[Technical field to which the invention belongs]

The present invention relates to improvement of a snow melting device for a roofing roof formed by using aluminum roof tiles, and more particularly to an aluminum tile roof eaves heat retaining device for snow melting.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior art]

Conventionally, in cold regions, it has been difficult to remove snow when a large amount of snow has accumulated on the roof.In addition, when snowmelt water melted from snow flows down on aluminum tiles, icicles are generated at the eaves due to cooling due to cold air. It was dangerous because of accidents caused by falling icicles. Therefore, there are various snow melting equipments 1 to prevent the icicles from falling and to reduce the work of snow removal (Fig. 6). In particular, a flat heater 26 attached to the back surface of an aluminum roof tile 2 formed of an aluminum alloy material that is lightweight and has excellent thermal conductivity keeps the temperature of the roof tile 2 to reduce snow accumulation on the roof tile. The snow melting water, which is the snow accumulated on the aluminum roof tiles 2 melted by the heat from the plane heater and flows down, is frozen by the blowing of cold wind or the dawn and the like, and there is a drawback that icicles are formed at the eaves.

The aluminum roof tile 2 is kept warm by the flat heater 26 attached to the back surface of the aluminum roof tile, and the heat is transmitted to the entire aluminum roof tile. Therefore, the snowmelt water in which the snow accumulated on the roof tile is melted is indicated by an arrow in FIG. Like, it flows down on the aluminum roof tile 2 and flows down from the eaves. The aluminum tile 2a located at the eaves tip is a heat insulating portion 12 for attaching a flat heater 26 to the back surface of the aluminum tile to keep it warm, and a front portion of the aluminum tile 2a located on the lower surface of the eaves tip of the roof and directly blown with cold wind. It has an exposed portion 13 on the lower surface.

In the figure, reference numeral 20 denotes a roof base, which is composed of a rear base plate 21, a nose cover 22, a tile bar 23, and a rafter 24, and a wide small dance 25 formed by inclining the upper surface above the eaves is roofed. On the other hand, the tile bars 23 are attached in the horizontal direction, and the tile bars 23 are attached on the roof in parallel with the wide and small dance.

In a cold region, when cold wind or the like is sprayed on the exposed portion 13 of the front lower surface of the plurality of aluminum tiles 2a located at the eaves, it is kept warm by the flat heater 26 attached to the back surface of the aluminum tiles 2a. Even so, the heat was taken away, and the temperature dropped, and the flat heater 26 was of little use.

【0006】[0006]

[Problems to be solved by the device]

The exposed portion 13 of the front lower surface of the aluminum roof tile 2a located at the eaves of the roof is directly affected by the cold wind, but the aluminum roof tiles 2 other than the aluminum roof tile 2a are located on the roof base 20 and are directly exposed to the cold wind. There is no spray. Further, if the temperature of the flat heater 26 attached to the back surface of the aluminum roof tiles located at regular intervals is set high, the formation of icicles can be prevented. However, if the temperature of the flat heater 26 is set high, the power consumption increases and the electricity cost becomes high. Therefore, the economical power consumption that does not freeze the snowmelt water is usually applied to prevent the generation of icicles. I'm out. However, when the cold wind blows, the heat of the exposed part 13 of the aluminum tile 2a installed at the eaves part is taken away and it cools down, so that an icicle is formed even though the flat heater 26 keeps it warm. Had.

According to the present invention, a flat heater is attached to the back surface of an aluminum roof tile, and the front lower surface of the aluminum roof tile located at the eaves and the front lower surface of the flat heater are covered with a stainless steel plate to attach them. The purpose is to prevent the snowmelt water from freezing due to the blowing of cold wind by keeping the heat of the flat heater that is kept warm by a small amount of energy generated by energy.

【0008】[0008]

[Means for Solving the Problems]

According to the present invention, a flat heater is closely attached to the back surface of an aluminum tile having good heat conductivity, and the front lower surface of the aluminum tile is located adjacent to the eaves of the roofing aluminum tiles adjacent to each other. The lower folded piece of the stainless steel plate that covers the front lower surface of the flat heater closely attached to the back of the roof tile is closely attached to the inner surface of the inclined portion of the aluminum roof tile and installed horizontally on the eaves of the roof substrate. It is characterized by being installed on the Hiroko Mai. Further, the present invention is arranged parallel to the small and small dance attached to the eaves of the roof, and the upper side edge of the roof slope of the long stainless steel plate is folded back upward to provide an upper folding piece. The lower side edge of the plate is bent downward and the lower end is folded back upward and a contact piece is provided to form a double folded bottom piece, which is attached to the inner surface of the inclined part of the aluminum tile to be mounted on the above-mentioned small and small dance. The aluminum roof tiles are arranged so as to be in contact with each other and fixed on the wide and small dances by a plurality of fixing means such as nails, and are attached to the wide and small dances and the roof tiles mounted on the roof substrate in parallel with the wide and small dances. The lower surface of the front part and the lower surface of the front part of the flat heater mounted in contact with the back surface of the aluminum roof tile are covered with the stainless steel plate.

Therefore, the exposed portion located on the lower surface of the front portion of the aluminum roof tile located at the eaves and the lower surface of the front portion of the heat-retaining heater mounted on the center of the rear surface of the aluminum roof tile are covered with the stainless steel plate so that the cold wind is directly exposed to them. This is to prevent the formation of icicles due to the heat of the flat heater caused by the small electric power, without being sprayed.

[Embodiment of the invention]

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A plurality of aluminum tiles 2 having the same shape and made of an aluminum alloy material and having good thermal conductivity are sequentially connected in a slope direction and a horizontal direction of the roof to form a roof. Do thatching.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 2 is an aluminum roof tile made of an aluminum alloy material having substantially the same shape as that of a conventional roof roof tile, and an inclined portion 4 is formed by inclining a front end of a flat portion 3 located in a central portion downward, Nail holes 5 and 5 for stopping roof tiles are provided at the rear end portion of the flat portion.

Further, one side of the aluminum roof tile is bent upward to stand up, and an accommodating portion 6 for accommodating one side end of the aluminum roof tile adjacent to the lower side is formed. Further, the lower portion of the other side end of the aluminum tile is provided with an insertion portion 7, and the base portion of the insertion portion, that is, the end portion of the flat portion, is the end of the accommodation portion 6 of another aluminum tile adjacent thereto. A hooking portion 8 is formed so as to be in close contact with the portion and to be locked.

2 and 4, locking projections 9 and 9 are provided on both sides at the rear of the rear surface of the aluminum roof tile 2, and a nail for fixing the roof tile to the roof is provided at the rear intermediate portion of the same aluminum roof tile. Nail holes 5 and 5 for hitting are formed. Further, a pair of hooking pieces 10 and 10 placed on the front and rear of the back surface of the aluminum roof tile, for example, diagonally, are attached. The retaining piece 10 is to attach the heat-retaining heater 26 to the back surface of the aluminum roof tile 2 in close contact, and is mounted so that the flat heater 26 can be easily removed from the aluminum roof tile.

In FIGS. 3 and 5, reference numeral 15 denotes a slender stainless steel plate having excellent heat retaining properties, which is fixed on the wide and small dance 25 in parallel with the eaves by fixing means such as nails, needles and bolts. , The upper edge of the roof slope is folded back upward to form a double layer, which is provided with an upper folding piece 16 for increased strength. Further, the lower edge of the stainless steel plate is bent obliquely downward from the bent portion 15a, and then the lower end is folded back outward to form a double layer, so that the strength is increased and the tip has elasticity. The lower folding piece 17 provided with the contact piece 17a is formed. Therefore, when the contact piece 17a of the stainless steel plate 15 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the inclined portion 4 of the aluminum roof tile, the contact piece 17a has elasticity, so that the aluminum plate attached to the stainless steel plate and the eaves tip is attached. Even if the size of the abutment is slightly different, the contact piece can be closely attached due to its elasticity.

Reference numeral 26 is a flexible flat heater made of a known planar heater, which is flexible and has a long length, and has a lead wire 27 at one end.

Next, the operation of the embodiment of the present invention will be described. When the aluminum roof tiles 2 are sequentially mounted on the roof substrate 20, roofing is usually performed from the eaves portion toward the ridge. The aluminum tiles 2a located at the eaves of the aluminum tiles 2 are first attached to the elongated tiles 15 horizontally on the roof tiles 20 before being mounted on the roof tiles 20. When mounting the stainless steel plate 15 on the small and small dance, the mounting position of the aluminum tile 2a located on the eaves side is different. Therefore, the mounting position of the stainless steel plate 15 is different depending on the overhanging side to the eaves side. The roof tile 2a is mounted at a position determined to have a predetermined length.

Next, the locking projection 9 of the aluminum roof tile 2 having the flat heater 26 attached to the rear of the rear surface of the flat portion 3 is locked to the roof tile bar 23, and the lower surface of the front portion (the eaves tip portion) of the aluminum roof tile. And the front lower surface of the flat heater 26 attached to the back surface are covered with the stainless plate 15 and attached. At this time, there is a space 18 between the front lower surface of the aluminum roof tile 2a and the stainless steel plate 15 as shown in FIG. 3, and air is stored therein.

Therefore, the heat of the aluminum roof tile 2 kept warm by the flat heater 26 also keeps the air in the space 18 provided inside the stainless plate 15 covering the front lower surface of the aluminum roof tile 2a located at the eaves side warm. To do. In this case, even if the cold wind blows on the lower surface of the front part of the aluminum roof tile 2a, the structure is covered with the stainless steel plate 15 and the cold wind does not blow directly, so that the heat is not completely taken from the aluminum roof tile 2a. Since this space 18 is provided between the inside of the stainless steel plate 15 and the back surface of the aluminum roof tile 2a, it is possible to prevent the temperature of the aluminum roof tile 2a from dropping below the freezing point and to prevent the formation of icicles. is there.

In addition, before performing roofing, the snow melting apparatus first installs a heat insulating material (not shown) on the roof substrate 20 and installs a flat heater 26 at a predetermined position of the heat insulating material to generate electricity. Electrical connection (not shown) of the snow-melting device.

The flat heater 26 attached to the back surface of the aluminum roof tile 2a does not need to be mounted on the entire roof except in heavy snowfall areas, and the area where the amount of snow is relatively small is only on the aluminum roof tile 2a located at the eaves of the roof. The flat heater 26 may be attached to the. Further, the flat heaters 26 may be attached to the aluminum roof tiles constituting the roof at arbitrary intervals.

[Effect of the invention]

The present invention covers the front lower part of the aluminum tile attached to the eaves and the front lower surface of the flat heater attached to the back side of the aluminum tile with a stainless steel plate, and creates a space inside the stainless steel plate to keep warm air. Since the front surface of the aluminum tile is covered by a stainless steel plate, it is not directly exposed to the cold wind. This has the advantage of being able to prevent
