Claims (11)
- 容量と、
複数のスイッチング素子を有し、前記複数のスイッチング素子の接続、非接続の組合せにより、入力電圧を用いた前記容量の充電を行い、前記入力電圧と異なる出力電圧を出力させるスイッチング回路とを、備え、
前記容量はシリコンコンデンサであり、前記複数のスイッチング素子は、それぞれトランジスタである、電源モジュール。 - 前記容量及び前記複数のスイッチング素子のそれぞれは平板状に構成され、
前記容量の厚さと、前記複数のスイッチング素子それぞれの厚さと、は対応しており、同一基板又は同一膜上に構成される、請求項1に記載の電源モジュール。 - 前記容量の厚さと、前記複数のスイッチング素子の厚さとは300ミクロン以下である、請求項1に記載の電源モジュール。
- 前記スイッチング回路は、直流出力電圧を出力する出力端子に両端が接続され、4つのスイッチング素子が、第1スイッチング素子、第2スイッチング素子、第3スイッチング素子及び第4スイッチング素子の順番で直列に接続され、
前記容量は、前記第1スイッチング素子と前記第2スイッチング素子との接続部と、前記第3スイッチング素子と前記第4スイッチング素子との接続部との間に接続される、請求項1に記載の電源モジュール。 - 前記第2スイッチング素子、及び第4スイッチング素子を接続状態にし、前記第1スイッチング素子、及び前記第3スイッチング素子を非接続状態にして前記容量14を充電した後に、前記第2スイッチング素子、及び前記第4スイッチング素子を非接続状態にし、第1スイッチング素子及び前記第3スイッチング素子を接続状態にする、請求項4に記載の電源モジュール。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の電源モジュールを複数有し、それぞれを並列接続して積層したDC-DCコンバータ。
- 前記積層した電源モジュールと異なる層に積層され、前記スイッチング回路を制御するコントローラを更に備える、請求項6に記載のDC-DCコンバータ。
- 上下に積層される前記電源モジュールの前記スイッチング回路の位置が異なるように配置される、請求項7に記載のDC-DCコンバータ。
- 前記スイッチング回路の出力は、逆流防止ダイオードを介して出力端子に接続される、請求項8に記載のDC-DCコンバータ。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の電源モジュールと、前記スイッチング回路を制御するコントローラとを備え、
同一の層に構成した前記コントローラ、及び前記スイッチング回路と、
異なる層に構成した前記容量と、を積層したDC-DCコンバータ。 - 前記容量は、複数の容量が並列接続され、それぞれの容量が異なる層に積層される、請求項10に記載のDC-DCコンバータ。
