Claims (20)
- 基板と、

前記パッシベーション層上に形成された誘電体ライナーと、
前記誘電体ライナー上に形成された導電性引き回し構造体と、
を備えたディスプレイ回路。 - 前記パッシベーション層は、窒化シリコンを含む、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ回路。
- 前記誘電体ライナーは、エッチング停止材料を含む、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ回路。
- 前記誘電体ライナー上で前記導電性引き回し構造体の上に形成された誘電体層を更に含む、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ回路。
- 前記誘電体層は、低k誘電体材料を含む、請求項4に記載のディスプレイ回路。
