Claims (1)
を挿通係合する出力軸を有し、ベースマシンの前部に立
設したリーダに沿って昇降可能に設けられるロッド回転
駆動機構と、水平方向に移動可能に対向配置されかつロ
ッドに形成した断面円形の溝部に係合する左右一対のチ
ャック板と、両チャック板を閉じ状態とするチャック手
段とを有するロッドチャック機構と、前記両チャック板
を開き方向へ移動させるチャック解除機構とを備えたロ
ッド回転駆動装置において、前記ロッドチャック機構を
前記出力軸に一体回転可能に設け、前記チャック解除機
構を、ロッド回転駆動装置の非回転部に配設したシリン
ダにて昇降可能に支持されるチャック解除部材と、該シ
リンダの伸長により進出するチャック解除部材に係合し
て両チャック板を開き方向へ移動させる推力変換機構と
で構成したことを特徴とするロッド回転駆動装置。1.
