【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ヘアマニュキア用のリムーバー及びこれを構成要素とするヘアマニュキアセットに関する。

【従来の技術】
毛髪はハードケラチンで構成されるキューティクルの積層した形状をしており、この様な毛髪に着色を行う場合には、ケラチンの硬い組織が障害となり、着色成分の毛髪表面への吸着や内部への浸透が均一になりにくく、その為、色味ののりのムラや、染色ムラなどが生じやすく、その改善が望まれていた。この様な問題を解決する手段として、本発明者らは、アラビノース、リキソース、リボース、キシロース、トリメチロールプロパン、トリメチロールエタン、ジプロピレングリコール、ジグリセリン、エリスリトール、スレイトール、トリメチロールプロパン、トリメチロールエタン等のエーテル結合を0乃至は1個有する、炭素数4以上の多価アルコール及び/又は炭酸エチレンや炭酸プロピレン等の炭酸アルキレンを含有させることにより、ヘアマニュキアの染毛成分である、酸性染料の毛髪内部への浸透を促進し、堅牢でムラのない染毛が為し得ることを見い
だした。しかしながら、この様に堅牢でムラのない染毛料が開発されたことにより、新たな問題が生じた。即ち、この様に染色が堅牢であるが故に、毛髪以外の皮膚の部分に誤って塗布されて染色されると、これを落とすことが非常に困難な場合があることである。染色深度が深い故に、従来のヘアマニュキア用のリムーバーでは充分に落とせない場合があるのである。即ち、染色深度の深いヘアマニュキア用のリムーバーの開発が望まれていた。

一方、ヘアマニュキア用のリムーバーにおいて、アラビノース、リキソース、リボース、キシロース、トリメチロールプロパン、トリメチロールエタン、ジプロピレングリコール、ジグリセリン、エリスリトール、スレイトール、トリメチロールプロパン、トリメチロールエタン等のエーテル結合を0乃至は1個有する、炭素数4以上の多価アルコールと炭酸アルキレンから選ばれる1種乃至は2種以上とを含有したものは知られていないし、この様なリムーバーが染色深度の深いヘアマニュキアの除去・補正用に優れていることも全く知られていない。かかるヘアマニュキア用のリムーバーと染色深度の深いヘアマニュキアを組み合わせてヘアマニュキアセットして用いることも全く知られていない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明はこの様な状況下為されたものであり、染色深度の深いヘアマニュキア用のリムーバーを開発し、染色深度の深い染毛料の特性を生かした実用的なヘアマニュキアセットを提供することを課題とする。

この様な状況に鑑みて、本発明者らは、染色深度の深いヘアマニュキア用のリムーバーを開発し、染色深度の深い染毛料の特性を生かした実用的なヘアマニュキアセットを提供すべく鋭意研究努力を重ねた結果、エーテル結合を0乃至は1個有する、炭素数4以上の多価アルコールから選ばれる1種乃至は2種以上と炭酸アルキレンから選ばれる1種乃至は2種以上とを含有することを特徴とする、ヘアマニュキア用のリムーバーに優れたリムーブ作用を見いだし、このものと染色深度の深い、エーテル結合を0乃至は1個有する、炭素数4以上の多価アルコールから選ばれる1種乃至は2種以上及び/又は炭酸アルキレンから選ばれる1種乃至は2種以上を含有するヘアマニュキアとを組み合わせることにより、上記課題のヘアマニュキアセットが得られることを見いだし、発明を完成させるに至った。即ち、本発明は、以下に示す技術に関するものである。
(1)エーテル結合を0乃至は1個有する、炭素数4以上の多価アルコールから選ばれる1種乃至は2種以上と炭酸アルキレンから選ばれる1種乃至は2種以上とを含有することを特徴とする、ヘアマニュキア用のリムーバー。
(2)エーテル結合を0乃至は1個有する、炭素数4以上の多価アルコールが、アラビノース、リキソース、リボース、キシロース、トリメチロールプロパン、トリメチロールエタン、ジプロピレングリコール、ジグリセリン、エリスリトール、スレイトール、トリメチロールプロパン又はトリメチロールエタンであることを特徴とする、(1)に記載のヘアマニュキア用のリムーバー。
