Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mounting bracket used when an inner wall panel is fixed to a building wall frame at a predetermined interval.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to attach an inner wall panel at a fixed interval to a wall axis set of a building, a mounting bracket described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-230904 has been adopted. The mounting bracket includes a mounting plate portion in which a substantially hemi-shaped pulling guide groove is formed, and extends integrally from the front end of the mounting plate portion, and is inserted into a gap of the wall shaft assembly so that the front end is attached to the wall shaft assembly. An insertable locking piece portion that can be locked, a substrate portion that is integrally fixed to the mounting plate portion, and that has a pulling guide groove corresponding to the pulling guide groove of the mounting plate portion, and from the front end of the substrate portion. When the insertion locking piece is extended and inserted into the gap of the wall shaft set and locked, it can contact the wall shaft assembly complement disposed on the front side of one wall shaft set A contact piece, an elastic holding piece that is integrally extended from the base end of the base plate, and is bent at a substantially right angle in a direction opposite to the extending direction of the contact piece; and the insertion locking piece And a metal fitting for looseness that is freely fitted to the door.
[0003]
Then, the mounting bracket is temporarily fixed to the wall shaft assembly, the vertical frame of one inner wall panel is applied to the wall shaft assembly complement and the mounting plate portion, nails are driven from the pulling guide groove of the mounting plate portion, and the mounting plate portion is hammered. Then, by moving the inner wall panel along the pulling guide groove, the inner wall panel is fixed in a state of being in close contact with the metal fitting for contact with the wall shaft assembly. Moreover, the vertical frame of the other adjacent inner wall panel is inserted into a space defined by the top fitting, the substrate portion, and the elastic pressing piece portion.
[0004]
As a result, the inner wall panel can be firmly fixed to the wall shaft assembly with a fixed interval at a constant interval, and the work can be performed with a small number of personnel.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the inner wall panel is fixed to the wall shaft assembly by the mounting bracket described above, two nailing operations are required for each mounting bracket, and the inner wall panel is struck by hitting the mounting plate portion in the nailing process. There is a problem that a lot of work time is required. In addition, the inner wall panel is moved within the range of the pulling guide groove formed in the mounting plate portion and is closely attached to the metal fitting for contact with the wall shaft assembly. Depending on the skill level of the operator, the inner wall panel In some cases, it was not possible to adhere to the metal fittings. Further, the locking claw portion of the insertion locking piece portion is locked to the rear surface of the pair of adjacent wall shaft assemblies and contacts the front side of the wall shaft assembly complement disposed on the front side of one wall shaft assembly. It cannot be temporarily fixed to the wall shaft assembly complement simply by contacting the contact piece portion, and it is necessary to bend and wrap the contact piece portion along the wall shaft assembly complement. There was also a problem.
[0006]
In addition, the metal fitting for laying the inner wall panel at a fixed interval with respect to the wall shaft assembly is loosely fitted to the insertion locking piece, so that the metal fitting for wiping is attached to the length of the inner wall panel. When preparing multiple pieces according to the height, it is necessary to change the length of the insertion locking piece. There is a problem that the mounting plate portion must be prepared, and the number of parts increases as a whole, which increases costs.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and provides an inner wall panel mounting bracket capable of fixing an inner wall panel firmly and in a short time with a predetermined interval with respect to a wall shaft assembly. It is to provide.
[0008]

The locking metal fitting 3 integrated with the metal fitting body 2 is formed to have a width that can be inserted into the gap c between the left and right vertical columns 81, 81 of the adjacent wall shaft groups 8, 8, and has a wall at the tip. Locking pieces 31 that can be locked to the back surfaces of the vertical columns 81 and 81 of the shaft groups 8 and 8 are formed to protrude on both sides. The length of the locking fitting 3 is set to be slightly larger than the depth of the vertical column 81 of the wall shaft set 8.
[0012]
The elastic member 4 is formed by bending a steel plate, and has a main body portion 41 formed with an opening 41a through which the locking metal fitting 3 described above can be inserted, and a front end positioned ahead of the front end of the main body portion 41. The positioning piece 42 is cut out integrally with the main body 41 and is fixed to the back surface of the metal fitting body 2 by a rivet R. And the space | interval of the front-end | tip of the latching metal fitting 3 and the front-end | tip of the main-body part 41 of the elastic member 4 is set smaller than the depth of the vertical column 81 of the wall shaft set 8. FIG.
[0013]
The fixing of the elastic member 4 to the metal fitting body 2 is not limited to riveting, and welding, adhesion, screwing, or the like can be employed.
[0014]
Furthermore, the screw member 5 is formed in a diameter that can be inserted into the gap c between the adjacent wall shaft groups 8 and 8, and is displaced from the locking metal fitting 3 so as not to interfere with the locking metal fitting 3 described above. The metal fitting body 2 is screwed.
[0015]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, when the pressing plate 6 is attached to the screw member 5, the surface of the pressing plate 6 and the surface of the head 51 of the screw member 5 are flush with each other. A stepped portion 61 having a depth set as described above is formed. And in this level | step-difference part 61, the horizontal insertion groove | channel 621 of the shape corresponding to the substantially ellipse projected by inclining the head 51 of the screw member 5, and the screw member 5 while being substantially orthogonal to this horizontal insertion groove | channel 621. A substantially T-shaped fitting groove 62 made of a vertical fitting groove 622 into which the leg portion 52 can be fitted is formed.
[0016]
For this reason, the holding plate 6 is tilted so that the vertical fitting groove 622 of the fitting groove 62 faces the screw member 5 in the vertical direction and the lower side of the pressing plate 6 is on the near side. It is dropped into the portion 51 (see FIG. 2A), and the presser plate 6 is rotated so as to push the lower side forward while the vertical insertion groove 622 of the insertion groove 62 is fitted in the leg portion 52 of the screw member 5. By doing so (see FIG. 2B), the horizontal fitting groove 621 can be wound around the head 51 and attached to the screw member 5 (see FIG. 2C).
[0017]
As a result, the pressing plate 6 can be mounted even after the screw member 5 is screwed to the metal fitting body 2, and a certain contact area with the head 51 of the screw member 5 is ensured in the stepped portion 61. As will be described later, it is possible to prevent the pressing plate 6 from interfering with the erection of the inner wall panel 9 and to rotate the screw member 5 to wall the inner wall panel 9 via the pressing plate 6. The shaft assembly 8 can be strongly tightened and fixed.
[0018]
Further, the filler metal 7 is a structure in which the inner wall panel 9 is built at a fixed interval with respect to the wall shaft assembly 8, and is cut and raised from one end of the adhesive metal body 71 having a substantially U-shaped cross section. And a guide portion 72 which is bent in a U-shaped cross section and has a hole 72a through which the leg portion 52 of the screw member 5 can be inserted. The width of the guide portion 72 shown in FIG. The depth is set smaller than the opening width of the main body 2 and the depth is set smaller than the depth of the metal fitting body 2. Further, the height of the distal end side bent piece 721 of the guide portion 72 is set to be smaller than the opening width of the metal fitting body 2.
[0019]
For this reason, when the upper metal fitting 7 is rotated around the screw member 5 and arranged so that the upper main body 71 has a U-shape when viewed from the side, the guide portion 72 passes through the opening of the main body 2. In this case, the distal end portions of the upper fitting main body 71 located on the left and right of the guide portion 72 sandwich the metal fitting main body 2 from the left and right. In addition, when the upper fitting 7 is rotated around the screw member 5 and the upper fitting main body 71 is arranged in a U shape when viewed from above, the distal end side bent piece 721 of the guide portion 72 is the fitting main body 2. In this case, the distal end portion of the upper fitting main body 71 located on the left and right sides of the guide portion 72 is substantially in contact with the left and right side surfaces of the fitting main body 2. .
[0020]
Although not shown in detail, the wall shaft assembly 8 is a rectangular frame formed by combining a pair of left and right vertical columns 81 formed of channel steel and an upper chord member and a lower chord member (not shown). Is a conventionally known one in which a center post is provided at the center and a brace is stretched in an X shape.
[0021]
The inner wall panel 9 is formed into a rectangular frame by a pair of left and right vertical frames 91 and a plurality of horizontal frames (not shown) connected between the vertical frames 91 and 91, and then the vertical frame 91 and the horizontal frames Each partitioned space is filled with a heat insulating material 92 such as rock wool or glass wool, and a waterproof / moisture-proof sheet (not shown) is stuck on one side of the room. Here, the vertical frame 91 is cut out at one corner formed by intersecting the outer side surface thereof and the back surface facing the wall shaft set 8, and therefore, the cross section is thick and substantially L-shaped. It is formed in a shape. The metal fitting body 2 described above can be accommodated in a notch formed at one corner of the vertical frame 91. Furthermore, a watertight material 9a is disposed on one vertical frame 91 of the inner wall panel 9, and seals between the left and right vertical frames 91, 91 of the adjacent inner wall panels 9, 9.
[0022]
The case where the inner wall panel 9 is fixed to the wall shaft assembly 8 using the mounting bracket 1 configured as described above will be described. First, after the presser plate 6 is detached from the screw member 5, as shown in FIG. 3, the left and right vertical columns 81, 81 opposed to each other by the locking pieces 31 of the locking fitting 3 are opposed to the adjacent wall shaft groups 8, 8. The mounting bracket 1 is held so that it can pass through the gap c between them, and the locking bracket 3 is inserted into the gap c between the adjacent wall shaft assemblies 8 and 8 as they are. Then, the metal fitting body 2 is pressed against the wall shaft assemblies 8 and 8 until the elastic member 4 is compressed and crushed, and the metal fitting body 2 is rotated 90 degrees in this state.
[0023]
As a result, the locking piece 31 of the locking metal fitting 3 is locked to the back surface of the adjacent wall shaft assembly 8, 8, and the compressed elastic member 4 presses the surface of the wall shaft assembly 8, 8 by its elastic force. Therefore, the locking state of the locking bracket 3 with respect to the wall shaft assembly 8, 8 by the locking piece 31 can be maintained, and the metal fitting body 2 can be temporarily fixed to the wall shaft assembly 8, 8. At this time, the positioning piece 42 of the elastic member 4 moves along the surface of the vertical column 81 of the one wall shaft set 8 and then fits into the gap c between the adjacent wall shaft sets 8 and 8, and the metal fitting body 2. Positioning is restricted.
[0024]
Next, the filler metal 7 is pushed along the leg part 52 of the screw member 5, and the guide part 72 is inserted into the inside through the opening of the metal body 2. At this time, the distal end portions of the upper fitting main body 71 positioned on the left and right sides of the guide portion 72 are in the state in which the metal fitting body 2 is sandwiched from the left and right, and the left and right vertical surfaces of the adjacent wall shafts 8 and 8 are opposed to each other. This is in contact with the front surfaces of the columns 81 and 81. For this reason, the pivot metal fitting 7 is restricted from rotating with respect to the screw member 5 and can maintain the state.
[0025]
A plurality of the mounting brackets 1 are attached to each of the gaps c between the adjacent wall shaft groups 8 and 8 at regular intervals in the vertical direction.
[0026]
When the fixing of the mounting bracket 1 is completed, the inner wall panel 9 is held, and as shown in FIG. 5, the outer wall of the left vertical frame 91 is vertically built on the right side of the inner wall panel 9 that has been built first. It is built so that the outer surface of the frame 91 is in contact with the back surface of the vertical frame 91, 91 of the inner wall panel 9 in contact with the front surface of the upper metal body 71 of the upper metal fitting 7. At this time, if the vertical frame 91 on the right side of the inner wall panel 9 and the head 51 of the screw member 5 interfere with each other, the right side of the inner wall panel 9 is tilted by pressing the screw member 5 slightly to the right. A vertical frame 91 may be inserted.
[0027]
By installing the inner wall panel 9 in this way, as shown in FIG. 6, the distal end portion including the head 51 of the screw member 5 of the mounting bracket 1 has left and right vertical frames 91 facing the inner wall panels 9 and 9. , 91 and protrudes to the surface side.
[0028]
Thereafter, the holding plate 6 is gripped, and the fitting groove 62 is dropped into the head 51 of the screw member 5 and attached to the screw member 5. Next, when the screw member 5 is rotated, the left and right vertical frames 91, 91 of the adjacent inner wall panels 9, 9 are pushed through the presser plate 6 so as to be in close contact with the softening metal body 71 of the softening metal 7, It can be firmly fixed (see FIG. 7).
[0029]
Similarly, the inner wall panel 9 is fixed to the wall shaft assembly 8 in order.
[0030]
As described above, after temporarily fixing the mounting bracket 1 to the adjacent wall shafts 8 and 8, the inner wall panel 9 is inserted, and the inner wall panel 9 is swept by a simple operation of rotating the screw member 5 to which the holding plate 6 is attached. It can be firmly fixed by being brought into close contact with the wall shaft group 8, 8 via the metal fitting 7. In addition, such work can be performed in a short time using a large indoor space on the surface side of the inner wall panel 9 and using mechanical force such as an electric screwdriver. Further, the screw member 5 is rotated, and finally, the inner wall panel 9 is swung by the presser plate 6 and is clamped with the wall shaft assembly 8 at a fixed interval with the metal fittings 7 interposed therebetween. For this reason, the initial built-in position of the inner wall panel 9 does not necessarily have to be accurate and can be easily operated without requiring skill.
[0031]
By the way, in embodiment mentioned above, although illustrated about the case where the adjacent wall panels 9 and 9 are erected from the wall axis | shaft groups 8 and 8 via the brace metal fitting 7 at fixed intervals, only one inner wall panel 9 is shown. Can be erected from the wall shaft set 8 at a predetermined interval. Specifically, as described above, after temporarily fixing the metal fitting body 2, as shown in FIG. 8, as shown in FIG. The screw member 5 may be rotated around the screw member 5 so as to have a U-shape when viewed, and pushed in along the leg portion 52 of the screw member 5. At this time, the distal end side bent piece 721 of the guide portion 72 enters inside through the opening of the metal fitting body 2, and the metal fitting main body 71 located on the left and right sides of the metal fitting body 2 on the left and right sides of the guide portion 72. The front end portion of the metal plate is substantially in contact with the front end portion of the wall shaft assembly 8 and the front surface of the wall shaft assembly 8 is brought into contact with the front end portion of the wall shaft 8. Thereafter, the inner wall panel 9 is held and built along the wall shaft assembly 8, and the inner wall base material 10 having a length corresponding to the length (depth) of the fitting 7 is fixed to the vertical frame 91 on the right side. To do. And the next inner wall panel 9 is hold | maintained, and the outer surface of the left vertical frame 91 is fixed to the outer surface of the inner wall base material 10 fixed to the right vertical frame 91 of the inner wall panel 9 previously built. Further, the inner wall panel 9 is built so that the rear surfaces of the vertical frames 91 and 91 are in contact with the front surface of the upper fitting main body 71 of the upper fitting 7. When the installation of the inner wall panel 9 is finished, the pressing plate 6 is attached to the head portion 51 of the screw member 5 protruding between the inner wall base material 10 and the vertical frame 91 of the inner wall panel 9 and projecting to the surface side. After that, the screw member 5 may be rotated and fixed.
[0032]
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the inner wall panel 9 is built in order from the left side is illustrated, but the inner wall panel 9 may be built in from the right side, and the order is not limited.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
