本願は、2020年12月17日に提出された、出願の番号が202011495799.8、名称が「ガラス無し結晶粒配向したケイ素鋼の製造方法及びその製品」の中国特許出願の優先権を主張しており、その全内容は引用によりここに組み込まれている。
製錬、連続鋳造、ビレット加熱、熱間圧延、正規化、冷間圧延、脱炭焼鈍、窒化、バリア剤塗布、高温焼鈍、熱間引抜き・平坦化、及びコーティングを含むガラス無し結晶粒配向したケイ素鋼の製造方法であって、
前記脱炭焼鈍において、鋼帯の表面の酸化皮膜の厚さは1.5~2.5μmであり、前記酸化皮膜中のSi元素とFe元素の原子重量比は、Si/(Si+Fe)≧0.76を満たし、
前記高温焼鈍において、冷却段階は、
温度1200~500℃で、カバーが付いたままで冷却を行うことであって、保護ガスは窒素ガスと水素ガスとを含む混合ガスであり、前記混合ガス中の水素ガスの体積百分率が3%を超えることと、
温度500~200℃で、カバーが付いたままで冷却を行うことであって、保護ガスは窒素ガスであることと、
温度<200℃で、インナーカバーを取り外して空気冷却を行うこととを順次含む、ガラス無し結晶粒配向したケイ素鋼の製造方法を提供する。
前記成分AはMgOであり、又は前記成分AはMgOとAl2O3を含む混合物であり、
前記成分BはNaCl、KCl、MgCl2、ZnCl2、BaCl2、SrCl2、MnCl2、CaCl2、BiOCl、SbOCl、Bi(NO3)2、Cu(NO3)2、NaNO3、NO3NH4から選ばれる1種又は2種以上であり、
前記成分Cは融点が820℃以下の低融点化合物であり、

質量濃度が1%~10%の硫酸と質量濃度が1%~5%の硝酸との混合溶液による温度50~80℃の酸洗と、
Feイオン性錯化剤の質量濃度が0.5%~5%の、水とFeイオン性錯化剤を含む混合物による洗浄と、
水による洗浄とを順次含む4段洗浄プロセスが使用される。

ビレット加熱段階において、前記加熱温度は1150℃であってもよく、
脱炭焼鈍段階において、鋼帯の表面の酸化皮膜の厚さは1.5~2.5μmであってもよく、前記酸化皮膜中、Si元素とFe元素との原子重量比は、Si/(Si+Fe)≧0.76を満たし、前記脱炭焼鈍において、露点は38~58℃であってもよく、加熱温度は800~850℃であってもよく、
バリア剤塗布段階において、前記バリア剤は、成分A、成分B、成分C、成分D、及びNH4Clを含んでもよい。
前記成分Bは、NaCl、KCl、MgCl2、ZnCl2、BaCl2、SrCl2、MnCl2、CaCl2、BiOCl、SbOCl、Bi(NO3)2、Cu(NO3)2、NaNO3、NO3NH4から選ばれる1種又は2種以上であってもよく、

前記成分DはCaO又はCa(OH)2であってもよく、
前記バリア剤中、前記成分A、前記成分B、前記成分C及び前記成分Dの質量比は100:(0.5~6):(0.6~3):(0.6~5.3):(1~2.1)であってもよく、
前記バリア剤はさらにNH4Clを含んでもよく、前記成分Aと前記NH4Clとの質量比は100:(1~2.1)であってもよい。
冷却段階は、以下のことを順次含んでもよい。
(1)温度1200~500℃で、カバーが付いたままで冷却を行い、保護ガスは窒素ガスと水素ガスとを含む混合ガスであってもよく、前記混合ガス中の水素ガスの体積百分率が3%を超える。
(2)温度500~200℃で、カバーが付いたままで冷却を行い、保護ガスは窒素ガスであってもよい。
(3)温度<200℃で、インナーカバーを取り外して空気冷却を行う。
4段洗浄プロセスが使用され、このプロセスは以下のことを順次含んでもよい。
(1)水による洗浄、
(2)質量濃度が1%~10%の硫酸と質量濃度が1%~5%の硝酸戸を含む混合溶液による、温度50~80℃の酸洗、
(3)クエン酸アンモニウムの質量濃度が0.5%~5%であってもよい、水とクエン酸アンモニウムとを含む混合物による洗浄、
(4)水による洗浄。
前記成分Bは、NaCl、KCl、MgCl2、ZnCl2、BaCl2、SrCl2、MnCl2、CaCl2、BiOCl、SbOCl、Bi(NO3)2、Cu(NO3)2、NaNO3、NO3NH4から選ばれる1種又は2種以上であってもよく、
前記成分Cは融点820℃以下の低融点化合物であってもよく、前記融点820℃以下の低融点化合物は、酸化ホウ素、炭酸ナトリウム、ホウ砂、酸化アンチモンから選ばれる1種又は2種以上であってもよく、
前記成分DはCaO又はCa(OH)2であってもよく、
前記バリア剤中、前記成分A、前記成分B、前記成分C及び前記成分Dの質量比は100:(0.5~6):(0.6~3):(0.6~5.3)であってもよく、
前記バリア剤はさらにNH4Clを含んでもよく、前記成分Aと前記NH4Clとの質量比は100:(1~2.1)であってもよい。
Claims (10)
- 製錬、連続鋳造、ビレット加熱、熱間圧延、正規化、冷間圧延、脱炭焼鈍、窒化、バリア剤塗布、高温焼鈍、熱間引抜き・平坦化、及びコーティングを含むガラス無し結晶粒配向したケイ素鋼の製造方法であって、
前記脱炭焼鈍において、鋼帯の表面の酸化皮膜の厚さは1.5~2.5μmであり、前記酸化皮膜中のSi元素とFe元素の原子重量比は、Si/(Si+Fe)≧0.76を満たし、
前記高温焼鈍において、冷却段階は、
温度1200~500℃で、カバーが付いたままで冷却を行うことであって、保護ガスは窒素ガスと水素ガスとを含む混合ガスであり、前記混合ガス中の水素ガスの体積百分率が3%を超えることと、
温度500~200℃で、カバーが付いたままで冷却を行うことであって、保護ガスは窒素ガスであることと、
温度<200℃で、インナーカバーを取り外して空気冷却を行うこととを順次含む、底部層の無い結晶粒配向したケイ素鋼の製造方法。 - 前記バリア剤塗布において、バリア剤は、成分A、成分B、成分C、及び成分Dを含み、
前記成分AはMgOであり、又は前記成分AはMgOとAl2O3を含む混合物であり、
前記成分BはNaCl、KCl、MgCl2、ZnCl2、BaCl2、SrCl2、MnCl2、CaCl2、BiOCl、SbOCl、Bi(NO3)2、Cu(NO3)2、NaNO3、NO3NH4から選ばれる1種又は2種以上であり、
前記成分Cは融点が820℃以下の低融点化合物であり、
前記成分DはCaO又はCa(OH)2である、請求項1に記載の底部層の無い結晶粒配向したケイ素鋼の製造方法。 - 前記MgOとAl2O3を含む混合物中、前記Al2O3の質量百分率が60%以下であり、粒度10μm以上の顆粒の体積百分率が30~60%である、請求項2に記載の底部層の無い結晶粒配向したケイ素鋼の製造方法。
- 前記MgOのクエン酸活性が200~2000Sであり、
前記Al2O3の比表面積が15~50m2/gである、請求項2に記載の底部層の無い結晶粒配向したケイ素鋼の製造方法。 - 前記融点820℃以下の低融点化合物は酸化ホウ素、炭酸ナトリウム、ホウ砂、酸化アンチモンから選ばれる1種又は2種以上である、請求項1又は2に記載の底部層の無い結晶粒配向したケイ素鋼の製造方法。
- 前記バリア剤中、前記成分A、前記成分B、前記成分C、及び前記成分Dの質量比は100:(0.5~6):(0.6~3):(0.6~5.3)である、請求項1又は2に記載の底部層の無い結晶粒配向したケイ素鋼の製造方法。
- 質量百分率換算で、前記バリア剤はNH4Clをさらに含み、
前記バリア剤中、前記成分Aと前記NH4Clとの質量比は100:(1~2.1)である、請求項5に記載の底部層の無い結晶粒配向したケイ素鋼の製造方法。 - 前記熱間引抜き・平坦化及びコーティングにおいて、
水による洗浄と、
質量濃度が1%~10%の硫酸と質量濃度が1%~5%の硝酸との混合溶液による温度50~80℃の酸洗と、
Feイオン性錯化剤の質量濃度が0.5%~5%の、水とFeイオン性錯化剤を含む混合物による洗浄と、
水による洗浄とを順次含む4段洗浄プロセスが使用される、請求項1に記載の底部層の無い結晶粒配向したケイ素鋼の製造方法。 - 前記脱炭焼鈍において、露点は38~58℃であり、加熱温度は800~850℃である、請求項1に記載の底部層の無い結晶粒配向したケイ素鋼の製造方法。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の地層無し結晶粒配向したケイ素鋼の製造方法によって得られるガラス無し結晶粒配向したケイ素鋼。
