Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 方法であって、
電流コレクタ上にリチウム金属膜を形成することであって、前記電流コレクタが、銅及び/又はステンレス鋼を含む、リチウム金属膜を形成することと、
前記リチウム金属膜上に保護膜スタックを形成することであって、
前記リチウム金属膜上に、Li9Ti5O12を含む第1の保護膜を形成することを含む、保護膜スタックを形成することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記リチウム金属膜上に前記保護膜スタックを形成することが、前記第1の保護膜上に第2の保護膜を形成することを更に含み、前記第2の保護膜がリチウム遷移金属ジカルコゲナイドを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記リチウム遷移金属ジカルコゲナイドが、式MX2を有する遷移金属ジカルコゲナイドを含み、Mが、Ti、Mo、又はWから選択され、Xが、S、Se、又はTeから選択される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記遷移金属ジカルコゲナイドが、TiS2、MoS2、WS2、又はそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記リチウム金属膜上に前記第1の保護膜を形成することが、物理的気相堆積(PVD)プロセスを介して前記リチウム金属膜上にLi4Ti5O12膜を堆積することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記Li4Ti5O12膜をリチウム化プロセスに曝露させて、前記Li9Ti5O12膜を形成することをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記Li4Ti5O12膜が還元されて、前記Li9Ti5O12膜を形成する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記リチウム遷移金属ジカルコゲナイドが、リチウムチタンジスルフィド、リチウムタングステンジスルフィド、リチウムモリブデンジスルフィド、又はそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記リチウム遷移金属ジカルコゲナイドを形成することが、
化学気相堆積プロセスを介して前記Li4Ti5O12膜又は前記Li9Ti5O12膜上にTiS2膜を堆積することと、
前記TiS2膜をリチウム化プロセスに曝露させて、前記Li4Ti5O12膜又は前記Li9Ti5O12膜上にLiTiS2膜を形成することと、
を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記Li4Ti5O12膜又は前記Li9Ti5O12膜上に前記TiS2膜を堆積することが、
(a)TiCl4を処理領域内に流すことと;
(b)前記処理領域をパージすることと;
(c)H2Sを前記処理領域内に流して、前記TiS2膜を形成することと;
(d)前記処理領域をパージすることと;
(e)前記TiS2膜が目標の厚さに達するまで、(a)~(d)を繰り返すことと
を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の保護膜が、100ナノメートル以下の厚さを有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の保護膜が、100ナノメートル以下の厚さを有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- アノード電極構造体であって、
銅及び/又はステンレス鋼を含む電流コレクタと、
前記電流コレクタ上に形成されたリチウム金属膜と、
前記リチウム金属膜上に形成された保護膜スタックであって、
前記リチウム金属膜上に形成された、Li9Ti5O12を含む第1の保護膜を含む、保護膜スタックと、
を含む、アノード電極構造体。 - 前記保護膜スタックが、前記第1の保護膜上に形成された第2の保護膜を含み、前記第2の保護膜が、リチウム遷移金属ジカルコゲナイドを含む、請求項13に記載のアノード電極構造体。
- 前記リチウム遷移金属ジカルコゲナイドが、式MX2を有する遷移金属ジカルコゲナイドを含み、Mが、Ti、Mo、又はWから選択され、Xが、S、Se、又はTeから選択される、請求項14に記載のアノード電極構造体。
