Abstract
Description
図1は本発明に係る圧着接続端子の斜視図である。例えば、薄肉の黄銅から成り、両表面に銅、スズメッキ等を施した1枚の導電金属板1を打ち抜き、打刻し、更に折曲して形成されている。圧着接続端子の前方には例えば雄型接続部2、中央には導体圧着部3、後方には被覆圧着部4が設けられている。

Claims (9)
- U字状に立ち上げられた一対の圧着片を有する導体圧着部を備え、圧着片を1枚の導電金属板を打抜き、打刻、折曲して形成され、電線の導体部を前記一対の圧着片によりかしめて固定する圧着接続端子であって、
前記導体圧着部は、少なくとも下層板と上層板とを重ね合わせた複層構造とされ、前記上層板は打抜長孔を有し、該打抜長孔の上部に凹部が形成され、前記打抜長孔及び前記凹部の縁部であるエッジが2段に形成されていることを特徴とする圧着接続端子。 - 前記凹部は前記打抜長孔に跨って形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧着接続端子。
- 前記凹部の形状は円形とし、複数個の前記凹部が隣接して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の圧着接続端子。
- 前記電線の導体部は多数本の芯線を撚り合わせたものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の圧着接続端子。
- 前記打抜長孔は前記導体部の芯線を撚った螺旋方向と交叉するように斜め方向に向けて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の圧着接続端子。
- 前記導体圧着部の下層板と上層板は、前記導電金属板を打抜いて形成した2つの辺部を折曲して形成され、前記2つの辺部の突き合わせによる合わせ目は前記上層板に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の圧着接続端子。
- 前記導体圧着部の後方には、U字状に立ち上げられた一対の圧着片により電線の絶縁被覆部をかしめて固定する被覆圧着部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の圧着接続端子。
- 前記導体圧着部の前方には、他の接続端子と接続する接続部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の圧着接続端子。
- 1枚の導電金属板の周囲を打ち抜くことにより、導体圧着部に外方に張り出す一対の辺部を形成し、導体圧着部の底部の上層板となる一方の辺部に打抜長孔を打ち抜く打抜工程と、
前記一方の辺部の裏側から前記打抜長孔に沿って凹部を形成するように打刻する打刻工程と、
前記打抜長孔を形成した前記一方の辺部が前記上層板となるように他方の辺部上に折り返し、前記打抜長孔の上部に形成された前記凹部が前記上層板の表面側に位置するように折り曲げる折曲工程と、
を備えたことを特徴とする圧着接続端子の製造方法。
