Abstract

[A]x[B]y[C]z

4層の積層ガラス物品を、表4にしたがって調製した。
L*値に対する顔料の含有量の影響が、いくつかの実施例の比較により分かる。例えば、実施例3を実施例5と、実施例4を実施例6と、実施例8を実施例9と、または実施例22を実施例23と比較すると、顔料の含有量を減少させると、黒の着色および色深度が改善される(より低いL*値)ことが分かる。実施例16~21は、測定したL*値のさらにより大きい改善を実証した。

前記多孔質無機層は、450℃超のガラス転移温度、650℃未満のガラス軟化温度および架橋済み有機樹脂を含有する複数の細孔を有する、多層自動車用ガラスに関する。
セラミックエナメルおよび顔料を含有する無機混合物をガラス基板上に堆積させて、無機層を提供する工程、
堆積した前記無機層のガラス軟化温度より高い温度で前記ガラス基板および該無機層を硬化させて、多孔質無機層を提供する工程、
前記多孔質無機層のガラス転移温度(Tg)より低い温度でイオン交換により、硬化した前記ガラス基板および該多孔質無機層を化学強化する工程、
化学強化された前記ガラス基板および前記多孔質無機層を、重合性架橋成分を含む充填剤配合物で処理する工程、および
前記重合性架橋成分を硬化させて、前記多孔質無機層の細孔内に架橋済み有機樹脂を提供して、細孔充填装飾層を提供する工程、

前記多孔質無機層のガラス転移温度(Tg)より低い温度でイオン交換により、硬化した前記ガラス基板および該多孔質無機層を化学強化する工程、
化学強化された前記ガラス基板および前記多孔質無機層を、重合性架橋成分を含む充填剤配合物で処理する工程、および
前記重合性架橋成分を硬化させて、前記多孔質無機層の細孔内に架橋済み有機樹脂を提供して、細孔充填装飾層を提供する工程、
を有してなる方法。
前記充填剤配合物が有機溶媒を含む、実施形態19に記載の方法。
充填剤により処理された前記多孔質無機層の表面を洗浄して、架橋の前に、該無機層および前記ガラス基板の表面から前記充填剤配合物の成分を除去する工程をさらに含む、実施形態19または20に記載の方法。

化学強化ガラス基板、
前記ガラス基板の少なくとも一部に付着し、450℃超のガラス転移温度、650℃未満のガラス軟化温度および複数の細孔を有する多孔質無機層、および
前記多孔質無機層の細孔内の架橋済み有機樹脂、
を備えたガラス物品。 - 前記ガラス基板が、凹面および凸面を有する湾曲シートであり、前記多孔質無機層が該凹面または該凸面に付着しており、該多孔質無機層、該ガラス基板の凹面、またはその両方の少なくとも一部と接触するシーラント接着剤をさらに備える、請求項1記載のガラス物品。
- 前記多孔質無機層がセラミックエナメルおよび顔料を含む、請求項1または2記載のガラス物品。
- 前記多孔質無機層が、Bi、B、Zn、Siの酸化物、またはその任意の組合せを含むガラス融剤を含む、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のガラス物品。
