Abstract
Description
セレーションが形成されたセレーション領域を少なくとも一部分に有し電線に接する接触面、およびその接触面に対する背面を有する端子部材と、
上記端子部材の背面の、上記セレーション領域に対向する被押圧領域を押圧する弾性部材と、
上記端子部材および上記弾性部材を収容するキャビティを有するハウジングとを備えたことを特徴とする。
ハウジングの、キャビティを形成している内壁面に当接してハウジングから反力を受ける当接面を有する当接部と、
その当接部から折り返されて上記被押圧領域を弾性的に押圧する押圧部とを有する構造とすることが好ましい。
また、本発明のコネクタにおいて 上記弾性部材が、ハウジングのキャビティに収容されて端子部材を押圧した状態において、弾性部材の押圧部の、当接部から折り返された側の固定端から延びた先端側の自由端部が、当接部の、上記当接面に対する裏面である背面に当接することが好ましい。

Claims (4)
- セレーションが形成されたセレーション領域を少なくとも一部分に有し電線に接する接触面、および該接触面に対する背面を有する端子部材と、
前記端子部材の前記背面の、前記セレーション領域に対向する被押圧領域を押圧する弾性部材と、
前記端子部材および前記弾性部材を収容するキャビティを有するハウジングとを備えたことを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記弾性部材が、
前記ハウジングの、前記キャビティを形成している内壁面に当接して該ハウジングから反力を受ける当接面を有する当接部と、
前記当接部から折り返されて前記被押圧領域を弾性的に押圧する押圧部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記弾性部材が、前記キャビティに収容されて前記端子部材を押圧した状態において、前記押圧部の、前記当接部から折り返された側の固定端から延びた先端側の自由端部が、該当接部の、前記当接面に対する裏面である背面に当接することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記弾性部材が、前記端子部材に、前記電線が太径であるほど大きな押圧力を与えて該端子部材と該電線とを導通させる部材であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のうちのいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。
