Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare hydrocarbon mixture rich in olefins and aromatic hydrocarbons, by contacting a raw material containing aliphatic oxygen-containing organic compounds with a highly active catalyst comprising a heteropoly-acid supported on a porous refractory metal oxide.
CONSTITUTION: A catalyst comprising a heteropoly-acid (e.g. 12-tungstophosphoric acid, 12-molybdophosphoric acid, etc.) supported on a porous refractry metal oxide (e.g. mordenite, Y-zeolite, etc.) is made to contact with a feed raw material containing aliphatic oxygen-containing organic compound (e.g. methanol, dimethyl ethe, acetone, etc.) to obtain hydrocarbons. The reaction temperature is 250W 400°C.
USE: Raw material of high-contane gasoline, and raw material for petrochemical industry.
