実施例1及び2で使用した触媒は、CariAct(商標)Q15シリカペレット(例えばFuji Silysia)にケイタングステン酸275g/kgの濃度で担持されたケイタングステン酸(12−ケイタングステン酸)(例えば、Nippon Inorganic Chemicals)であった。
実施例3及び4で使用した触媒は、CariAct(商標)Q15シリカペレット(例えばFuji Silysia)に22.4%w/wタングステン(分析による)に相当するケイタングステン酸濃度で担持されたケイタングステン酸(12−ケイタングステン酸)(例えばNippon Inorganic Chemicals)であった。
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1種の含酸素反応物及び水を含む反応物供給ストリームとヘテロポリ酸担持触媒とを少なくとも170℃の温度で接触させることを含む、酸素化物からアルケンを調製するプロセスであって、以下のステップ:
(i)ヘテロポリ酸担持触媒を少なくとも220℃の温度に加熱するステップ;
(ii)ステップ(i)の加熱処理されたヘテロポリ酸担持触媒を少なくとも220℃の温度に、ヘテロポリ酸担持触媒のヘテロポリ酸成分から結合水を除去するのに十分な時間保つステップ;及び

- ヘテロポリ酸担持触媒中のヘテロポリ酸の量が、ヘテロポリ酸担持触媒の合計重量に基づいて10wt%から50wt%の範囲内である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 酸素化物からアルケンを調製するプロセスが180℃から270℃の範囲内の温度で実施される、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 酸素化物からアルケンを調製するプロセスが0.1MPaから4.5MPaの範囲内の圧力で実施される、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスのステップ(i)に先立って、ヘテロポリ酸担持触媒が、好ましくは、ヘテロポリ酸担持触媒を少なくとも220℃の温度に加熱して、加熱されたヘテロポリ酸担持触媒上にスチームを通し、続いてスチーム処理したヘテロポリ酸担持触媒を少なくとも220℃の温度に無水雰囲気下で加熱することにより処理される、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- ヘテロポリ酸担持触媒が、酸素化物からアルケンを調製するプロセスにおいて以前に使用されたことがある、請求項12に記載のプロセス。
- (a)ヘテロポリ酸担持触媒を少なくとも220℃の温度に加熱して、前記ヘテロポリ酸担持触媒上にスチームを通すステップ;及び
(b)ステップ(a)により処理されたヘテロポリ酸担持触媒を少なくとも220℃に無水雰囲気中で加熱するステップ
を含む、ヘテロポリ酸担持触媒処理プロセス。 - 全プロセスを通して触媒を少なくとも220℃の温度に保ちながら、ステップ(b)をステップ(a)の直後に実施する、請求項14に記載のプロセス。
