上記目的を達成するために、本発明のカーテンレール装置は、躯体に予め固定する支持材と、レール材とを備え、支持材はレール材側に係合部を設け、レール材は支持材側に被係合部を設け、支持材とレール材のうちの一方の部材に、板バネと、凹部とを設け、板バネは、先端部を凹部の範囲内において他方の部材に当接する位置まで傾斜しておくと共に上下方向に変位して凹部内に一旦退避可能な自由端部としたものであり、係合部に被係合部が係合するときに、板バネが他方の部材に当接して上下方向に変位して一方の部材の凹部に退避し、支持材が係合部と被係合部の係合によりレール材を支持したときに、弾力で復帰して他方の部材に係止し、レール材の室内方向への移動を規制することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明によるカーテンレール装置の第一実施形態を図1と図2に基づき説明すれば、躯体Wに予め固定する支持材1と、支持材1に装着するレール材2とを備え、支持材1はレール材2側に係合部3を設け、レール材2は支持材1側に被係合部4を設け、支持材1とレール材2との間に弾性部材5を設け、支持材1が係合部3と被係合部4の係合によりレール材2を支持したときに、弾性部材5が係合部3と被係合部4の係合の解除方向にレール材2を移動不能に規制する。

本発明のカーテンレール装置は上記の通りであるから、次に記載する効果を奏する。
