Abstract
Description
a.ゼラチン加水分解物のゼラチンの溶液を70〜125℃の温度でpH3.5以下で少なくとも15分間の期間インキュベートするステップと、
b.ゼラチン加水分解物を回収するステップと、
を含む。
ゼラチン加水分解物のエンドトキシンレベルに対する温度およびpHの影響
温度を60℃−70℃−80℃−90℃−95℃に変動させ、
pH値を2−2.5−3−「5」(変化していない)に変動させ、
加水分解を最大3時間実施した。

Claims (13)
- a.ゼラチン加水分解物のゼラチンの溶液を70〜125℃の温度でpH3.5以下で少なくとも15分の期間インキュベートするステップと、
b.ゼラチン加水分解物を回収するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするエンドトキシン含量が減少しているゼラチン加水分解物の調製方法。 - 前記温度が90〜100℃である請求項1に記載のゼラチン加水分解物の調製方法。
- 前記温度が92〜98℃、好ましくは94〜96℃である請求項1に記載のゼラチン加水分解物の調製方法。
- 前記pHが2.7以下である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のゼラチン加水分解物の調製方法。
- 前記pHが3.0以下、好ましくは2.5以下、好ましくは1.8〜2.2、最も好ましくは約2.0である請求項4に記載のゼラチン加水分解物の調製方法。
- 前記期間が30分以上である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のゼラチン加水分解物の調製方法。
- 前記期間が1〜5時間、好ましくは1.5〜3時間、より好ましくは2〜2.5時間である請求項6に記載のゼラチン加水分解物の調製方法。
- 酵素処理ステップを含まない請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のゼラチン加水分解物の調製方法。
- ステップaにおいて、分子量が70kDa超であるゼラチンの溶液をインキュベートする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のゼラチン加水分解物の調製方法。
- ステップbにおけるゼラチン加水分解物の分子量が30kDa以下、好ましくは20kDa以下、より好ましくは10kDa以下、さらにより好ましくは5kDa以下である請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のゼラチン加水分解物の調製方法。
- ステップbにおけるゼラチン加水分解物のエンドトキシンレベルが20EU/gゼラチン加水分解物以下、好ましくは10EU/g以下、より好ましくは5EU/g以下、さらにより好ましくは2EU/g以下、最も好ましくは1EU/g以下である請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のゼラチン加水分解物の調製方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のゼラチン加水分解物の調製方法によって得られるゼラチン加水分解物。
- a.分子量が20kDa以下、好ましくは15kDa以下、より好ましくは10kDa以下、さらにより好ましくは5kDa以下であり、かつ
b.エンドトキシンレベルが20EU/gゼラチン加水分解物以下、好ましくは10EU/g以下、より好ましくは5EU/g以下、さらにより好ましくは2EU/g以下、最も好ましくは1EU/g以下である
請求項12に記載のゼラチン加水分解物。
