Abstract
【解決手段】実質的に気密性の密封が、治療される組織の区画の付近に形成される。この密封は、組織の区画から減圧源への流体連通を提供するドレッシングによって形成される。システムは、減圧源への流体連通導管の完全な回転を可能にするように構成されてもよい。システムは、あらゆる排液の逆流を防止するための一方向弁を含むように構成されてもよく、およびドレッシングを通した検査を可能とするように、不透明なフラップによって覆われた透明窓によって構成されてもよい。システムは、減圧が印加されているか否かを視覚的に明確化するインジケータを含むように構成されてもよい。また、システムは、ドレッシングシステムのプロファイルを最小化するように構成されてもよい。

Description
本願は、米国仮特許出願第61/117,921号(2008年11月25日出願)および米国仮特許出願第61/117,920号(2008年11月25日出願)への米国特許法第119条第(e)項の利益を主張し、これらの出願は、その全体が本明細書に参考として援用される。

外縁と、上面と、下面と、少なくとも1つの開口部とを備えるカバー構造と、
該カバー構造の該上面に取り付けられ、該カバー構造の該少なくとも1つの開口部と連通している少なくとも1つのポート管腔を備えるポート部材と、
該カバー構造の該下面に取り付けられる親水コロイド層であって、該親水コロイド層は、少なくとも約0.2mmの厚さを有する親水コロイド層と
を備える、システム。

前記親水コロイド層は、前記カバー構造の前記外縁の付近に厚さ低減領域を備える、項目17に記載の減圧治療システム。

前記厚さ低減領域は、エンボス加工または圧縮領域を備える、項目17に記載の減圧治療システム。

前記厚さ低減領域は、前記親水コロイド層の内部領域に対して増加した密度を備える、項目17に記載の減圧治療システム。

Claims (7)
- 減圧治療システムであって、
外縁と、上面と、下面と、少なくとも1つの開口部とを備えるカバー構造と、
前記カバー構造の前記上面に取り付けられるポート本体であって、前記カバー構造の前記少なくとも1つの開口部と連通している少なくとも1つのポート管腔を備えるポート本体と、
前記ポート本体内の圧力インジケータであって、特定の相対レベルの減圧で視認できるように変形するように構成される柔軟性材料を備える圧力インジケータと
を備える、減圧治療システム。 - 前記圧力インジケータは、減圧のレベルを示すために色変化を提供するように構成される、請求項1に記載の減圧治療システム。
- 前記圧力インジケータは、前記ポート本体内の減圧の存在下で内側に変形するように構成される前記ポート本体の薄壁領域を備える、請求項1に記載の減圧治療システム。
- 前記圧力インジケータは、前記ポート本体の他の材料とは異なる材料を備える、請求項1に記載の減圧治療システム。
- 前記薄壁領域は、空気の容積に隣接した半透明の柔軟性材料を備える、請求項3に記載の減圧治療システム。
- 前記圧力インジケータは、前記薄壁領域が減圧の存在下で接触するように構成される床をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の減圧治療システム。
- 前記床は、明確なシンボル、パターン、文字または着色を備える、請求項6に記載の減圧治療システム。
