Claims (15)
- 重合触媒の存在下でオレフィン気相重合を行うための反応器であって、成長するポリマー粒子が高速流動化又は輸送条件下で上方に流れるように適合及び配置された少なくとも1つの第1重合ゾーン(1)と、成長するポリマー粒子が下方に流れるように適合及び配置された少なくとも1つの第2重合ゾーン(2)と、前記第2重合ゾーン(2)内に原料及び/又は遮断流を導入するための少なくとも1組のバー(4)であって、 前記各バー(4)は、前記バー(4)内で原料及び/又は遮断流を搬送するための前記バー(4)の長さに沿った中空空間(41)を含み、ポリマー粒子が前記バー(4)上に蓄積するのを防止するための粒子偏向頂部を有し、前記各バー(4)は、前記バー(4)の外周部(42)の下半分に沿って配置された、前記原料及び/又は前記遮断流を分配するための開口(6)を有する少なくとも1組のバー(4)と、を含む、反応器。
- 前記バー(4)の粒子偏向頂部は、前記バー(4)の長さに沿って延びる頂部エッジ(43)を含む、請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 前記バー(4)の外周部(42)の下半分は、前記バー(4)の長さに沿って延びる底部エッジを含む粒子偏向形状を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の反応器。
- 前記各バー(4)は、前記原料及び/又は遮断流を分配するための分配部(44)と、前記バー(4)の粒子偏向頂部を形成する偏向部(45)とを含み、前分配部(44)は好ましくは管状である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 前記分配部(44)は、直径25mm~100mmの管である、請求項4に記載の反応器。
- 前記バー(4)に含まれる前記中空空間(41)は、前記バー(4)の長さに沿って延びる中心軸(411)を有し、前記開口(6)は、前記バー(4)の外周部(42)の下半分の部分内に配置され、前記中心軸(411)を通る垂直平面(v)と、前記開口(6)と中心軸(411)を通る平面との間の角度(A41、A41’)が0°~70°、好ましくは20°~50°である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 前記開口(6)の直径は、0.5mm~10mm、好ましくは1.5mm~5mmである、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 前記バー(4)の前記粒子偏向頂部は、第1平坦面(46a)と第2平坦面(46b)とを含み、前記第1平坦面(46a)と前記第2平坦面(46b)との交点が前記頂部エッジ(43)を形成し、前記面(46a、46b)間の2面角(A42)が120°未満、好ましくは10°~100°、さらに好ましくは30°~80°である、請求項2~7のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 前記少なくとも1組のバーのバー(4)は、一方の側から前記第2重合ゾーン(2)の幅の一部を横切って延び、反対側から前記第2重合ゾーン(2)の幅の一部を横切って延びるように配置され、対向するバー(4)の間に隙間が残される、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 前記バー(4)を支持するため、好ましくは遮断流を導入するためのバー(4)を支持するための少なくとも1組の支持体(5)をさらに含む、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 前記バー(4)及び/又は支持体(5)の一端は、前記第2重合ゾーン(2)の壁(7)に形状適合的に接続されるように適合されている、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 前記バー(4)及び/又は支持体(5)は、DIN ISO 25178に準じて測定された表面粗さRaが5μm以下、好ましくは0.1μm~5μm、特に0.5μm~4μmである、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- マルチゾーン循環反応器(MZCR)に原料及び/又は遮断流を導入するためのバーであって、前記バーは、前記バー内で前記原料及び/又は前記遮断流を搬送するための、前記バーの長さに沿った中空空間を含み、ポリマー粒子が前記バー上に蓄積するのを防止するための粒子偏向頂部を有し、前記バーの周囲の下半分に沿って配置された、前記原料及び/又は前記遮断流を分配するための開口を有する、バー。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の反応器において、温度20℃~200℃、圧力0.5MPa~10MPaの条件下で、重合触媒の存在下で、オレフィン気相重合を行うための方法であって、1つ以上のオレフィンを反応器に供給し、少なくとも第1重合ゾーン(1)及び少なくとも第2重合ゾーン(2)の反応条件下で前記オレフィンと前記触媒とを接触させ、少なくとも前記第2重合ゾーン(2)からポリマー生成物を回収するステップを含み、成長するポリマー粒子は、高速流動化又は輸送条件下で、前記第1重合ゾーン(1)を上方に流れ、前記第1重合ゾーン(1)を離れ、前記第2重合ゾーン(2)に入り、前記第2重合ゾーン(2)において前記ポリマー粒子は重力の作用で下方に流れ、前記第2重合ゾーン(2)を離れ、少なくとも部分的に前記第1重合ゾーン(1)に再び導入され、このように前記第1重合ゾーン(1)と前記第2重合ゾーン(2)との間で循環し、前記第2重合ゾーン(2)は緻密なポリマー粒子層を含み、前記原料及び/又は前記遮断流は、少なくとも前記1組のバー(4)を介して前記第2重合ゾーン(2)に導入される、方法。
- 前記第2重合ゾーン(2)内の反応ガスの圧力と、前記中空空間(41)内の原料及び/又は遮断流の圧力との間の圧力差が1~500kPa、好ましくは5~200kPa、特に10~100kPaである、請求項14に記載の方法。
