Description
a)複合材料の総重量に対して1−5重量%、好ましくは1.5−4重量%又は1−2.5重量%、好ましくは1.5−2.2重量%の範囲の含有量の少なくとも1種の導電性添加剤と、
b)Li/Li+対に対して2Vよりも大きい電気化学ポテンシャルを有する、リチウムとの挿入化合物を可逆的に形成することができる電極活物質としてのリチウムの酸化物、リン酸塩、フルオロリン酸塩又はケイ酸塩と、
c)ポリマーバインダと
を混合する。
a)複合材料の総重量に対して1−5重量%、好ましくは1.5−4重量%又は1−2.5重量%、好ましくは1.5−2.2重量%の範囲の含有量の少なくとも1種の電子伝導性添加剤と、
b)Li/Li+対に対して2Vよりも大きい電気化学ポテンシャルを有する、リチウムとの挿入化合物を可逆的に形成することができる電極活物質としてのリチウムの酸化物、リン酸塩、フルオロリン酸塩又はケイ酸塩と、
c)ポリマーバインダと、
d)式A及び/又はBの少なくとも1種の有機塩と
を含む。
式中、RはF又は−CnHmFnを示す。これらのリチウム塩は、その水に対する非感受性により特に有利であるが、これにより電極の作製方法における使用の簡略化が可能となる。
本発明の別の対象は、上述の電極複合材料の作製方法である。この方法は、
i)
−式A及び/又はBの1種又は複数種の有機塩と、
−電子伝導性添加剤と、
−ポリマーバインダと、
−1種又は複数種の揮発性溶媒と、
−リチウムの酸化物、リン酸塩、フルオロリン酸塩又はケイ酸塩から選択される電極活物質とを含む懸濁液を調製する少なくとも1つの段階と、
ii)(i)において調製された懸濁液から膜を作製する段階と
を含む。
回転子−固定子を用いて撹拌を行う。0.0197gのLiTDI(上記式)をフラスコに入れる。7.08gのNMPで溶解させ、溶液を25℃で10分間撹拌する。0.1974gのPVDF(Kynar(登録商標))を添加し、混合物を50℃で30分間撹拌する。続いて0.1982gのSuper P炭素(Timcal(登録商標))を添加し、混合物を2時間撹拌する。最後に、4.5567gのLiMn2O4及び2.52gのNMPを添加し、混合物を3時間撹拌する。続いて、アルミニウムのシートの上に、懸濁液を厚さ100μmの膜の形に広げる。この膜を130℃で5時間乾燥させる。
Claims (10)
- 電池電極複合材料、好ましくは正極材料であって、
a)複合材料の総重量に対して1−5重量%、好ましくは1.5−4重量%又は1−2.5重量%、好ましくは1.5−2.2重量%の範囲の含有量の少なくとも1種の電子伝導性添加剤と、

[前記式Aにおける−Xi−は、独立して以下の基又は原子:−N=、−N−−、−C(R)=、−C−(R)−、−O−、−S(=O)(R)=又は−S(R)=を示し、Rは、F、CN、NO2、S−CN、N=C=S、n、m及びpが整数である−OCnHmFp及び−CnHmFpからなる群からの基を示し、前記式BにおけるRfは、F、CF3、CHF2、CH2F、C2HF4、C2H2F4、C2H3F2、C2F5、C3F6、C3H2F5、C3H4F3、C4F9、C4H2F7、C4H4F5、C5F11、C3F5OCF3、C2F4OCF3、C2H2F2OCF3又はCF2OCF3を示し、Zは、F、CN、SO2Rf、CO2Rf又はCORfから選択される電子求引性基を示し、M+は、リチウム、ナトリウム、第4級アンモニウム又はイミダゾリウムのカチオンを示す]
の少なくとも1種の有機塩と
を含む、電池電極複合材料、好ましくは正極材料。 - 前記式Aの化合物がイミダゾレート、好ましくはリチウムイミダゾレートであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の材料。
- 前記有機塩が、前記材料の総重量に対して0.01−10重量%、好ましくは0.05−5重量%を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の材料。
- 前記ポリマーバインダが、フッ素ポリマー、水性ポリマー又はスチレン/ブタジエンラテックスから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の材料。
- 前記電子伝導性添加剤が、様々な炭素の同素体又は導電性有機ポリマーから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の材料。
- 請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の材料を作製する方法において、
(i)
−式A及び/又はBの1種又は複数種の有機塩と、
−電子伝導性添加剤と、
−ポリマーバインダと、
−1種又は複数種の揮発性溶媒と、
−リチウムの酸化物、リン酸塩、フルオロリン酸塩又はケイ酸塩から選択される電極活物質と
を含む懸濁液を調製する少なくとも1つの段階と、
ii)(i)において調製された前記懸濁液から開始して膜を作製する段階と
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記揮発性溶媒が、有機溶媒及び水から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記有機溶媒が、N−メチルピロリドン又はジメチルスルホキシドから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の材料を含むLiイオン電池。
- 電極複合材料の製造における、イオン伝導性添加剤としての、式A及び/又はBの少なくとも1種の塩の使用。
