本発明は、調理容器が載置されるトッププレートにおける塗膜構成に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の加熱調理器としては図7示すようなものがある。図は日本の一般家庭の台所で用いられている加熱部を3個有する、いわゆる3口の加熱調理器である。

加熱調理器の外郭を構成する本体1の上面は、耐熱性ガラス製のトッププレート2がトップフレーム3により外周部を覆われて配設されている。本体1内のトッププレート2の下面には、誘導加熱を行う誘導加熱コイル、あるいは電気ヒータ、ハロゲンヒータなどからなる加熱手段4が配置され、トッププレート2の表面上には、加熱手段4が配設されている位置に対応して加熱部5が設けられている。本体1の前面部にはダイアル型、押しボタン型などの固定式あるいは図に示すような開閉収納式の操作部6と、操作に応じて各種状態を表示する表示部7が設けられている。トッププレート2の上面は加熱部5の位置を示すための円状の印刷部8が印刷され、トッププレート2のデザイン性向上のため全体的あるいは部分的に石目状、斑点状、もしくは幾何学的な図柄が有彩色顔料で印刷されていた。それに加えて、近年は、加熱調理の状態を示す発光手段10を加熱部5の近傍に備えたものが多く商品化されている。

また従来、本体1の色は黒色が一般的で最も多かったが、近年キッチンに合わせて本体1のカラー化(例えば、シルバー色など)のニーズが増えてきている。トッププレート2も黒色が主流であるが、トッププレート2の表面に有彩色印刷9(スクリーン印刷など)したものも商品化されている。

また、発光手段10を備えるものにあっても、有彩色印刷9部が不透光もしくは半透光性であるため、印刷部を部分的に抜き、発光の視認性を改善されていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、図7に示す従来の構成では、トッププレート2の上面に有彩効果を出すためには全体に及んで有彩色印刷9を施さなければならず、そうなればトッププレート2の持つガラス表面の光沢感が無くなり、しかも調理を繰り返していく中で印刷部が汚れやすく、汚れも目立ちやすい上、汚れが取れにくいという問題があった。

また、加熱調理の状態を示す発光手段10による発光はトッププレート2の上面に有彩色印刷がされていない抜き部分(例えば透明部)を介して使用者に映し出されるが、斜めから見た場合に部分的に発光が遮られるため調理状態が認識し難いという問題があった。

また、このように発光手段10に対向する部分のみトッププレート2の上面に有彩色印刷部を施さないことで視認性の課題を改善したものが商品化されているが、これによれば調理容器が滑りやすくなって調理操作に支障を生じたり、トッププレート2のガラス表面が傷付きやすくなるという問題があった。

さらには前記課題を最小限に解決するために、極力部分的に発光手段10の近傍のみ図柄9を配させないようにすると、本体1を斜めから見ると発光手段10の発光が図柄9と干渉し視認性が悪くなったり、デザイン的に問題があり商品性を低下させるという課題があった。

これら課題を解決するためにトッププレート2の下面に有彩色印刷9をすると本体1内に取り付けられてトッププレート2に圧接されるセンサー11の熱拡散剤(例えばシリコンなど)がにじみ、トッププレート2の外観に映って見えたり、印刷工法上、トッププレートの下面に有彩色印刷9を施すと印刷の塗膜強度が著しく低下して組立作業時、サービス時に傷が付いて外観に支障を生じるという課題があった。

本発明は前記従来の課題を解決するもので、外観品位が良く、かつ使用性、信頼性の高い加熱調理器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するために、外郭を構成する本体と、前記本体の上面に設けたトッププレートと、前記トッププレート上に設けた少なくとも1つの加熱部と、前記トッププレートの下方に前記加熱部に対応して設けた加熱手段と前記加熱部に対応して設けた発光手段とを備え、前記トッププレート下面を上層を有彩下地層とし下層を黒色膜層とした有彩色塗膜で覆い、前記有彩色塗膜の表層にシリコンを主成分とする保護層を施し、前記発光手段に対向する前記トッププレート下面の少なくとも一部は前記黒色膜層を設けない透光部を有しかつ前記透光部を斑点状に設けることにより、前記透光部及び内蔵部品を外観より見えにくくした構成とした。

請求項1に記載の発明は、外郭を構成する本体と、本体の上面に設けたトッププレートと、トッププレート上に設けた少なくとも1つの加熱部と、トッププレートの下方に加熱部に対応して設けた加熱手段と前記加熱部に対応して設けた発光手段とを備え、トッププレート下面を上層を有彩下地層とし下層を黒色膜層とした有彩色塗膜で覆い、有彩色塗膜の表層にシリコンを主成分とする保護層を施し、前記発光手段に対向する前記トッププレート下面の少なくとも一部は前記黒色膜層を設けない透光部を有しかつ前記透光部を斑点状に設けることにより、前記透光部及び内蔵部品を外観より見えにくくした加熱調理器とした。これにより、本体内に取り付けられてトッププレートに圧接されるセンサーの熱拡散剤(例えばシリコンなど)がにじみむこともなく、トッププレートの外観に映って見えたりしない。さらに、シリコンの保護層によって、有彩色印刷の塗膜強度が著しく向上して組立作業時、サービス時に傷が付いて外観不良になることを解消できる。
