Claims (18)
- 互いに平行に配列された複数のタイヤコード(tire cords)と、
前記タイヤコードを編んで製織する横糸と、
前記タイヤコードの表面に接し、前記タイヤコードの長さ方向に延長される伝導性繊維とを含み、
前記伝導性繊維は、表面に金属がメッキされた繊維であるタイヤコード織物。 - 前記伝導性繊維は、前記横糸により前記タイヤコードとともに織られて前記タイヤコードの表面に固定されるものである請求項1に記載のタイヤコード織物。
- 前記タイヤコード織物は、前記伝導性繊維を2個ないし30個含むものである請求項1に記載のタイヤコード織物。
- 前記伝導性繊維は、合成繊維、セルロース繊維及びこれらの混紡糸からなる群から選択されるいずれか1つの繊維表面に金属がメッキされたものである請求項1に記載のタイヤコード織物。
- 前記合成繊維は、ポリエステル(polyester)、ポリアミド(polyamide)、ポリウレタン(polyurethane)、アクリル繊維(acrylic fiber)、モダクリル繊維(modacrylic fiber)、及びこれらの混紡糸からなる群から選択されるいずれか1つである請求項4に記載のタイヤコード織物。
- 前記セルロース繊維は、レーヨン、リヨセル、テンセル及びこれらの混紡糸からなる群から選択されるいずれか1つである請求項4に記載のタイヤコード織物。
- 前記伝導性繊維は、フィラメント糸、ステープル繊維及び紡績糸からなる群から選択されるいずれか1つである請求項4に記載のタイヤコード織物。
- 前記紡績糸は、10番手(’S)ないし100番手(’S)であり、
前記フィラメント糸は、10デニール(denier)ないし500デニール(denier)のものである請求項7に記載のタイヤコード織物。 - 繊維の表面に金属をメッキして伝導性繊維を製造する段階と、
複数のタイヤコードを縦糸として供給し、前記タイヤコードを編むように横糸を織り込んで製織する段階とを含み、
前記製織する段階は、前記タイヤコードに伝導性繊維を混入して縦糸として供給し、
前記伝導性繊維は、表面に金属がメッキされた繊維であるタイヤコード織物の製造方法。 - 前記伝導性繊維を製造する段階は、前記繊維の表面に硫酸銅塩を無電解メッキして行われる請求項9に記載のタイヤコード織物の製造方法。
- 前記製織する段階において、前記伝導性繊維は、前記タイヤコードとともに整経(warping)及び引通し(drawing)される請求項9に記載のタイヤコード織物の製造方法。
- 前記製織する段階において、前記伝導性繊維は、引通し工程で前記タイヤコードと同一の綜絖(heald)、おさ(reed)及びドロッパー(dropper)に供給される請求項9に記載のタイヤコード織物の製造方法。
- 請求項1から請求項8項のうちいずれか1項によるタイヤコード織物、及び前記タイヤコード織物をトッピング(toppingu)するトッピングゴムを含むシート。
- 前記トッピングゴムは、天然ゴム20重量部ないし50重量部及びエマルジョン重合スチレンブタジエンゴム50重量部ないし80重量部を含む原料ゴム100重量部と、
STSA(Stactical Thickness Surface Area)値が29m2/gないし39m2/gであり、COAN(Oil Absorption Number of Compressed Sample)値が69cc/100gないし79cc/100gであり、OAN(Oil Absorption Number of Sample)値が85cc/100gないし95cc/100gであり、ヨウ素吸着量の値が31mg/gないし41mg/gであるカーボンブラック20重量部ないし60重量部とを含むものである請求項13に記載のシート。 - 第13項において、
前記トッピングゴムは、合成スチレンブタジエンゴム10重量部ないし40重量部及び天然ゴムの60重量部ないし90重量部を含む原料ゴム100重量部と、
STSA値が29m2/gないし39m2/gであり、COAN値が69cc/100gないし79cc/100gであり、OAN値が85cc/100gないし95cc/100gであり、ヨウ素吸着量の値が31mg/gないし41mg/gである第1カーボンブラック10重量部ないし40重量部及びSTSA値が70m2/gないし80m2/gであり、COAN値が83cc/100gないし93cc/100gであり、OAN値が96cc/100gないし108cc/100gであり、ヨウ素吸着量の値が76mg/gないし88mg/gである第2カーボンブラック20重量部ないし50重量部とを含むものである請求項13に記載のシート。 - 前記シートは、カーカスである請求項13に記載のシート。
- 請求項13によるシートを含むタイヤ。
- 前記タイヤは、1000Vの電圧で0.1MΩないし100MΩの抵抗値を有するものである請求項17に記載のタイヤ。
