Abstract
Description
本願は、2021年11月09日に出願された発明の名称が「二次電池、二次電池を製造するための方法、電池モジュール、電池パック及び電気装置」である中国特許出願第202111321034.7号の優先権を主張するものであり、当該出願は、参照によりその全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。
ステップ1:正極シート、セパレーター、負極シート、電解液を二次電池に組み立てるステップであって、前記正極シートは、分子式がLiaNibCocM1dM2eOfAg(M1は、Mn、Alから選ばれた1種又は2種であり、M2は、Si、Ti、Mo、V、Ge、Se、Zr、Nb、Ru、Pd、Sb、Ce、Te及びWから選ばれた1種又は複数種であり、Aは、F、N、P及びSから選ばれた1種又は複数種であり、0.8≦a≦1.2、0<b<0.98、0≦c<0.1、0<d<0.5、0≦e≦0.5、0≦f≦2、0≦g≦2、b+c+d+e=1、f+g=2である。)である層状材料を含み、前記電解液は、ジフルオロ(オキサラト)ホウ酸リチウム、任意のフルオロ炭酸ビニル、任意のフルオロスルホニルイミドリチウム塩を含み、前記電解液の総質量に基づいて、前記ジフルオロ(オキサラト)ホウ酸リチウムの質量パーセント含有量は、x%であり、かつ、0<x≦1.0であり、前記電解液の総質量に基づいて、前記フルオロ炭酸ビニルの質量パーセント含有量は、y%であり、かつ、0≦y≦2.5であり、前記電解液の総質量に基づいて、前記フルオロスルホニルイミドリチウム塩の質量パーセント含有量は、z%であり、かつ、0≦z≦2.5であるステップ、
ステップ2:ステップ1で得られた二次電池からc+x/10≧0.10を満たす二次電池をスクリーニングするステップ、
を含む二次電池を製造するための方法を提供する。
本願の実施形態の第2の態様は、少なくともステップ1とステップ2を含む二次電池を製造するための方法を提供する。
前記正極シートは、分子式がLiaNibCocM1dM2eOfAg(M1は、Mn、Alから選ばれた1種又は2種であり、M2は、Si、Ti、Mo、V、Ge、Se、Zr、Nb、Ru、Pd、Sb、Ce、Te及びWから選ばれた1種又は複数種であり、Aは、F、N、P及びSから選ばれた1種又は複数種であり、0.8≦a≦1.2、0<b<0.98、0≦c<0.1、0<d<0.5、0≦e≦0.5、0≦f≦2、0≦g≦2、b+c+d+e=1、f+g=2である。)である層状材料を含む。
二次電池がc+x/10≧0.10を満たす場合、ジフルオロ(オキサラト)ホウ酸リチウムにおけるB原子を、正極活性材におけるO原子に十分に結合させ、低コバルトまたはコバルトフリーの正極活性材のブルク相におけるリチウムイオンの拡散抵抗力をより良く低下させ、低コバルトまたはコバルトフリーの正極活性材表面の過剰のリチウム脱離を避けることによって、低コバルトまたはコバルトフリーの正極活性材の結晶構造のより良好な安定化及びリチウムイオン拡散速率の向上に有利することができる。したがって、本願に係る製造方法で得られた二次電池は、いずれも大幅に改善されたサイクル性能及び良好な高温貯蔵性能を備えることができる。
本願のいくつかの実施例において、本願に係る二次電池によれば、電池モジュールに組み立ててもよく、電池モジュールに含まれる二次電池の数は、複数であってもよく、具体的な数は、電池モジュールの応用及び容量に応じて調整できる。
本願の実施形態は、本願に係る二次電池、電池モジュール、又は、電池パックのうちの少なくとも1種を含む電気装置をさらに提供する。前記二次電池、電池モジュール又は電池パックは、前記電気装置の電源として用いられてもよく、前記電気装置のエネルギー貯蔵ユニットとして用いられてもよい。前記電気装置は、モバイル機器(例えば、携帯電話、ノートパソコンなど)、電動車両(例えば、純粋な電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、電動自転車、電動スクーター、電動ゴルフカート、電動トラックなど)、電車、船舶および衛星、エネルギー貯蔵システムなどであってもいが、これらに限られない。
下記の実施例は、本願に開示される内容をさらに詳しい説明する。これらの実施例は本願を説明するためにのみ使用され、本願に開示される内容の範囲内で様々な改変と変化は、当業者にとって自明である。特別な説明がない限り、下記の実施例に記載されている部、百分率及び比率は、いずれも重量に基づくものであり、実施例に用いられる全ての試薬は、いずれも市販から入手でき、または、慣用な方法で合成することができ、かつ、更なる処理の必要がなく、そのままで使用することができ、また、実施例に用いられる機器は、いずれも市販から入手できる。
正極シートの製造
正極活性材LiNi0.65Co0.05Mn0.3O2、導電剤であるカーボンブラック、バインダーであるポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)を重量比97.5:1.4:1.1で適量の溶媒NMPに十分に攪拌して混合し、均一な正極スラリーに形成し、正極スラリーを正極集電体であるアルミ箔の表面に均一に塗り、乾燥し、冷間プレスして正極シートを得た。
負極活性材料である石墨、バインダーであるスチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)、増粘剤であるカルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム(CMC-Na)、導電剤であるカーボンブラック(Super P)を重量比96.2:1.8:1.2:0.8で適量な溶媒である脱イオン水に十分に攪拌して混合し、均一な負極スラリーに形成し、負極スラリーを負極集電体である銅箔の表面に塗り、乾燥、冷間圧延して負極シートを得た。
セパレーターとして多孔質ポリエチレン(PE)膜を採用した。
炭酸ビニル(EC)、炭酸メチルエチル(EMC)、炭酸ジエチル(DEC)を体積比1:1:1で混合して有機溶媒を得た。LiPF6とジフルオロ(オキサラト)ホウ酸リチウムを上記有機溶媒に均一に溶解して電解液を得、LiPF6の濃度は、1mol/Lであり、電解液の総質量に基づいて、ジフルオロ(オキサラト)ホウ酸リチウムの質量パーセント含有量は、0.5%であった。
正極シート、セパレーター、負極シートを順番に積層し、かつ巻き取って電極アセンブリを得、電極アセンブリを外装に入れ、上記電解液を添加し、封止、放置、化成、老化等のプロセスを経って二次電池を得た。
二次電池の製造方法は、実施例1と類似し、正極活性材の種類及び電解液の製造パラメーターを調整したことに相違し,具体的なパラメーターを表1に示し、実施例8~13の電解液にフルオロ炭酸ビニルをさらに添加し、実施例14~19の電解液にビス(フルオロスルホニル)イミドリチウムをさらに添加し、実施例20~25の電解液にさらにフルオロ炭酸ビニルとビス(フルオロスルホニル)イミドリチウムを同時に添加した。表1において、x%は、電解液の総質量に基づくジフルオロ(オキサラト)ホウ酸リチウムの質量パーセント含有量であり、y%は、電解液の総質量に基づくフルオロ炭酸ビニルの質量パーセント含有量であり、z%は、電解液の総質量に基づくビス(フルオロスルホニル)イミドリチウムの質量パーセント含有量であった。
(1)二次電池常温サイクル性能測定
25℃で二次電池を1Cの定電流で4.3Vまで充電し、引き続き定電圧で電流0.05Cまで充電し、この時、二次電池は、満充電状態であり、この時の充電容量を記録し、第1サイクルの充電容量とし、二次電池を5min放置した後、1Cの定電流で2.8Vまで放電し、これは、1サイクルの充放電過程であり、この時の放電容量を記録し、第1サイクルの放電容量とした。二次電池に対して上述した方法でサイクル充放電測定を行い、各サイクル後の放電容量を記録した。
45℃で二次電池を1Cの定電流で4.3Vまで充電し、引き続き定電圧で電流0.05Cまで充電し、この時、二次電池は、満充電状態であり、この時の充電容量を記録し、第1サイクルの充電容量とし、二次電池を5min放置した後、1Cの定電流で2.8Vまで放電し、これは、1サイクルの充放電過程であり、この時の放電容量を記録し、第1サイクルの放電容量とした。二次電池に対して上述した方法でサイクル充放電測定を行い、各サイクル後の放電容量を記録した。
25℃で二次電池を1Cの定電流で4.3Vまで充電し、引き続き定電圧で電流0.05Cまで充電し、この時、二次電池は、満充電状態であり、二次電池を0.5Cの定電流で放電し、かつ二次電池を50%SOCに調整し、この時の二次電池の電圧をU1として記録し、二次電池を4Cの定電流で30秒間放電し、0.1秒間の間隔でサンプリングし、放電末期電圧をU2として記録した。
60℃で二次電池を1Cの定電流で4.3Vまで充電し、引き続き定電圧で電流0.05Cまで充電し、この時、排水法で二次電池の体積を測定し、かつV0として記録し、二次電池を60℃のサーモスタットに入れ、30日保管した後取り出し、この時、排水法で二次電池の体積を測定し、かつV1として記録した。

- 電解液と正極シートを含む二次電池であって、
前記正極シートは、分子式がLiaNibCocM1dM2eOfAg(M1は、Mn、Alから選ばれた1種又は2種であり、M2は、Si、Ti、Mo、V、Ge、Se、Zr、Nb、Ru、Pd、Sb、Ce、Te及びWから選ばれた1種又は複数種であり、Aは、F、N、P及びSから選ばれた1種又は複数種であり、0.8≦a≦1.2、0<b<0.98、0≦c<0.1、0<d<0.5、0≦e≦0.5、0≦f≦2、0≦g≦2、b+c+d+e=1、f+g=2である。)である層状材料を含み、
前記電解液は、ジフルオロ(オキサラト)ホウ酸リチウムを含み、前記電解液の総質量に基づいて、前記ジフルオロ(オキサラト)ホウ酸リチウムの質量パーセント含有量は、x%であり、かつ、0<x≦1.0であり、
c+x/10≧0.10を満たす、
二次電池。 - 前記電解液は、フルオロ炭酸ビニル、フルオロスルホニルイミドリチウム塩のうちの1種又は複数種をさらに含み、
任意に、フルオロスルホニルイミドリチウム塩の分子式は、LiN(SO2R1)(SO2R2)(R1、R2は、それぞれ独立してF又はCnF2n+1を示し、nは、1~10の整数である。)であり、
任意に、フルオロスルホニルイミドリチウム塩は、ビス(フルオロスルホニル)イミドリチウム、ビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミドリチウムのうちの1種又は2種を含む、
請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電解液の総質量に基づいて、前記フルオロ炭酸ビニルの質量パーセント含有量は、y%であり、かつ、0≦y≦2.5であり、任意に、0<y≦2.0であり、及び/又は、
前記電解液の総質量に基づいて、前記フルオロスルホニルイミドリチウム塩の質量パーセント含有量は、z%であり、かつ、0≦z≦2.5であり、任意に、0<z≦2.0である、
請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記二次電池は、
(1)0.5≦y/x≦2.0であり、任意に、0.5≦y/x≦1.0、
(2)0.5≦x/z≦2.0であり、任意に、0.5≦x/z≦1.5、
という関係式のうちの1つ又は2つをさらに満たす請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記二次電池は、さらに0.5≦y/x≦2.0、0.5≦x/z≦2.0、及び、0.25≦y/z≦2.0を同時に満たす請求項4に記載の二次電池。

前記電解液の総質量に基づいて、前記ジフルオロ(オキサラト)ホウ酸リチウムの質量パーセント含有量はx%であり、かつ、0<x≦1.0であり、前記電解液の総質量に基づいて、前記フルオロ炭酸ビニルの質量パーセント含有量はy%であり、かつ、0≦y≦2.5であり、前記電解液の総質量に基づいて、前記フルオロスルホニルイミドリチウム塩の質量パーセント含有量はz%であり、かつ、0≦z≦2.5であるステップと、
ステップ2:ステップ1で得られた二次電池からc+x/10≧0.10を満たす二次電池をスクリーニングするステップ、
を少なくとも含む、二次電池を製造するための方法。 - ステップ2で得られた二次電池から0.5≦y/x≦2.0を満たす二次電池をスクリーニングするステップをさらに含む請求項6に記載の方法。
- ステップ2で得られた二次電池から0.5≦x/z≦2.0を満たす二次電池をスクリーニングするステップをさらに含む請求項6に記載の方法。
- ステップ2で得られた二次電池から0.5≦y/x≦2.0と0.5≦x/z≦2.0を同時に満たす二次電池をスクリーニングするステップをさらに含む請求項6に記載の方法。
- ステップ2で得られた二次電池から0.5≦y/x≦2.0,0.5≦x/z≦2.0及び0.25≦y/z≦2.0を同時に満たす二次電池をスクリーニングするステップをさらに含む請求項6に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれの1項に記載の二次電池、請求項6乃至10のいずれの1項に記載の方法で得られた二次電池のうちの1種を含む電池モジュール。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれの1項に記載の二次電池、請求項6乃至10のいずれの1項に記載の方法で得られた二次電池、請求項11に記載の電池モジュールのうちの1種を含む電池パック。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれの1項に記載の二次電池、請求項6乃至10のいずれの1項に記載の方法で得られた二次電池、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール、請求項12に記載の電池パックのうちの少なくとも1種を含む電気装置。
