Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態のタイヤ1の周方向溝3を示す斜視図である。図1に示されるように、本実施形態のタイヤ1は、走行時に路面に接地するトレッド面2Aを含むトレッド部2を有している。本実施形態のタイヤ1は、冬用タイヤとして好適に用いられる。ここで、冬用タイヤとは、スタッドレスタイヤ、スノータイヤ及びオールシーズンタイヤを含む雪上走行に適したタイヤ1である。

リムサイズ:17×7J
空気圧:230kPa
供試タイヤを全輪に装着したテスト車両で、圧雪路を走行したときの駆動性能が、評価技能を有したドライバーの官能により評価された。結果は、それぞれ、従来例を100とする指数で表示され、数値が大きいほど駆動性能に優れていることを示す。

供試タイヤを全輪に装着したテスト車両で、ロードノイズ計測路を80km/hで走行したときの車内騒音が、マイクロホンを用いて測定された。ドライバーの耳側部付近で、かつ、窓側のノイズが測定され、1KHz付近の狭帯域におけるピーク値の音圧レベルが評価された。結果は、それぞれ、従来例を100とする指数で表示され、数値が小さいほどノイズ性能に優れていることを示す。

Claims (13)
- 走行時に接地するトレッド面を含むトレッド部を有するタイヤであって、
前記トレッド部には、タイヤ周方向に連続してのびる周方向溝が形成され、
前記周方向溝は、溝底と、前記溝底から前記トレッド面に向けてタイヤ半径方向にのびる一対の溝壁とを有し、
前記溝底は、前記周方向溝の溝深さの最も深い位置で前記トレッド面に平行な面として規定される溝底基準面から、タイヤ半径方向外側に突出する複数の溝底隆起部を含み、
前記各溝底隆起部は、トレッド平面視において、前記周方向溝の中心線に対して対称に形成され、かつ、タイヤ半径方向にのびる第1溝底面を有し、
前記第1溝底面は、前記周方向溝の前記中心線の一方側に位置する第1面部と、他方側に位置する第2面部とを含み、
前記第1面部と前記第2面部とのトレッド平面視における角度は、20〜170°であるタイヤ。 - 前記各溝底隆起部は、前記第1溝底面よりもタイヤ半径方向に対する角度が大きい第2溝底面を有する請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記各溝底隆起部は、前記第1溝底面のタイヤ半径方向外端と前記第2溝底面のタイヤ半径方向外端とをつなぎ、かつ、前記トレッド面に略平行な第3溝底面を有する請求項2に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第1面部及び前記第2面部は、それぞれ、曲面で構成される請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第1面部及び前記第2面部は、それぞれ、平面で構成される請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第1面部及び前記第2面部は、それぞれ、タイヤ幅方向に対する角度の異なる少なくとも2つの平面で構成される請求項5に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第1溝底面のタイヤ半径方向の高さは、1mm以上である請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第1溝底面は、さらに、前記第1面部と前記第2面部との間に位置する第3面部を含む請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第3面部は、前記周方向溝の前記中心線に直交する請求項8に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第3面部は、曲面で構成される請求項8又は9に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第3面部は、平面で構成される請求項8又は9に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記第3面部のタイヤ幅方向の長さは、前記第1面部と前記第2面部と間のタイヤ幅方向の最大間隔の60%以下である請求項8〜11のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記一対の溝壁は、タイヤ周方向に沿ってのびる請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
