Abstract
【解決手段】上記装置は、減圧を生じさせる減圧源110を含む。減圧は、送達チューブ130、135を介して組織部位に送達される。上記装置は、単一の圧力センサ155を含む。この単一の圧力センサ155は、組織部位における実際の減圧を検出する。上記装置は、制御装置170も含む。この制御装置170は、減圧源110によって生成される減圧の増加に対する、単一の圧力センサ155によって測定された実際の減圧の反応性を計測する。上記装置は表示器180を含む。単一の圧力センサ155によって測定された実際の減圧が、減圧源110によって生成される減圧の増加に反応しないときに、表示器180は信号を発する。

Claims (21)
- 組織部位における減圧を管理する制御装置であって、
組織部位における圧力測定値を示す検出データを、組織部位に流体接続された単一のセンサから受信し、
減圧源の動作パラメータを示すデータを取得し、かつ、
前記動作パラメータの変化および受信した検出データに基づいて、漏れと閉塞とを区別するように構成されていることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の制御装置において、
前記制御装置に接続されかつソース導管に流体接続されたバルブをさらに備えることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の制御装置において、
前記制御装置は、閉塞が存在する場合に、前記バルブを排気させるように構成することで、前記ソース導管における減圧を解放するように構成されていることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の制御装置において、
前記制御装置が、前記減圧源により生成される減圧を変化させるように構成されていることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の制御装置において、
前記制御装置が、圧力測定値が前記動作パラメータに無反応であるか否かを判定するように構成されていることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 請求項5に記載の制御装置において、
前記制御装置が、圧力測定値が前記動作パラメータの変化に無反応である場合に信号を与えるように構成されていることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 請求項5に記載の制御装置において、
前記制御装置が、前記動作パラメータが増加する場合に漏れを示す第1信号を与え、前記動作パラメータが減少する場合に閉塞を示す第2信号を与えるように構成されていることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 請求項5に記載の制御装置において、
前記制御装置は、
目標減圧を決定すること、
前記目標減圧が圧力測定値を上回る場合に、前記減圧源により生成される減圧を増加させること、並びに、
前記減圧源により生成される減圧を増加させた後に、圧力測定値が増加しないか否かを判定することによって、
圧力測定値が無反応であることを判定するように構成されていることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 請求項8に記載の制御装置において、
前記制御装置に接続されかつ組織部位における減圧を低下させるように構成された安全弁をさらに備えることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 請求項9に記載の制御装置において、
前記制御装置は、組織部位における圧力測定値が予め設定された閾値以上、前記目標減圧を超える場合に、組織部位における減圧を低下させるように構成されていることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の制御装置において、
前記動作パラメータが、電流の流れ、モータの速度および化学反応からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 請求項11に記載の制御装置において、
前記制御装置が、前記動作パラメータを変更するように構成されていることを特徴とする制御装置。 - 組織部位における減圧を管理するシステムであって、
ソース導管に流体接続された減圧源と、
組織部位に流体接続された単一のセンサと、
前記単一のセンサから受信した検出データと、前記減圧源の動作パラメータを示す取得したデータとに基づいて、前記システムにおける漏れまたは閉塞を識別するように構成された制御装置とを備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項13に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記制御装置に接続されかつ前記ソース導管に流体接続されたバルブをさらに備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項14に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記バルブは、閉塞が識別される場合に、前記ソース導管における減圧を解放するようにように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項13に記載のシステムにおいて、
漏れを示す第1信号と、閉塞を示す第2信号とをさらに含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項13に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記制御装置が、前記単一のセンサにより測定された圧力が前記動作パラメータに無反応であるか否かを判定するように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項17に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記制御装置は、
目標減圧を決定すること、
前記目標減圧が圧力測定値を上回る場合に、前記減圧源により生成される減圧を増加させること、並びに、
前記減圧源により生成される減圧を増加させた後に、圧力測定値が増加しないか否かを判定することによって、
圧力測定値が無反応であることを判定するように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項13に記載のシステムにおいて、
組織部位に連通する安全弁をさらに備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項19に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記安全弁は、組織部位における圧力測定値が予め設定された閾値以上、前記目標減圧を超える場合に、組織部位における減圧を低下させるように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 減圧を管理する処理ユニットであって、
組織部位における圧力測定値を示す検出データを単一のセンサから取得し、
減圧源に関連する動作パラメータを示すデータを取得し、かつ、
圧力測定値が前記動作パラメータの変化に無反応であるか否かを判定するように構成されていることを特徴とする処理ユニット。
