Abstract
Description
表中ケース(1)(2)(3)(4)(5)の検証により、BS置換量10%時の配合における、SF置換量をパラメータとする粘稠度の変化が判明し、少なくともSF置換量5%以上でワーカビリティ確保に必要な粘稠度の低下が得られている。このときSF置換したことの影響として7日強度の低下が認められる。
Claims (4)
- フライアッシュと高炉スラグとから構成されるフィラーと、アルカリ溶液と、骨材とを混練し、養生して硬化させることにより製造されるジオポリマー組成物であって、フィラーとしてのフライアッシュの一部がさらに一定量のシリカフュームで置換され粒度調整されることを特徴とするジオポリマー組成物。
- シリカフュームは、少なくとも下記に定義されるフライアッシュの置換率10〜30%においてフライアッシュのシリカフューム置換率10%以上とする請求項1記載のジオポリマー組成物。
(フライアッシュの置換率は、フィラーのすべてをフライアッシュにした場合を置換率0%とし、フライアッシュを10%減らし、それに相当する量の高炉スラグ微粉末に置換した場合を置換率10%、フライアッシュを20%減らした場合を置換率20%、フライアッシュを30%減らした場合を置換率30%とした。) - 請求項1のジオポリマー組成物を用いてこれを現場打ちのモルタルまたはコンクリートとして利用することを特徴とするモルタルまたはコンクリート。
- 請求項1のジオポリマー組成物を用いたことを特徴とするコンクリート2次製品。
