【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、屈曲自在の関節装置利用した人形体に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の屈曲自在の関節装置は、特開平6−23154号公報に開示されているように、第1の関節部材S8と、第1の関節部材S8に軸部材S9によって回動自在に連結される第2の関節部材S7とからなる。また、従来の人形体は、下半身部に支軸を略垂直に突設し、上半身部を下半身部の支軸に回動に連結していた。さらに又、従来の人形体は、構成する各部材、例えば胴部、脚部、腕部等の外殻部が硬質合成樹脂素材によって成形されていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の関節装置は、屈曲方向が一方向なので、これを連結して人形体の骨格を形成しても、自由に骨格の形態を変えることができないという問題点があった。また、上記従来の関節装置は、骨格形成をすることができても、外側に胴部腰部等の外殻部を取り付けることが出来ないという問題点があった。

また従来の人形体は、上半身部と下半身部が支軸によって連結されているため、上半身部が水平方向にしか回動できず、動きが限定されているという問題点があった。さらに又、従来の人形体は、構成する各部材、例えば胴部、脚部、腕部等の外殻部が硬質合成樹脂素材によって成形されていたため、各部材を動かした時に、互いに接触し合い、動きの範囲が規制されるという問題点があった。

本願発明は、上記問題点に鑑み案出したものであって、屈曲方向が多方向なので、これを連結して人形体の骨格を形成した場合、自由に骨格の形態を変えることができ、外側に胴部腰部等の外殻部を取り付けることが出来る、従来にない関節装置を利用して、上半身部と下半身部を連結し、上半身部の動く範囲を拡大した、従来にない人形体を提供することを第1の目的とする。

さらにまた本願発明は、上記問題点に鑑み案出したものであって、構成する各部材、例えば胴部、脚部、腕部等の外殻部を可撓性軟質素材で形成し、各部材を動かした時に、互いに接触しても撓むことにより、動ける範囲を大きくした、従来にない人形体を提供することを第の目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1記載の人形体は、上記第1の目的を達成するため、下記の手段を有する。
(イ)下半身部と上半身部と、下半身部と上半身部を連結する支骨部材とからなり、関節装置を有すること。
(ロ)関節装置は、第1の部材と第2の部材とからなること。
(ハ)第1の部材は、軸部材と、軸部材の両端に設けられた球状関節とからなること。
