Claims (14)
- 生理活性薬剤の被験者への送達用の移植可能な送達装置であって、前記装置が、
前記移植可能な送達装置の表面に作成された複数のナノ構造であって、前記ナノ構造が、所定のパターンで配置されているナノ構造と、
前記移植可能な送達装置内またはその上に生理活性薬剤とを含む装置。 - 前記生理活性薬剤が組成物の成分であり、前記組成物が、一つ以上の医薬品として容認できる賦形剤および/または持続放出の基質をさらに含む、請求項1による移植可能な送達装置。
- 前記パターンがさらにマイクロ構造を含み、前記ナノ構造が前記マイクロ構造よりも小さな断面寸法を持つ、請求項1または請求項2による移植可能な送達装置。
- 前記マイクロ構造が、約500ナノメートルを超える断面寸法を持ち、前記ナノ構造が約300ナノメートル未満の断面寸法を持つ、請求項3による移植可能な送達装置。
- 前記マイクロ構造の前記断面寸法よりも小さく、前記第一のナノ構造の断面寸法よりも大きい断面寸法を持つ第二のナノ構造をさらに備える、請求項3または請求項4による移植可能な送達装置。
- 前記ナノ構造の一部分が、
a)中心間の間隔が約50ナノメートル〜約1マイクロメートル、
b)高さが約10ナノメートル〜約20マイクロメートル、
c)アスペクト比が約0.15〜約30という特徴のうちの1つ以上を持つ、前記の請求項のいずれかによる移植可能な送達装置。 - 前記パターンが約1を超えるフラクタル次元を持つ、前述の請求項のいずれかによる移植可能な送達装置。
- 前記複数のナノ構造を含む、前記マイクロニードルの表面が、約10ナノメートル〜約200ナノメートルの平均表面粗さおよび/または約4 MPa〜約320 MPaの有効圧縮係数を持つ、前述の請求項のいずれかによる移植可能な送達装置。
- 前記装置がレザバーを備え、前記生理活性薬剤が前記レザバーに封じ込められている、前述の請求項のいずれかによる移植可能な送達装置。
- 前記装置が前記装置の表面に溝を備え、前記生理活性薬剤が前記溝内に封じ込められている、前述の請求項のいずれかによる移植可能な送達装置。
- 前述の請求項のいずれかの移植可能な送達装置を形成する方法であって、前記方法が、ナノ構造のパターンを前記装置の表面上に作成する手順を含む方法。
- ナノ構造の前記パターンがフォトリソグラフィー、電子ビームリソグラフィー、X線リソグラフィー、自己組織化技術、反応性イオンエッチング、ウェットエッチング、被膜蒸着、スパッタリング、化学蒸着法、エピタキシー、電気メッキ、およびその組み合わせから構成される群から選択した技術により作成される、請求項11による方法。
- ナノ構造の前記パターンが、膜上に作成され、前記方法が、前記移植可能な送達装置の前記表面に前記膜を適用する手順をさらに含む、請求項11による方法。
