本発明は軒樋を軒先に取り付ける軒樋取付具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、軒樋を軒先に取り付ける軒樋取付具としては種々あるが、多く使用されている軒樋取付具としては、実開昭63−35953号公報に記載されている軒樋取付具がある。
この軒樋取付具は、軒先に取り付けられる固定板と、この固定板に取り付けられる取付具本体とからなる。固定板は水平方向に長い長尺板状体で、この固定板の屋外側面の上部に係止溝が屋外側面の下部に突起が設けられている。取付具本体は軒樋を取り付ける本体と、この本体の屋内側端面に設けられた板状の取付部とからなり、この取付部の屋内側面下部に溝が設けられている。そして、この軒樋取付具は、固定板を軒先に取り付け、この固定板に設けられている係止溝の中に取付具本体の取付部の上端部を挿入し、取付部の屋内側面下部に設けられた溝の中に固定板の下部に設けられた突起を挿入して、固定板に取付具本体を取り付けて使用するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、この軒樋取付具は取付具本体の上端部を固定板の係止溝の中に、又、取付部の溝の中に固定板の突起をそれぞれ単に挿入して取り付けているだけであるから、風等で外部から力が加わると、取付具本体が固定板の係止溝に沿って移動するという問題がある。
この移動を防止するためには、押さえボルトを取付部に螺入し、この押さえボルトの先端で固定板を押圧して取付具本体を固定したり、取付部から固定板を貫通して軒先にビスを螺入して固定することもあるが、このように押さえボルトやビスを螺入して固定することは極めて煩雑であり、取り付けに長時間かかるという問題がある。
そこで、本発明の目的は取付具本体を固定板に簡単にしかも速く取り付けることができ、しかも、風等の外力が加わっても取付具本体が移動しない軒樋取付具を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記目的を達成するためになされたものであって、軒先に取り付けられる固定板と、この固定板に取り付けられる取付具本体とからなる軒樋取付具において、前記固定板は、屋外側に開口した断面C字形の基体と押さえ板からなり、この押さえ板は、基体の断面C字形の中に挿入され、押さえ板と基体との間に取り付けられた弾性体で常時屋外方向に押圧された状態に取り付けられ、前記取付具本体は軒樋を取り付ける本体と、この本体の屋内側端面に設けられた取付板とからなり、この取付板には、上部に厚みが基体の断面C字形の上側縁と押さえ板との距離より大きい上側止着部が、又、下部に厚みが基体の断面C字形の下側縁と押さえ板との距離より大きい下側止着部が、この上側止着部の上端と下側止着部との距離が基体の断面ほぼC字形の上側縁と下側縁間の距離より大きく、且つ、断面C字形の中に挿入できる位置に設けられ、この取付板の上側止着部が基体の断面C字形の上側縁と押さえ板の間に、又、取付板の下側止着部が基体の断面C字形の下側縁と押さえ板の間にそれぞれ挿入されて取付具本体が固定板に着脱自在に取り付けられているものである。

本発明における軒樋取付具とは軒樋を下方から支持する軒樋支持具でもよいし、軒樋を上方から吊る軒樋吊り具であってもよい。
本発明における取付板に設けられている上側止着部と下側止着部としては、取付板の上側縁と下側縁をそれぞれ上側止着部と下側止着部にしてもよいし、取付板から突出させて設けてもよい。
本発明に使用する弾性体は、螺旋状のスプリングバネでもよいし、板状のスプリングバネでもよい。又、ゴム板のようなゴム状弾性体でもよい。

(作用)
本発明の軒樋吊り具の取付方法を説明しながら作用について説明する。
先ず、固定板を軒先の所定位置に取り付ける。
次に、取付具本体の取付板の上側止着部で押さえ板の上部を屋内方向に押す。
すると、本発明の押さえ板は、基体の断面ほぼC字形の中に挿入され、押さえ板と基体との間に取り付けられた弾性体で常時屋外方向に押圧されているから、取付板の上側止着部で押された押さえ板の上部が弾性体を変形させながら屋内方向に移動し、押さえ板の上部と基体の断面C字形の上側縁との間が拡がる。

このように押さえ板の上部と基体の断面C字形の上側縁との間が拡がり、取付板の上側止着部の厚みより大きくなると、取付板を上方に移動させて、取付板の上側止着部を押さえ板と基体の断面C字形の上側縁との間に、取付板の下端が基体の断面C字形の下側縁より上方に位置するまで挿入する。

次に、取付板の下側止着部で押さえ板の下部を屋内側に押す。
すると、上記取付板の上側止着部が押さえ板の上部を押したときと同様に、取付板の下側止着部で押さえ板の下部を押す。すると、押さえ板の下部が弾性体を変形させながら屋内方向に移動し、押さえ板と基体の断面C字形の下側縁との間が拡がる。

このように、押さえ板の下部と基体の断面C字形の下側縁との間が拡がり、取付板の下側止着部の厚みより大きくなると、取付板を下方に移動させて、取付部の下側止着部を押さえ板と基体の断面C字形の下側縁との間に挿入する。
すると、本発明に使用する取付板の上側止着部と下側止着部とは断面C字形の中に挿入できる位置に設けられているから、取付板の上側止着部と下側止着部とが完全に基体の断面ほぼC字形の中に挿入できる。

このように取付板が完全に基体の断面C字形の中に挿入すると、取付板を押していた力を除く。
すると、本発明においては、弾性体を変形させていた力がなくなるので、弾性体の弾性により押さえ板が屋外方向に押される。
その際、本発明においては、上側止着部の上端と下側止着部との距離が基体の断面ほぼC字形の上側縁と下側縁間の距離より大きくなされているから、押さえ板で押された取付板は、上側止着部と下側止着部とが基体の断面C字形の上側縁と下側縁に引っ掛かって止まり、本発明の取付構造、即ち、取付板の上側止着部が基体の断面C字形の上側縁と押さえ板の間に、又、取付板の下側止着部が基体の断面ほぼC字形の下側縁と押さえ板の間にそれぞれ挿入されて取付具本体が固定板に着脱自在に取り付けられる。

このように、固定板を軒先に取り付け、取付具本体の取付板を固定板の断面C字形の基体と押さえ板との間に挿入するだけで取り付けることができるので、施工が極めて簡単で速く施工できる。
このような構造になって取付具本体が固定板に取り付けられると、本発明においては、取付板の上側止着部の厚みが基体の断面C字形の上側縁と押さえ板との距離より大きいし、下側止着部の厚みが基体の断面C字形の下側縁と押さえ板との距離より大きいから、取付板は背後から弾性体で押された押さえ板で押され、前面は基体の断面C字形の上側縁と下側縁に引っ掛かるというように、取付板は押さえ板と断面C字形の上下の側縁とで挟圧され、取付具本体が固定板に強固に取り付けられ、風等の力で移動することがない。

上記軒樋取付具の取付方法は取付具本体の取付板の上側止着部を固定板の断面C字形の基体と押さえ板との間に挿入した後、取付板の下側止着部を挿入する方法について説明したが、この逆に、先に取付板の下側止着部を挿入した後、上側止着部を挿入するようにしてもよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
図1〜図3は本発明軒樋取付具を軒樋吊り具に適用した一実施例を示すもので、図1は軒樋取付具の一部切欠説明図、図2は軒先に軒樋取付具を取り付けている状態を示すもので、(イ)は固定板に取付具本体の取付部の上側止着部を近づけている状態を示す一部切欠説明図、(ロ)は固定板の断面C字形の基体と押さえ板との間に取付具本体の取付部の上側止着部を挿入した状態を示す一部切欠説明図、(ハ)は固定板に取付具本体を取り付けた状態を示す一部切欠説明図、図3は軒樋取付具の使用状態を示す一部切欠説明図である。

1は軒樋吊り具からなる軒樋取付具であり、この軒樋取付具1は軒先に取り付けられる固定板2と、この固定板2に取り付けられる取付具本体3とからなる。
固定板2は、屋外側に開口した断面C字形の基体4と押さえ板5からなる。
6は螺旋状に巻かれたスプリングバネからなる弾性体であり、この弾性体6はピン61によって固定板に取り付けられ、この弾性体6が押さえ板5の背後を押すようになっている。即ち、固定板2の断面C字形の基体4のほぼ中央に通孔45が設けられていて、この通孔45にピン61が挿入されている。このピン61の両端には係止片62、63が設けられていて、この通孔45から抜けないようになって取り付けられている。そして、図1から判るように、このピン61が押さえ板5に設けられている通孔53と螺旋状に巻かれたスプリングバネからなる弾性体6の中央を貫通している。そして、弾性体6が圧縮された状態になって押さえ板5とピン61の係止片62との間に挿入されている。従って、弾性体6が押さえ板5の背後を常時押すようになっている。

押さえ板5は基体4の断面C字形の上側縁41と下側縁42の間の距離より大きく、基体4の断面C字形の中に挿入されている。
取付具本体3は軒樋を取り付ける本体7と、この本体7の屋内側端面に設けられた取付板8とからなる。
取付板8には、屋内側に屋内方向に突出し更に上方向に折曲された上側止着部81と、屋内方向に突出し更に下方向に折曲された下側止着部82が設けられている。上側止着部81の厚みは基体4の断面C字形の上側縁41と押さえ板5の上部51との距離より大きく、又、下側止着部82の厚みは基体4の断面C字形の下側縁42と押さえ板5の下部との距離より大きくなされている。そして、この上側止着部81の上端と下側止着部82の下端との距離は基体4の断面ほぼC字形の上側縁41と下側縁42の間の距離より大きなされている。

そして、この取付板8の上側止着部81が基体4の断面ほぼC字形の上側縁41と押さえ板5の上部51の間に、又、取付板8の下側止着部82が基体4の断面ほぼC字形の下側縁42と押さえ板5の間にそれぞれ挿入されて取付具本体3が固定板2に着脱自在に取り付けられるようになっている。
このように取付具本体3が固定板2に取り付けられると、取付板8の上側止着部81の厚みが基体4の断面C字形の上側縁41と押さえ板5との距離より大きいし、下側止着部82の厚みが基体4の断面C字形の下側縁42と押さえ板5との距離より大きいから、取付板8は背後から弾性体6で押された押さえ板5で押され、前面は基体4の断面C字形の上側縁41と下側縁42に引っ掛かるというように、取付板8は押さえ板5と断面C字形の上下の側縁41、42とで挟圧され、取付具本体3が固定板2に強固に取り付けられる。

本体7は取付板8の屋外側面から屋外方向に突出した棒状体であり、屋外側先端部に設けられた屋外側耳保持部71と、この屋外側耳保持部71より屋内側に設けられた屋内側耳保持部72とからなる。屋外側耳保持部71は先端が上方に突出していて、図3に示すように、この屋外側耳保持部71を軒樋9の屋外側耳91の中に挿入して保持できるようになっている。又、屋内側耳保持部72は棒状体から屋内方向に突出したバネ片73と取付板8から屋外方向に突出した突起74とからなり、このバネ片73と突起74の間に軒樋9の屋内側耳92を挟んで取り付けることができるようになっている。

本発明の軒樋取付具の使用方法および作用について説明する。
先ず、固定板2を軒先95の所定位置にビス96で取り付ける。
次に、図2(イ)に示すように、取付具本体3の取付板8の上側止着部81で押さえ板5の上部51を屋内方向に押す。
すると、押さえ板5の上部51が弾性体6を変形させながら屋内方向に移動し、押さえ板5の上部51と基体4の断面C字形の上側縁41との間が拡がる。
このように押さえ板5の上部51と基体4の断面C字形の上側縁41との間が拡がり、取付板8の上側止着部81の厚みより大きくなると、図2(ロ)に示すように、取付板8を上方に移動させて、取付板8の上側止着部81を押さえ板5の上部51と基体4の断面C字形の上側縁41との間に、取付板8の下側止着部82の下端を基体4の断面C字形の下側縁42より上方に位置するまで挿入する。

次に、取付板8の下側止着部82で押さえ板5の下部52を屋内側に押す。
すると、押さえ板5の下部52が弾性体6を変形させながら屋内方向に移動し、押さえ板5の下部52と基体4の断面C字形の下側縁42との間が拡がる。
このように、押さえ板5の下部52と基体4の断面C字形の下側縁42との間が拡がり、取付板8の下側止着部82の厚みより大きくなると、取付板8を下方に移動させる。
すると、取付板8の上側止着部81と下側止着部82とは断面C字形の中に挿入できる位置に設けられているから、取付板8の上側止着部81と下側止着部82とが完全に基体4の断面ほぼC字形の中に挿入する。

上記軒樋取付具1の取付方法は取付具本体3の取付板8の上側止着部81を固定板2の断面C字形の基体4と押さえ板5との間に挿入した後、取付板8の下側止着部81を挿入する方法について説明したが、この逆に、先に取付板8の下側止着部82を挿入した後、上側止着部81を挿入するようにしてもよい。
このようにして、軒先95の所定位置に複数の軒樋取付具1を取り付けた後、軒樋9の屋外側耳91の中に取付具本体3の本体7の屋外側耳保持部71を挿入し、軒樋9を屋外側耳保持部71を中心にして下方に回転させて、軒樋9の屋内側耳92をバネ片73と突起74からなる屋内側耳保持部72の中に挿入する。

すると、屋内側耳92がバネ片73を変形させながら、バネ片73と突起74の間に入る。この屋内側耳92がバネ片73の位置を通過すると、バネ片73が弾性により元の形状に戻り、バネ片73が屋外側耳92を突起74の方に押し付けて、図3に示すように、屋内側耳92が屋内側耳保持部72から外れないように保持されると同時に、軒樋9の屋外側耳91も屋外側耳保持部72に保持される。
このように取り付けられた軒樋9は風等の外力が加わっても、取付具本体3が固定具2に強固に取り付けられているから、取付具本体3が移動することがなく、従って、軒樋取付具1と隣の軒樋取付具1との間が拡がり軒樋9が撓むことがなく安心である。

【発明の効果】
本発明の軒樋取付具は、軒先に取り付けられる固定板と、この固定板に取り付けられる取付具本体とからなる。そして、固定板は、屋外側に開口した断面C字形の基体と押さえ板からなり、この押さえ板は、基体の断面C字形の中に挿入され、押さえ板と基体との間に取り付けられた弾性体で常時屋外方向に押圧された状態に取り付けられている。取付具本体は軒樋を取り付ける本体と、この本体の屋内側端面に設けられた取付板とからなり、この取付板には厚みが基体の断面C字形の上側縁と押さえ板との距離より大きい上側止着部と、厚みが基体の断面C字形の下側縁と押さえ板との距離より大きい下側止着部とが、上側止着部の上端と下側止着部との距離が基体の断面ほぼC字形の上側縁と下側縁間の距離より大きく、且つ、断面C字形の中に挿入できる位置に設けられている。そして、この取付板の上側止着部が基体の断面C字形の上側縁と押さえ板の間に、又、取付板の下側止着部が基体の断面C字形の下側縁と押さえ板の間にそれぞれ挿入されて取付具本体が固定板に着脱自在に取り付けられているから、固定板2を軒先に取り付け、取付具本体3の取付板8を固定板2の断面C字形の基体4と押さえ板5との間に挿入するだけで取り付けることができるので、施工が極めて簡単で速く施工できる。
