Claims (16)
- 導電性バー(2)と、該導電性バーを介して互いに電気的に接続される2つの電気的接続手段と、を備える接続バス(1,1a,32)において、
2つの前記電気的接続手段の少なくとも一方は、1つ以上の導電性ばね舌状部(7)を含む雌型コネクタ(3)を備えていることを特徴とする接続バス。 - 前記導電性バー(2)は、均質な一体鋳造の金属片からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続バス。
- 前記接続バスに含まれるそれぞれの前記電気的接続手段のために、前記接続バーは、前記電気的接続手段を囲む対応する非絶縁領域(14,38)を含み、前記接続バーは、前記非絶縁領域(14,38)から離れる前記導電性バー(2)全体を囲む外側の電気絶縁層(13)をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の接続バス。
- 前記導電性バー(2)は、中間線(22)に関して細長い形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の接続バス。
- 前記中間線(22)は、中間平面内で延在し、前記中心線(22)に対する前記バーの断面は、ほぼ矩形であり、該断面におけるより大きい方の寸法は、中間平面に平行であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の接続バス。
- 前記中間線(22)は、UまたはY字形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の接続バス。
- 前記バー(2)の断面は、2つの前記接続手段の間で延在する前記中間線の一部に沿ってほぼ一定であることを特徴とする請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の接続バス。
- 前記雌型コネクタ(3)は、前記導電性バー(2)内へ圧入される円筒状のソケット(4)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の接続バス。
- 前記雌型コネクタ(3)は、該雌型コネクタ(3)の接続動作中に、前記ばね舌状部(7)を保護するように構成されるガイド開口部(11)を含む絶縁ハウジング(5)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の接続バス。
- 前記接続バス(1,1a,32)全体が前記装置(15,39)に対して機械的に保持且つ位置決めされるように、対応する装置の固定手段と対になるように構成される機械的固定手段(19,37)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の接続バス。
- 前記電気的接続手段(33)の一方は、電気端子装置(40)と電気的且つ機械的に対になるように構成される前記機械的固定手段をさらに含んでいることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の接続バス。
- 2つの前記電気的接続手段(33)は同一であることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の接続バス。
- 少なくとも1つの電力接点(17a,17b,34)を備え、相補的なコネクタと対になるように構成され、前記電力接点が前記相補的なコネクタの相補的な接点と電気的に接続するように構成される前端を備える、車輌用電力装置のための電気コネクタ(16,31)において、
前記電力接点は、断面積が35mm2よりも大きく且つ前記前端に対して前記電力接点の反対側の端部に位置した後方ピン先端を有する後方ピン(21,36)を備え、
前記後方先端が、1つ以上の導電性ばね舌状部(7)を含む雌型コネクタ(3)内に繰り返し挿入可能とするために、長手方向に滑らかとされた外形を有していることを特徴とする電気コネクタ。 - バッテリーモジュール(52)の少なくとも2つのスタック(51a,51b,51c)を備えるバッテリー(50)であって、2つの隣接するスタック(51a,51b)が、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の接続バス(1)によって電気的に接続されていることを特徴とするバッテリー。
- 車輌用電力装置のための少なくとも1つの電気コネクタ(16,31)を備え、前記第1電気コネクタが第1電気的接続手段を有し、コネクタ組立体が、第2電気的接続手段によって前記コネクタに電気的に接続される少なくとも1つの接続バス(1,1a,32)をさらに備える、車輌用電力装置のためのコネクタ組立体(20,30)であって、
前記第1及び第2電気的接続手段の一方は、1つ以上のばね舌状部(7)を含む雌型コネクタ(3)を備えていることを特徴とするコネクタ組立体。 - 導電性バー(2)上に1つ以上のばね舌状部を有する雌型コネクタ(3)を取り付けるステップを含むことを特徴とする接続バスを製造するための方法。
