Abstract
Description

Claims (20)
- 発光デバイスであって、
一次青色光を放射するように構成された発光源と、
前記一次青色光を二次光に変換するように構成された波長変換エレメントであり、
前記二次光は、1600Kから2500Kまでの範囲の相関色温度(CCT)、0.25未満のメラノピック/フォトピック比、および、40から60までの範囲の演色評価数(CRI)を有し、
前記波長変換エレメントは、620nm未満のピーク発光波長を有する赤色蛍光体材料、および、530nmより大きいピーク発光波長を有する緑色蛍光体材料を含む、
波長変換エレメントと、
を含む、発光デバイス。 - 前記赤色蛍光体は、約604nmのピーク発光波長を有し、かつ、
前記緑色蛍光体は、約543nmのピーク発光波長を有する、
請求項1に記載の発光デバイス。 - 前記発光源は、少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードを含む、
請求項1に記載の発光デバイス。 - 前記緑色蛍光体材料のピーク発光波長は、概ね530から560nmまでの範囲にあり、かつ、前記赤色蛍光体材料の前記ピーク発光波長は、概ね580から620nmまでの範囲にある、
請求項1に記載の発光デバイス。 - 前記波長変換エレメントは、約1.6の緑色対赤色蛍光体重量比を有する、
請求項1に記載の発光デバイス。 - 前記波長変換エレメントは、約1.01の緑色対赤色蛍光体重量比を有する、
請求項1に記載の発光デバイス。 - 前記波長変換エレメントは、約0.64の緑色対赤色蛍光体重量比を有する、
請求項1に記載の発光デバイス。 - 前記緑色蛍光体材料は、YAG蛍光体を含む、
請求項1に記載の発光デバイス。 - 前記赤色蛍光体材料は、BSSNE蛍光体を含む、
請求項1に記載の発光デバイス。 - 前記赤色蛍光体材料および前記緑色蛍光体材料は、シリコーンマトリクスの中へサスペンドされ、かつ、前記波長変換エレメントは、0.62から0.68までの範囲の蛍光体対シリコン重量比を有する、
請求項1に記載の発光デバイス。 - 発光デバイスであって、
一次青色光を放射するように構成された発光源と、
前記一次青色光を二次光に変換するように構成された波長変換エレメントであり、
前記二次光は、1600Kから2500Kまでの範囲の相関色温度(CCT)、および、40から60までの範囲の演色評価数(CRI)を有し、530nm未満の波長を有する光のラジオメトリックパワーフラクションは、0.11未満であり、
前記波長変換エレメントは、620nm未満のピーク発光波長を有する赤色蛍光体材料、および、530nmより大きいピーク発光波長を有する緑色蛍光体材料を含む、
波長変換エレメントと、
を含む、発光デバイス。 - 前記赤色蛍光体は、約604nmのピーク発光波長を有し、かつ、
前記緑色蛍光体は、約543nmのピーク発光波長を有する、
