Claims (9)
- 筒内インジェクタ(19)により気筒(29)内に燃料を噴射する内燃機関(11)の燃料噴射制御装置(28)であって、
前記筒内インジェクタの燃料噴射量を制御する噴射制御部(281)と、
前記内燃機関の空燃比を検出する空燃比センサ(23)が検出する空燃比に基づいて、前記燃料噴射量を補正する空燃比補正を実行する補正部(282)と、を備え、
前記噴射制御部は、前記空燃比補正を反映させて、前記筒内インジェクタの弁開度が最大開度となるフルリフト領域を用いて前記筒内インジェクタからの燃料噴射を行うフルリフト噴射と、前記筒内インジェクタの弁開度が前記筒内インジェクタへの通電開始時の開度から前記最大開度に至るまでのパーシャルリフト領域を用いて前記筒内インジェクタから燃料噴射を行うパーシャルリフト噴射と、のいずれかを行うための制御を実行するものであって、
前記補正部は、前記フルリフト噴射を行う場合の前記空燃比補正である第1補正と、前記パーシャルリフト噴射を行う場合の前記空燃比補正である第2補正と、をそれぞれ実行することを特徴とする燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記補正部が、前記第1補正において、前記空燃比補正の補正値が第1閾値を超えず、前記第2補正において、前記空燃比補正の補正値が第2閾値を超えると判断した場合に、
前記噴射制御部は、前記フルリフト噴射を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記補正部が、前記第1補正において、前記空燃比補正の補正値が第1閾値を超え、前記第2補正において、前記空燃比補正の補正値が第2閾値を超えないと判断した場合に、
前記噴射制御部は、前記パーシャルリフト噴射を行うか、又は前記パーシャルリフト噴射及び前記フルリフト噴射を併用した燃料噴射を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記補正部は、前記第1補正において、前記空燃比補正の補正値が第1閾値を超え、前記第2補正において、前記空燃比補正の補正値が第2閾値を超えると判断した場合に、前記筒内インジェクタの組付け異常を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記補正部は、前記第2補正において、前記筒内インジェクタの噴射回数によって前記空燃比補正を切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記補正部は、前記第2補正において、直近の燃料噴射に基づいて前記空燃比補正を行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記補正部は、前記第2補正において、前記パーシャルリフト領域における噴射回数と同じ噴射回数の燃料噴射が行われていた場合、直近の同じ噴射回数の前記パーシャルリフト噴射に基づいて前記空燃比補正を行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記内燃機関は、吸気ポート(17)内に燃料を噴射するポートインジェクタ(18)を有し、
前記噴射制御部は、前記筒内インジェクタ及び前記ポートインジェクタの燃料噴射量を制御するものであって、
前記補正部が、前記第1補正において、前記空燃比補正の補正値が第1閾値を超えず、前記第2補正において、前記空燃比補正の補正値が第2閾値を超えると判断した場合に、
前記噴射制御部は、前記フルリフト噴射に加えて前記ポートインジェクタからの燃料噴射を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関は、吸気ポート(17)内に燃料を噴射するポートインジェクタ(18)を有し、
前記噴射制御部は、前記筒内インジェクタ及び前記ポートインジェクタの燃料噴射量を制御するものであって、
前記補正部が、前記第1補正において、前記空燃比補正の補正値が第1閾値を超え、前記第2補正において、前記空燃比補正の補正値が第2閾値を超えないと判断した場合に、
前記噴射制御部は、前記パーシャルリフト噴射に加えて前記ポートインジェクタからの燃料噴射を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
