[蓄電装置]
図1は、実施の形態1に係る蓄電モジュールを具備する蓄電装置を示す概略断面図である。図1を参照して、実施の形態1に係る蓄電モジュールを具備する蓄電装置100について説明する。
図2は、実施の形態1に係る蓄電モジュールを示す断面図である。図2を参照して、実施の形態1に係る蓄電モジュール1について説明する。
図5から図8は、実施の形態1に係る蓄電モジュールを製造する製造工程における第1工程から第4工程を示す図である。図9は、実施の形態1に係る蓄電モジュールを製造する製造工程における第4工程の後状態を示す図である。図10は、実施の形態1に係る蓄電モジュールを製造する製造工程に第5工程を示す図である。図5から図8を参照して、実施の形態1に係る蓄電モジュール1の製造方法について説明する。
図11は、実施の形態2に係る蓄電モジュールにおいてセパレータの薄肉部、電極層、および封止部の位置関係を示す平面図である。図12は、図11に示すXII−XII線に沿った断面図である。図11および図12を参照して、実施の形態2に係る蓄電モジュール1Aについて説明する。
Claims (4)
- 積層方向に沿って積層された複数のバイポーラ電極と、
前記積層方向に沿って互いに隣り合う前記バイポーラ電極の間に介在する複数のセパレータと、
前記積層方向に沿って互いに隣り合う前記バイポーラ電極の間に空間を形成するとともに前記空間を封止する封止部と、
前記空間に配置された電解液と、を備え、
前記複数のバイポーラ電極の各々は、電極板と、前記積層方向における前記電極板の両面に設けられた電極層とを含み、
前記セパレータは、前記積層方向から見た場合に、前記電極層に重なる重畳部と、前記電極層に重ならない露出部とを有し、
前記露出部には、前記積層方向に沿った厚さが前記重畳部よりも薄い薄肉部が設けられている、蓄電モジュール。 - 前記電極板の前記両面に形成された前記電極層は、互いに離間するように分割された複数の分割部を含み、
前記薄肉部は、前記積層方向から見た場合に、前記複数の分割部の間に設けられている、請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 前記積層方向から見た場合、前記薄肉部は、前記電極層を囲むように設けられている、請求項1または2に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記薄肉部の硬度は、前記露出部において前記薄肉部が設けられていない部分における硬度よりも大きい、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。
