(3)図30に示すように、第4の分岐点の模式図91aを第3の分岐点の回転反映VBS画像53aの挿入先の分岐穴内に収まるように縮小する。同様に、

Claims (5)
- 被検体の3次元領域の画像データに基づき前記被検体内の体腔路の3次元画像を連続したフレーム単位の仮想画像として生成する仮想画像生成手段と、
前記被検体内の体腔路を撮像する内視鏡からの内視鏡画像と、前記仮想画像と、前記被検体内の体腔路が分岐する全分岐点での前記仮想画像の複数の縮小画像とからなるナビゲーション画像を生成するナビゲーション画像生成手段と、
前記縮小画像の画像回転情報を記憶する回転情報記憶手段と、
前記画像回転情報に基づき前記ナビゲーション画像生成手段が生成する前記縮小画像を回転させる画像回転制御手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする挿入支援システム。 - 前記回転情報記憶手段は、前記画像回転情報を前記仮想画像のフレーム情報と関連させて記憶する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の挿入支援システム。 - 前記画像回転情報を所定の回転角データと比較する回転量比較手段を有し、
前記画像回転制御手段は、前記回転量比較手段の比較結果に基づき、前記縮小画像の回転を制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の挿入支援システム。 - 前記被検体の体腔路が分岐する最初の分岐点での仮想画像に対する回転量を前記回転情報記憶手段から読み出し、この回転量情報を前記画像回転制御手段により回転された画像の表示と併せて表示する手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の挿入支援システム。
- 現在の分岐点における仮想画像の挿入先の分岐穴の輪郭を抽出して抽象化した模式図に、それ以降の分岐点における挿入先の分岐穴の輪郭を抽出して抽象化した模式図を積層表示する手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の挿入支援システム。
