Claims (13)
- オートクレーブ環境においてマンドレルの複数のセグメントを封止し、監視するための方法であって、
内側バッグ真空チャンバを形成し、前記マンドレルセグメントの端部と継ぎ目、及び、前記マンドレルセグメントの間の内側封止と重ねること、
外側バッグ真空チャンバとH型封止領域を、前記内側バッグ真空チャンバの両端に形成すること、
前記H型封止領域、前記内側封止及び中間封止を使用して、外側封止チャンバを形成すること、
前記中間封止及び前記内側封止を使用して、内側封止チャンバを形成すること、及び、
前記内側封止、前記中間封止及び前記外側封止のいずれの完全性をも監視することを含む、方法。 - 前記内側封止、前記中間封止、前記外側封止及び前記H型封止領域の脚部を、前記マンドレルセグメントにある溝に圧入することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記外側バッグ真空チャンバを形成することは、前記H型封止領域の前記脚部を内側及び外側真空バッグに封止することを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記外側バッグ真空チャンバを形成することは、前記H型封止領域の前記脚部を前記内側封止及び前記中間封止に封止することを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記完全性を監視することは、前記内側バッグ真空チャンバ、前記内側封止チャンバ及び前記外側封止チャンバのうちいずれかの中の真空圧力の変化を感知することを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第1及び第2の工具セグメントの間の継ぎ目に沿った、実質的に気密な封止配置であって、
第1及び第2の実質的に気密な真空チャンバを形成する内側、中間及び外側封止を備える、封止配置。 - 前記内側、中間及び外側封止は、前記継ぎ目の長さに沿って延び、前記継ぎ目の両端の各々に、H型のパターンに配置される、請求項6に記載の封止配置。
- 前記第1及び第2の工具セグメントは、レイアップ面を形成するよう配置され、前記H型のパターンは、前記レイアップ面を覆う第1及び第2の真空バッグに封止されるように適合された第1及び第2の脚部を含む、請求項6または7に記載の封止配置。
- 前記内側、前記中間及び前記外側封止は、前記継ぎ目から間隔をあけて配置され、前記継ぎ目に沿って縦方向に延びる、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の封止配置。
- 前記内側及び中間封止は、互いに間隔を開けて配置され、前記第1真空チャンバを形成し、かつ、
前記中間及び外側封止は、互いに間隔を開けて配置され、前記第2真空チャンバを形成する、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の封止配置。 - 前記継ぎ目の両端に配置され、前記中間封止及び前記外側封止に接続された、H型封止領域を更に備える、請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載の封止配置。
- 第前記1及び第2の真空チャンバの各々は、前記内側、中間及び外側封止の空気漏れを単独で試験するために、真空源及び通気孔に結合されるように適合される、請求項6から11のいずれか一項に記載の封止配置。
- 前記第1及び第2の真空チャンバ内の真空圧力をそれぞれ感知する、第1及び第2の真空プローブを更に備える、請求項6から12のいずれか一項に記載の封止配置。
