Claims (7)
- 固定部と該固定部に対して相対回転する可動部とを具備し、前記固定部と前記可動部のいずれか一方に設けられた、検出光及び基準位置信号光を発する光源と、該光源から発せられる検出光を偏光光にする偏光板と、前記偏光光を前記光源の光軸を中心に回転させる偏光光回転部と、前記偏光光の基準回転位置で発せられる基準位置信号光と、前記固定部と前記可動部のいずれか他方に設けられた前記偏光光の回転に対して静止する静止偏光板と、前記固定部又は前記可動部に設けられ、前記静止偏光板を透過した前記偏光光及び前記基準位置信号光を受光する受光センサと、該受光センサからの信号に基づき光量変化の検出波形を演算すると共に前記基準位置信号光を検出し、該基準位置信号光検出時の前記検出波形の位相と所定の検出基準位相から前記固定部と前記可動部間の相対回転角を演算する演算部とを具備したことを特徴とする回転角測定装置。
- 前記偏光光回転部は、前記偏光光を前記固定部と前記可動部間の1相対回転に対して1回転させると共に所要段階で順次倍速させ、前記演算部は、各倍速毎に検出波形を取得し、各検出波形で求めた位相に基づき相対回転角を演算する請求項1の回転角測定装置。
- 前記偏光光回転部は、前記偏光板を回転させる請求項1又は請求項2の回転角測定装置。
- 前記光源部は2つの光源を有し、該2つの光源から発せられる光を位相の90゜異なる偏光板を透して同一光軸上に射出し、前記偏光光回転部は、一方の光源の光量がsin関数となる様制御し、他方の光源の光量がcos関数となる様制御する請求項1又は請求項2の回転角測定装置。
- 前記光源部は検出光を射出する光源と、マーカ光を発するマーカ光源を有し、該マーカ光源の光軸は前記光源の光軸とはずれて設けられる請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかの回転角測定装置。
- 前記受光センサと前記静止偏光板とは一体的に設けられ、前記静止偏光板を透過した検出光を受光する様に構成された請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかの回転角測定装置。
- 前記光源部、前記集光レンズ、前記回転偏光板、前記受光センサは、前記固定部と前記可動部のいずれか一方に設けられ、前記静止偏光板及び該静止偏光板に対応してミラーが設けられ、前記回転偏光板、前記静止偏光板を透過した検出光は、前記ミラーで反射され、前記受光センサに入射する様構成された請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかの回転角測定装置。
