Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electronic device including a movable part such as a speaker that is rotatable with respect to a main body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As an electronic device including a movable part that is rotatable with respect to a main body, for example, an audio player including an openable speaker, a foldable mobile phone, a notebook personal computer, and the like are known.
In this type of electronic device, for example, the movable part is rotatably held with respect to the main body part by connecting the main body part and the movable part to each other via a hinge part including a shaft part and a bearing part. It has come to be.
In addition, in the electronic device, for example, a concave portion is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion, while a convex portion that can be engaged with the concave portion is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the bearing portion, and the concave portion and the convex portion are engaged. There is also an electronic device configured such that the rotation of the shaft portion is restricted in this state. According to such an electronic apparatus, the posture of the movable portion can be maintained at a predetermined rotation angle (that is, the rotation angle at which the convex portion and the concave portion meet).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional electronic device, for example, when the shaft portion is formed by joining a plurality of molded members, a step may be generated in the joint portion of each member due to a molding error of each member. there were. For example, when a step is generated on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion, there is a problem that when the movable portion is rotated with respect to the main body portion, the movable portion cannot be smoothly rotated due to catching. there were. In particular, when a convex portion or a concave portion for maintaining the posture of the movable portion is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the bearing portion, even if there is a slight step, the step portion (portion other than the engagement position) The convex portion or the concave portion is caught, and the posture of the movable portion cannot be smoothly rotated and converted.
Although it is possible to eliminate the level difference by, for example, scraping off the protruding portion that causes the level difference, this is very time consuming, resulting in an increase in the manufacturing cost of the electronic device. It was.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is an electronic device that can maintain the posture of the movable portion at a predetermined rotation angle that is determined in advance and that can smoothly rotate and convert the posture of the movable portion. The purpose is to provide equipment.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above objective,
The invention according to claim 1 is, for example, as shown in FIGS.
An electronic device 10 including a main body 1 and a movable portion 2 supported rotatably on the main body 1,
The movable part 2 can be rotated with respect to the main body part 1 by the interaction of the shaft part 3 provided on one of the movable part 2 and the main body part 1 and the bearing part 4 provided on the other side. To be supported by
While the shaft portion 3 includes the engaged portion 5,
The bearing portion 4 engages with the engaged portion 5 when the rotation angle of the movable portion 2 with respect to the main body portion 1 is at a predetermined rotation angle, and the shaft portion 3 in the engaged state. An engagement portion 6 for restricting the rotation of
The shaft portion 3 is formed by joining a plurality of members, and the engaged portion 5 is constituted by a recess extending in the axial direction of the shaft portion 3, and the joint surface of the joint portion 7 of the member constituting the shaft portion 3. Is provided so as to pass through the engaged portion 5 .
[0006]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the engaged portion that can be engaged with the engaging portion of the bearing portion is provided at the joint portion of each member constituting the shaft portion. It becomes difficult to produce a step in the position. Therefore, while the engaged portion and the engaging portion meet and engage with each other at a predetermined rotation angle, the position of the movable portion can be maintained, while in a rotation range other than the predetermined rotation angle, The movable part can be smoothly rotated. That is, the posture of the movable part can be smoothly rotated and converted.
In this case, a step is unlikely to occur at a position other than the engaged portion, but a step is likely to occur at the engaged portion. For example, a step is generated at the engaged portion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an example of an electronic apparatus 10 according to the present invention, in which (a) is a front perspective view, (b) is a rear perspective view, and (c) is a side view.
[0018]
An electronic device 10 according to this embodiment is an audio player including an openable / foldable speaker 2 and includes a main body 1 and a pair of speakers rotatably attached to both side portions of the main body 1. (Movable part) 2 and the outline.
As shown in FIG. 3, each speaker 2 is provided with a pair of shaft portions 3 extending in both the upper and lower directions, while the main body portion 1 is provided with a plurality of bearing portions 4 corresponding to the shaft portions 3. The speaker 2 is rotatably supported with respect to the main body 1 by the interaction between the shaft 3 and the bearing 4. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the main body 1 and each speaker 2 are both formed in a thin, substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the rotation range of each speaker 2 is such that the side wall surface of the speaker 2 is on the side of the main body. From the rotation angle (the rotation angle when the speaker 2 is in the open state) when the front surface side (sound emitting side) of the speaker 2 is in contact with the wall surface, the rear surface side of the speaker 2 is the back surface of the main body 1. The rotation range is limited to about 180 degrees until the rotation angle when the front side of the speaker 2 faces rearward (the rotation angle when the speaker is in the closed state).
[0019]
The main body 1 includes a CD / MD playback / recording device, a radio tuner, and the like. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. The members 17 are attached in a state of being included in the substantially cylindrical attachment portions 9.
Each bearing member 17 is formed of a flexible resin, and is disposed at a position corresponding to each shaft portion 3 of the speaker 2.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the bearing member 17 includes a bearing portion 4 having a fitting hole 11 into which the shaft portion 3 is fitted, and rotatably holding the shaft portion 3 in the fitting hole 11. And a pair of mounting plate portions 12 extending from the outer peripheral surface of the bearing portion 4. The bearing member 17 is attached to the housing portion 1a in a state where the mounting plate portions 12 are in contact with each other and the bearing portion 4 has a substantially cylindrical shape (state shown in FIG. 4).
On the inner peripheral surface of the bearing portion 4, an engaging portion 6 that can be freely disengaged from an engaged portion 5 (described later) of the shaft portion 3 and can regulate the rotation of the shaft portion 3 in the engaged state. Is provided. This engaging part 6 is comprised by the protrusion (convex part) extended in an axial direction, The cross-sectional shape is a substantially semicircle shape from which the distance from an axial line changes curvedly along the circumferential direction.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 3, the speaker 2 includes a speaker body 18 and an arm portion 19 that extends rearward from the back surface side of the speaker body 18 and has a distal end portion bent outward. Yes.
As shown in FIG. 1, the speaker main body 18 has a height that is substantially the same as the main body 1 and a width that is approximately half that of the main body. That is, the width of the electronic device 10 when both speakers are closed (when both speakers are folded) is configured to be approximately half that when the speakers 2 are opened. The speaker body 18 is provided with a shock absorbing member 14 that absorbs shocks at each of a portion that contacts the side wall surface of the body portion 1 and a portion that contacts the back surface of the body portion when the speaker body 18 is opened and closed. The shock at the time of contact with the main body 1 is buffered.
[0021]
A substantially cylindrical shaft portion 3 having an axis on the same straight line is provided upright on the upper surface and the lower surface of the tip of the arm portion 19.
A wire rod insertion hole 8 is provided in the central portion of each shaft portion 3 along the axial direction, and a signal line 15 extending from the speaker main body 18 to the main body portion 1 is wired in the wire rod insertion hole 8. . The wire rod insertion hole 8 is provided with a wiring locking portion 16 for bundling and locking a plurality of signal lines 15.
On the other hand, on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 3, a pair of engaged portions 5 that are detachable from the engaging portion 6 of the bearing portion 4 are provided at intervals of about 180 degrees. Specifically, one engaged portion (first engaged portion) 5 a is connected to the engaging portion 6 of the bearing portion 4 when the speaker 2 is in a closed rotation angle with respect to the main body portion 1. The other engaged portion (second engaged portion) 5b is provided at an engaging position, and the other engaged portion (second engaged portion) 5b is engaged with the bearing portion 4 when the speaker 2 is at an open rotation angle with respect to the main body portion 1. It is provided at a position where it engages with the joint portion 6. That is, when the rotation angle is a limit of the range in which the speaker 2 can be rotated, the engaging portion 6 and the engaged portion 5 are engaged, thereby restricting the rotation of the shaft portion 3. Thus, the posture of the speaker 2 is kept stable.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, each engaged portion 5 is constituted by a groove (concave portion) extending in the axial direction, and the cross-sectional shape thereof is a smooth curved shape corresponding to the shape of the engaging portion 6. It has become. That is, by applying a required turning force to the speaker 2, the engaged state between the engaged portion 5 and the engaging portion 6 can be easily released. In addition, when the engaged portion 5 and the engaging portion 6 are engaged, the protrusion which is the engaging portion 6 is fitted into the groove which is the engaged portion 5, thereby causing the bearing portion 4 to move in the circumferential direction. At the same time as this tension is weakened, a desired click feeling can be obtained.
[0022]
Moreover, the said axial part 3 is comprised by joining a some member, as shown in FIG. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the first case member 20a made of synthetic resin constituting the substantially entire back surface of the speaker body 18 and the inner side surface of the arm portion 19, and the first synthetic resin case constituting the outer surface of the arm portion. By joining the two case members 20b to each other with screws 21, the shaft portions 3 are formed on both the upper and lower surfaces of the tip of the arm portion 19, respectively.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, each engaged portion 5 described above is provided at the joint portion 7 of each case member 20a, 20b. That is, the shape of each case member 20a, 20b is preset so that the joint surface of each case member 20a, 20b passes through each engaged portion 5. Accordingly, a step is hardly formed on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 3 except for the position of the engaged portion 5.
[0023]
Next, the operation of the speaker 2 will be described.
[0024]
Normally, the front side of each speaker 2 is directed forward (open state). At this time, as shown in FIG. 6A, the engaged portion (second engaged portion) 5b of the shaft portion 3 and the engaging portion 6 of the bearing portion 4 are engaged with each other, so that the shaft portion 3 is engaged. Is in a restricted state. Therefore, even if some external force is applied to the speaker 2, the posture of the speaker 2 can be maintained as it is. In this state, the electronic device 10 is used.
In this state, as shown in FIG. 2, when a required turning force is applied to the speaker 2 in the direction in which the speaker 2 is folded back, the engagement portion 6 engages with the engaged portion 6 as shown in FIG. The joining portion 5b is detached, and the engagement between the engaging portion 6 and the engaged portion 5b is released. In this state, the rotation restriction on the shaft portion 3 is released, and the speaker 2 can be freely rotated. In particular, according to the electronic device 10 of this embodiment, as described above, since a step is unlikely to occur on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 3, in the rotation range other than the engaged portion 5, The speaker 2 can be smoothly rotated. That is, the posture of the speaker 2 can be smoothly rotated and converted.
Then, when the speaker 2 is rotated by about 180 degrees as it is, the back surface of the speaker body 18 comes into contact with the back surface of the body portion 1, and the engaged portion (the first portion) of the shaft portion 3 as shown in FIG. 1a to be engaged) 5a meets the engaging portion 6 of the bearing portion 4, and the engaged portion 5a and the engaging portion 6 are brought into an engaged state. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the front side of the speaker 2 is in a closed state (ie, the speaker 2 is folded behind the main body 1), and in this state, the shaft 3 is rotated. Is restricted, and the posture of the speaker 2 is maintained. For example, in this state, the electronic device 10 is stored or transported.
From this state, when the required turning force is applied to the speaker 2 in the direction in which the speaker 2 is opened, the engaged state between the engaging portion 6 and the engaged portion 5a is released as described above. . Then, if the speaker 2 is rotated by about 180 degrees as it is, the engaged portion 5b and the engaging portion 6 meet to be in an engaged state, and the speaker 2 is positioned in a state where the front side of the speaker 2 faces forward. Maintained. That is, the electronic device 10 returns to the original state (open state).
[0025]
According to the electronic device 10 of the present embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
Since the engaged portion 5 that can be engaged with the engaging portion 6 of the bearing portion 4 is provided at the joint portion 7 of each member 20 constituting the shaft portion 3, there is a step at a position other than the engaged portion 5. Is less likely to occur. Therefore, while the posture of the speaker 2 can be maintained at a predetermined rotation angle at which the engaged portion 5 and the engaging portion 6 meet and engage, a rotation range other than the predetermined rotation angle. The speaker 2 can be smoothly rotated. That is, the posture of the speaker 2 can be smoothly rotated and converted.
[0026]
In addition, since the plurality of engaged portions 5 are provided along the circumferential direction of the shaft portion 3, the posture of the speaker 2 can be maintained in a plurality of types of rotation states with different rotation angles.
[0027]
Further, the plurality of engaged portions 5 include a first engaged portion 5a that engages with the engaging portion 6 when the speaker 2 is at a closed rotation angle with respect to the main body portion 1, and a speaker. 2 includes a second engaged portion 5 b that engages with the engaging portion 6 when the rotation angle is in the open state with respect to the main body portion 1. Thus, the posture of the speaker 2 can be maintained in each of the open state and the closed state. Therefore, the usability of the electronic device 10 can be improved. Further, since the shock absorbing material 14 is provided on the inner side surface and the back surface of the speaker 2, it is possible to absorb an impact when the speaker 2 is opened and closed.
[0028]
Further, by applying a required turning force to the speaker 2, the engaged state between the engaged portion 5 and the engaging portion 6 is released. Can be easily released. Furthermore, since the bearing portion 4 is formed of a flexible resin, the engaged state can be released more smoothly. Accordingly, the posture of the speaker 2 can be easily rotated and converted.
[0029]
In addition, since the wire insertion hole 8 is provided along the axial direction of the shaft portion 3, it is easy to wire the signal line 15 across the speaker 2 and the main body portion 1.
[0030]
In addition, since the signal line 15 is obscured by the mounting portion 9, the appearance of the electronic device 10 can be improved. Further, the signal line 15 can be protected by the attachment portion 9. Furthermore, when the protrusion which is the engaging portion 6 is fitted into the groove which is the engaged portion 5, the user obtains a desired click feeling when the speaker 2 is rotated and converted to the open state or the closed state. be able to. According to the electronic device 10 of this embodiment, there is a possibility that a slight level difference may occur in the position of the engaged portion 5 due to a molding error of each case member. Since the shape of the portion 6 is a substantially semicircular shape in which the distance from the axis changes in a curved manner along the circumferential direction, even if a slight level difference occurs in the position of the engaged portion 5, the engaged portion 5 and the engaging portion 6 can be engaged so that the rotation of the shaft portion 3 can be restricted at the engaging position, and if the required turning force is applied to the speaker 2, the engaged portion 5 and the engagement part 6 can be easily released. That is, even if a slight level difference occurs at the position of the engaged portion 5, the posture of the speaker 2 can be maintained at a predetermined rotation angle that is set in advance, and the posture of the speaker 2 can be smoothly rotated. Can be converted.
[0031]
In the present embodiment, the electronic device 10 is an audio player provided with the openable speaker 2. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Good. Further, although the engaged portion 5 is a concave portion and the engaging portion 6 is a convex portion, the engaged portion 5 may be a convex portion and the engaging portion 6 may be a concave portion.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the engaged portion that can be engaged with the engaging portion of the bearing portion is provided at the joint portion of each member constituting the shaft portion. Therefore, it becomes difficult to produce a level | step difference in positions other than to-be-engaged part. Therefore, the posture of the movable part can be smoothly rotated and converted.
[0033]
According to the invention of claim 2, since the same effect as that of claim 1 can be obtained, a plurality of engaged portions are provided along the circumferential direction of the shaft portion. The posture of the movable part can be maintained in a plurality of different types of rotating states.
[0034]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the same effect as in the second aspect can be obtained, and the plurality of engaged portions have a rotation angle at which the speaker is closed with respect to the main body portion. A first engaged portion that engages with the engaging portion at a certain time, and a second engaged portion that engages with the engaging portion when the speaker is in an open rotation angle with respect to the main body portion. Therefore, depending on the usage state of the electronic device, the posture of the speaker can be maintained in each of the open state and the closed state.
[0035]
According to the invention of claim 4, the same effects as those of claims 1 to 3 can be obtained, and the required engagement force is applied to the movable part to engage the engaged part. Since the engagement state with the joint portion is released, the rotation restriction on the shaft portion can be easily released.
[0036]
According to the invention of claim 5, since the same effect as that of claims 1 to 4 can be obtained, the wire rod insertion hole is provided in the shaft portion, so that the wire material is arranged along the axial direction of the shaft portion. Therefore, it is easy to wire a wire such as a signal line between the movable part and the main body part.
