Abstract
Description
前記チャンバーの少なくとも一部分の温度を閾値温度未満に維持するために、前記別の壁に対して配置され、前記捕集壁を通過する放射による前記チャンバー内の熱の増大を受動的に制御する熱バルブを前記光リアクターが更に備え、前記熱バルブが相変化材料で構成されている光リアクターを提供する。
・リアクターが光バイオリアクターであること;
・材料が、好ましくは相変化温度範囲が25℃〜40℃であるパラフィンであること
である。
・反応チャンバー15を外部から隔てており、太陽放射が通過する光捕集壁11と、
・捕集壁11と平行であり得る別の壁12と
の間に構成される。
・アルカン又はパラフィン:n−オクタデカン、ノナデカン、RT42、RT31又はRT27という名称で商品化されている製品(パラフィンの混合物、Rubitherm製品);
・パラフィン以外の有機材料:カプリン酸(CH3(CH2)8COOH)、1−ドデカノール(CH3(CH2)11OH)、オクタデシルチオグリコレート、メチルパルミテート、メチルステアレート、エチルステアレート(及びこれら最後の3つの成分の混合物)、乳酸、ビニルステアレート;
・無機材料:塩化カルシウム六水和物(CaCl2・6H2O)、硝酸マンガン六水和物(Mn(NO3)2・6H2O)、硝酸リチウム三水和物(LiNO3・3H2O)、硫酸ナトリウム十水和物(Na2SO4・10H2O);
・無機共晶混合物:塩化カルシウムと塩化マグネシウム六水和物との無機共晶混合物;硝酸カルシウム四水和物と硝酸亜鉛六水和物との無機共晶混合物;塩化カルシウム、塩化ナトリウム及び塩化カリウムと水との無機共晶混合物;硫酸ナトリウム十水和物と水との無機共晶混合物

Claims (10)
- 密閉反応チャンバー(15)を備える光リアクター(1)であって、該チャンバー(15)が光捕集壁(11)と別の壁(12)とによって外部から隔てられており、前記捕集壁と前記別の壁とが互いに平行であり、
前記チャンバー(15)の少なくとも一部分の温度を閾値温度(Ts)未満に維持するために、前記別の壁(12)に対して配置され、前記捕集壁(11)を通過する放射による前記チャンバー(15)内の熱の増大を受動的に制御する熱バルブ(13)を前記光リアクター(1)が更に備え、前記熱バルブ(13)が相変化材料で構成されていることを特徴とする光リアクター。 - 前記リアクターが、光バイオリアクターであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光リアクター。
- 前記材料が、パラフィンである請求項1又は2に記載の光リアクター。
- 前記材料が、30℃付近の相変化温度範囲を有するパラフィンである請求項3に記載の光リアクター。
- 前記材料が、以下の製品:
アルカン又はパラフィン:具体的にはn−オクタデカン、ノナデカン、Rubitherm RT42、RT31又はRT27という名称で商品化されているパラフィンの混合物からなる製品;
パラフィン以外の有機材料:具体的にはカプリン酸;1−ドデカノール、オクタデシルチオグリコレート;メチルパルミテート、メチルステアレート、エチルステアレート、及びこれら最後の3つの成分の混合物;乳酸;ビニルステアレート;
無機材料:具体的には塩化カルシウム六水和物;硝酸マンガン六水和物;硝酸リチウム三水和物;硫酸ナトリウム十水和物;
無機共晶混合物:具体的には塩化カルシウムと塩化マグネシウム六水和物との無機共晶混合物;硝酸カルシウム四水和物と硝酸亜鉛六水和物との無機共晶混合物;塩化カルシウム、塩化ナトリウム及び塩化カリウムと水との無機共晶混合物;硫酸ナトリウム十水和物と水との無機共晶混合物
から選択される請求項1又は2に記載の光リアクター。 - 前記捕集壁(11)と前記別の壁(12)とが平面であり、地面に対して傾斜しており、それにより流れを確実なものにし、前記捕集壁(11)が前記別の壁(12)の上方に配置されている請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の光リアクター。
- 有用な放射のみを通過させるフィルター形成手段を更に備える請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の光リアクター。
- 前記熱バルブ(13)に対して配置された熱交換器(16)を更に備え、備える場合、前記別の壁とは反対側に配置され、前記熱バルブ(13)と外部との間の熱交換を確保する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の光リアクター。
- 前記熱交換器(16)がフィン付きラジエータである請求項8に記載の光リアクター。
- 前記熱バルブ(13)が前記流れの下流に配置され、前記光リアクターが、前記反応チャンバー(15)内の温度が別の閾値温度(Ts’)を超えた場合に、前記反応チャンバー(15)内の液体の前記流れループ(14)を停止する流量調節弁(17)を更に備え、前記液体が前記流れの下流に集積する請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の光リアクター。
