Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a bubble membrane module and packing accommodate device belongs to product packaging technical field.
Background
Whether the packing box or the packing bag has a protection effect on the objects coated by the packing box during transportation or storage. In order to avoid damage to the articles, it is also common to place a filling such as foam in the packaging box, or to select the material of the packaging bag as a thicker foam paper. For example, in a carton with a bubble film disclosed in chinese patent document CN206678519U, as shown in fig. 1, a bubble film 2 is adhered to an inner wall of a packaging material base layer 1 by glue, or in a pressure-proof packaging bag disclosed in chinese patent document CN209080543U, the impact of an article can be buffered by bubbles of the bubble film, and the protection effect is achieved. The bubble film is generally manufactured by covering a resin material layer on a mold having a plurality of concave lattices, partially sinking the resin material layer into the depressions by air pressure to form a plurality of bubbles on the resin material layer to form a bubble layer, and laminating a bubble film base layer on the bubble layer to enclose the bubbles to form the bubble film.
In the case of a general packaging structure, it is necessary to cut the packaging material base layer 1 and then bond the edge portions, but when a bubble film 2 is laminated on the packaging material base layer 1, the above-described bonding operation cannot be performed. As shown in fig. 2, taking a folding carton as an example, the packaging material base layer 1 is a paper base, and is cut into a blank which can be further folded to form a carton, and a bubble film 2 is also cut into a structure similar to the blank and compounded on the blank. After the paper box is folded, the bonding lug 11 on one side needs to be bonded with the edge position on the other side, but the bubble film 2 is provided with the bubble 20, so that the bonding lug 11 and the edge position on the other side cannot be bonded smoothly.

The air bubble film assembly comprises an air bubble film and a packaging material base layer, and the air bubble film is compounded on the packaging material base layer; a notch portion is provided in the bubble film so that a position of the packaging material base layer corresponding to the notch portion is outside an area covered with the bubble film, and a position of the packaging material base layer corresponding to the notch portion is the flat portion.
The flattening part is a flattening part.
The utility model also provides a packing accommodate device, include as before the bubble membrane module.
The bubble membrane module is a base material of the packaging and containing device.
The package accommodating device comprises a packaging box, a packaging box or a packaging bag.
By adopting the technical scheme, the bubble membrane component and the packaging and containing device of the utility model have no bubble gap between the first bonding part and the second bonding part to block by arranging the leveling part, thereby achieving the purpose of mutual bonding; the bubble film may be partially cut off to form a flat portion on the packaging material base layer, or the bubble film may be partially flattened to form a flat portion.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 4, the bubble membrane module of the present invention includes a bubble membrane 2, so that one side of the bubble membrane module is a bubble array. The bubble membrane module is provided with a first bonding part a and a second bonding part b mutually bonded with the first bonding part a; a flat part 100 is arranged on one side of the bubble membrane module with the bubble array, and at least one of the first bonding part a and the second bonding part b is positioned on the flat part 100.
By adopting the technical scheme, the leveling part 100 is arranged on the air bubble film assembly, so that no air bubble interval exists between the first bonding part a and the second bonding part b for blocking, and the purpose of mutual bonding is achieved.
The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the bubble film assembly includes a bubble film 2 and a packaging material base layer 1, and the bubble film 2 is compounded on the packaging material base layer 1. A notch 21 is provided in the bubble film 2 so that a position of the packaging material base layer 1 corresponding to the notch 21 is outside a covering region of the bubble film 2, and a position of the packaging material base layer 1 corresponding to the notch 21 is the flat portion 100.
The notch portion 21 is formed by cutting with a cutting device. The cutting device comprises a base plate 31 and a first cutter 32 arranged on the lower end face of the base plate 31, wherein the first cutter 32 is an annular pressing and cutting cutter and is used for pressing and cutting the bubble film 2 and the composite section 200 of the packaging material base layer 1 to form a sheet blank 300 before folding. The cutting device further comprises a second cutter 33 for cutting the bubble film 2, wherein the cutting edge of the second cutter 33 is higher than the cutting edge of the first cutter 32, so that the second cutter 33 can only partially cut the bubble film 2, and after the cut-off part 22 of the bubble film 2 is removed, the packaging material base layer 1 corresponding to the cut-off part can be leaked out, and the flat part 100 is formed.
Example two:
as shown in fig. 8 to 10, in the present embodiment, the flat part 100 is a flattened part. The cutting device comprises a base plate and a first cutter 32 arranged on the lower end face of the base plate, wherein the first cutter 32 is an annular pressing and cutting cutter and is used for pressing and cutting the bubble film 2 and the composite material 200 of the packaging material base layer 1 to form a sheet blank 300 before folding. The cutting device also comprises a flattening device 34 for flattening local bubbles of the bubble film 2. The bottom end surface of the flattening device 34 is higher than the height of the cutting edge of the first cutting knife 32, so that the bubbles in the local area of the bubble film 2 can be pressed and flattened to form the flattened part 100 when the first cutting knife 32 performs the press cutting.
In the present embodiment, the bubble film assembly may include a bubble film 2 and a packaging material base layer 1, and may also include only the bubble film 2, as shown in fig. 11, the bubble film 2 in the structure includes a bubble layer 201 and a bubble film base layer 202, the bubble film base layer is set to have a certain thickness in the preparation process of the bubble film 2, and the bubble film base layer may be a paper base, a resin base or other material base.
In addition, in the present invention, the first bonding portion a and the second bonding portion b may be provided on the same side of the bubble film module, or may be provided on different sides, and in this embodiment, only the case where the first bonding portion a and the second bonding portion b are located on different sides in the box-shaped package accommodating apparatus will be described as an example.
