In the conventional cushioning packaging box, a blank material, a paperboard and a cushioning sheet, are preliminarily cut into the expanded shape of the box, and both members are attached, and a part of the air cap is crushed to make a hinge portion. Since it is manufactured by providing
Considerable attention is required for the positioning when the both members are attached, and cutting the both members separately into the expanded shape of the box has a problem in terms of productivity. A solution was desired. Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and its purpose is to laminate and adhere a paperboard as a base material layer and a thermoplastic resin foam sheet as a buffer layer to form a thermoplastic resin foam. Provided is a method for manufacturing a cushioning packaging box, which uses a laminated sheet having a large number of cushioning bulging portions on the sheet side and which can reasonably manufacture an assembly box having a cushioning layer on the inner surface side from the laminated sheet. Especially.

In order to achieve the above object, a method of manufacturing a cushioning packaging box, which is a feature of the present invention, comprises laminating and bonding a thermoplastic resin foam sheet on one surface of a paperboard, and forming a number of cushioning swells on the thermoplastic resin foam sheet side. Using a laminated sheet having regularly provided protrusions, the bulging portion of the laminated sheet is partially melted and crushed by a heating plate installed on the advancing passage of the laminated sheet to obtain the required amount on the thermoplastic resin foam sheet. While flattening the portion, a hinge portion is provided on the laminated sheet at a portion located on the box bending line of the laminated sheet by a punching blade, and then this laminated sheet is cut into a developed shape of the box.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. First, the laminated sheet used in the manufacturing method of the present invention will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, a thermoplastic resin foam sheet 3 having substantially closed cells is laminated and adhered to one surface of a paperboard 1 such as a white ball or corrugated paper by an adhesive agent 2. This thermoplastic resin foam At the time of adhering the sheet 3 onto the paperboard 1, on the side of the sheet 3, a large number of buffer swelling portions 4 along with two layers of adhesive are arranged in a regular arrangement as shown in FIG. 2 by using a vacuum forming method or the like. The laminated sheet 5 is provided to form the laminated sheet 5. Reference numeral 4a is an air chamber formed between the paperboard 1 and the cushioning bulging portion 4. As shown in FIG. 3, the laminated sheet 5 constructed as described above is used as a heating plate 11 for pressing and a punching blade for attaching a hinge.
Proceed toward the support 13 side to which 12 is attached. The heating plate 11 and the punching blade 12 are placed on the flat portion 21 and the box fold line (hinge portion) 22 of the cushioning packaging box 20 shown in FIG. Each of them is attached to the support base 13 so as to be positioned. Reference numeral 14 is a pedestal installed so as to face the support base 13 which is supported so as to be able to move up and down. At the time when the laminated sheet 5 advances on the receiving table 14 with the thermoplastic resin foam sheet 3 side facing upward, the laminated sheet 5 is temporarily stopped, the supporting table 13 is lowered, and the supporting table 13 is lowered. By the operation, a part of the buffering bulging portion 4 is melted and crushed by the heating platen 11 to reduce the wall thickness of the thermoplastic resin foam sheet 3, while scoring the predetermined depth on the laminated sheet 5 with a punching blade 12 Then, the laminated sheet 5 is sent to a cutting unit 15 and cut into a predetermined box-shaped shape, and a flat packaging portion 21 and a hinge portion 22 are provided at required portions as shown in FIG. Manufacture 20. In this manufacturing method, when the buffering bulging portion 4 is crushed by the heating plate 11, since the bulging portion 4 is a foam, the cells thereof are easily crushed and can be melted to be flattened. Further, in this embodiment, the flat portion 21 and the hinge portion 22
The formation is performed at the same time, but this is such that the hinge portion 22 is formed after the flat portion 21 is formed, or the flat portion 21 is formed after the hinge portion 22 is formed, and the procedure can be selected at any time. .

The present invention is as described above, and since the laminated sheet having a large number of buffer swelling portions provided on the thermoplastic resin foam sheet side laminated and adhered to one surface of the paperboard is used as the material, the thermoplastic resin foam sheet is formed. By changing the installation position and size of the heating plate used to form the flat part lacking the cushioning bulge on the body sheet side and the punching blade used to provide the hinge part There is an advantage that different cushioning packaging boxes can be easily manufactured. Therefore, unlike the conventional method of manufacturing a packaging box of the present invention, the present invention is released from the trouble of cutting the paperboard and the cushioning sheet separately, or paying attention to the positioning at the time of bonding, and rationalizing the manufacturing work. It is effective in improving the productivity and can dramatically improve the productivity.
